Requested an online quote, received call back in one hour to talk thru the move details and quote…great communication on day of move, very professional and treated our furniture like their own, no damage to furniture or walls during the move…actual move time was equal to estimate along with final invoice…AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

Worst movers ever

If I could give 0 i would. I just wanted to warn others this won’t be the only place I type my review because I want others to know about this company. I hired them to pack and move our stuff but not only did they wreck most of it by having a person who was according to one of the guys new and wasn’t very well versed on what to do I had oil and riced spilled all over my toaster and other electronics. But hey I could live with that stuff happens well the problems kept coming I watched them throw my stuff around even if labeled fragile as well as have to pay for two separate trips to cranbrook because they over estimated the space on the first truck ( it had two other family’s houses on it already) then when they brought our stuff here after a few days we found out where were missing some things our 60” tv my boyfriends 1000$ bike. Not only did they misplace other boxes and have no clue where it all was they also caused damage to my newly boughten house they ripped a panel off the stairs left marks and scraped from literally forcing my mattress through the front door when they clearly should have and planed before to go through the back. After all the hell they put me through I’m still fighting on getting my stuff back and fixed but the process is a lot harder then it should I hired a company I thought I could trust, I did this because I was told they were trust worthy and that they had great services…. Boy was I wrong. When your moving it’s already so stressful and when you get to your new home you want the stuff that reminds you of home with you especially when moving 6hours away, you feel violated when they treat your belongings like crap and when the manager yells at your mother in-law because she called the move unorganized which is totally was instead of having people pack whilemaybe someone loaded the truck this was not the case we had to end up paying so much more then any company had quoted us, and we were quoted less then what they had told us in the beginning. I’m not one to bash company’s or leave reviews I believe that mistakes get made and this is someone’s livelihood how they make a living but This move with this company was seriously so disheartening and has put so much stress between my spouse and I, I was kind to the movers my spouse was kind we tried to sympathize with some of them that expressed the Hards parts of the job. But where was our sympathy for what we went through and earl how dare you yell at my mother in law when all she was doing was tryying to figure out when our stuff was going to get delievered when you had told us a date but didn’t stick to it we had to spend sooooo much extra money we stayed in hotels for a week and had to rebuy toasters and other things they damaged. How dare you put us through all this stress we hired you because we needed and wanted help but all you did was put us through worse and treat us horribly. Worst customer services ever. Make it right that’s all I was asking, but you couldn’t do that. I’m so sad it had to go this way I never wanted to Leave a review like this but I have too because no family who has two young children should have to go through this again. I had the family movers move us last time and I should have just called them but they quoted me more. These guys quoted me 3,000 at the end of the day after paying them and replacing the broken things I’m out 8,000 still don’t have my bike and tv.

Terrible, simple as that

Two days before move day, I received a call that they had to change both truck size and date to the next day. ok fair, I understand things change. the next day movers were scheduled to arrive at 9, they arrived at 8, better early then late but not as good as on time. they sent two men, and one was fantastic and the other was not great. as the move starts the movers, with out wrapping of care, literally rolled my brand new Sobro table down three flights of stairs leaving it unusable, there were also the broken desk, shelves and recliner backs that no longer fit together like they used to, amongst other things. for the most part, I accept some things wont be the same after a move, however after stopping the mover from continuing to destroy my stuff, the driver (the better of the two) told me not to worry that all damages would be covered. we took pictures and continued with the move. At drop off, it was relatively smooth, until at the end of the transaction when I am paying, i said i would only pay with the understanding damages would be covered. signed, and paid. the following day, when i go to submit the claim, Cheryl, the same one as in other reviews below, was rude, condescending and out right disrespectful. all in all, in order to either fix or replace the damages would be roughly $1500-$1800. Cheryl and 2burley men offered me $11 for the new table. After requesting a more reasonable amount (i would have been happy with$80- $100, I understand moving isn't smooth always), Cheryl again was cold, unprofessional and condescending (all i really needed was a recognition of responsibility). if you are considering using this company...…. STAY AWAY!

Horrible people

Please never use this company. They will damage and lose your stuff and take absolutely no responsibility for any of it. They do not carry insurance. Made a stressful move a complete nightmare and extremely expensive as I had to buy new furniture and a tv.

Slow & Unclear

Showed up 40 minutes late, took 5 hours for a 3 hour move, and left a massive hole in my new house’s wall. The guys moving were nice enough but I care more about being fast and not causing damage than how nice you are. Was quoted at $600 and ended up paying over $1k. Wouldn’t recommend.

These men were terrific and stayed in their quote although it was a long day for them. Very polite, competent, and I would recommend them to anyone. I moved last year and it was a not so great experience. I was not quite ready, I am disabled and they were helped me above and beyond.
