Great experience!

Great service from start to finish! Working with Frank was a breeze! This was the first time shipping a vehicle and he informed me of the process and answered my questions with patience. Frank has great customer service etiquette and delivered my vehicle from Florida to California, with no damages! My car arrived quickly and the entire process was smooth and hassle free! The fee was great and he gave me the best quote out of all the other carriers. I would recommend Frank and Sonic Auto transportation without hesitation!

They took care of “my baby”. CA to TX

I was overjoyed with the service I received from the driver and from the office staff/scheduler. I was apprehensive to ship “my baby”, but they took great care of me throughout the process, even when the originally scheduled driver had problems. The change was seem less for me even though the charge for the alternate driver was higher. Love the e-doc signing. Great experience!

Legit company - Ask for Dana

Sonic transported my vehicle from San Antonio, TX to Portland, OR. They gave me the cheapest quote, but I was skeptical that they would transport my car on time. The transportation, on the other hand, was simple. Dana Chambers deserves credit. She found the driver on time and has kept in touch with me to provide updates. I strongly recommend Sonic and working with Dana for your vehicle move.

Transported My Mercedes Benz

I filled out an online form to get quotes from the top 10 auto carriers, and naturally my phone and email exploded with transport carriers calling and emailing to tell me why they were the best, and why I should believe the others. After fielding several calls, I spoke with Judy Kats at Sonic Auto Transport, and the rest is history. First of all, instead of her spending time bashing her competitors she explained to me why I should choose Sonic and why she was the right broker for my vehicle. She told me that she would work hard to find the most reputable transport company at the best rate possible, and that she would stay in touch with me until she knew my vehicle had safely arrived at it's destination. Judy Kats was incredible, I got a great rate for the transport, and it was picked up on time in Florida and delivered to Indiana, in two days. This experience was amazing, and I highly recommend Judy Kats and Sonic Auto Transport to anyone who is in the market to have a vehicle shipped. Thanks so much Judy Kats for all your efforts to make this go so smoothly.

The positive reviews must all be phony. I was promised pickup on 4/16 with a contracted price, only to be informed that morning that the driver was ill and the only available drivers were next week for $500 more. Total scam.

If I could give Judy Kats from Sonic a higher rating than an A+ I certainly would!

I signed my contract with Judy for a specific price and then when the time came for her to find a driver within my timeframe, fuel prices have risen and she was having a hard time finding a driver that would stay within my original quote.

She worked very, very hard for me and when she did finally find a driver that was within reason she discounted the extra charges that driver wanted so that my quote would remain the same!

Judy went above and beyond what she was required to do to make sure I was a 100% satisfied customer!

And I am!!!!

Moving my Miata MX-5

Having just bought a Miata in Mississippi and the need to move it to New Jersey became my newest quest. My first step was to Google on how to do it. I got bombarded with offers from all over the place with an amazing range of price quotes. I looked at all the offers , then started to narrow them down with research I did on everyone to see if they were legit. I picked Sonic Auto Transport and was assigned Judy Kats as my rep. She quickly verified the quote and prepared the contract. It took a day or two to locate a driver heading in my direction then I was given the driver's name and contact number. The only setback came when the driver ran out of time on his driver log and had to stop for the evening. We all agreed it was better to be safe. Three days later my Miata was delivered to my door safe and sound. Thank you, Judy.

He talked with me from the initial set up all the way until my son received his car in Oregon. He was making sure I understood every step of the way. I recently moved from Arizona to Florida. I have never had to use a transportation company until now. From the beginning till the end, I had worked with a woman named (DANA CHAMBERS). She had given me the BEST customer service!! She was available ALL the time to either answer my questions or she got back to me within minutes even after work hours. Dana was ALWAYS on top of EVERYTHING!! She eased my mind and made the transition very easy for me. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER!!! I have a Mercedes so you know I was not only concerned but worried too that my car would get here to Florida with no damage,etc... IT DID! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO THRU SONIC TRANSPORT AGAIN AND I ALSO TOLD MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THEM!! THANKYOU DANA CHAMBERS!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE PERIOD!!! Great company

My experience with this company has been great. I wanted to ship my car from California to Florida and the service was amazing. The agent (Steve) was very nice and any time i called the number the same agent answered and explained the whole process. The drivers came to pick up the car, were super friendly and were updating me during the whole trip of where they were and even delivered it a day earlier than planned. They were flexible in receiving the money and they didn't demand cash like most companies. I used Zelle for the transaction which was convenient. I'd definitely use their services again.

Classic bait and switch, showed a low price and then on day it was supposed to be picked up squeezed me for a couple extra hundred. Told me no one else was running the route for at least another week and the driver the day before “blew a tire”
