Sonic gave me a great price on moving a new car we had bought in Long Beach up to San Francisco Bay Area. Some unscrupulous companies had booked my car without authorization (I had requested a quote from an online tool) and Casey from Sonic took care of everything and made sure that my car was picked up and delivered on time, and at a great price. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

She had located the transport to pick up my car earlier than what was scheduled with no additional cost to the agreed shipped price. She was courteous, friendly and professional. This shipment service was great in the price (best price I was able to find for the shipment I needed), ability to select the date of transportation without paying an extra fee, and the customer service. Sonic auto transport followed through with exactly what they promised in the contract. The price was considerably less than other transport services. I was skeptical based on the price but the quality of service was perfect. Communication was outstanding. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time as promised. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Classic Bait and Switch

Classic bait and switch, showed a low price and then on day it was supposed to be picked up squeezed me for a couple extra hundred. Told me no one else was running the route for at least another week and the driver the day before “blew a tire”

Gave me some Flexibility

Raymond was my Sonic Rep and was very responsive. Price ended up being higher than originally quoted but delays on my side combined with gas prices soaring during the delay was probably the culprit. The carrier showed up within the window he said he would but pushed the envelope a bit on the delivery side. All in all this was a positive experience.

Moving my 1969 Chevy Chevelle

My experience was no less than wonderful. I worked with Paige Evans and she was very helpful. Their cost was very reasonable and Paige would keep me informed the whole process though. I ran into a situation withe the original dates and she without hesitation found me another driver who delivered the car early and it was perfect. This is my second car to move, first with Sonic, I will definitely use them again!

I used Sonic Transportation to carry my car from Colorado to California, I was very satisfied with the perfect condition of the car and fast delivery. I wasn’t very flexible with the time to deliver, but they adjusted themselves and made everything in the exact time I wanted. Very attentive to details, great customer service, and very helpful overall. Highly recommend this company.
