Very quick and responsive

I worked with Petra when I needed my Subaru delivered. She was very quick to respond and on top of finding a driver for me even when we came into an issue she resolved it as quickly and best to her ability. I was very pleased with my services with her.

He got me an excellent deal, called me everyday to keep me posted on prices , and he even still helps me to this very day . I worked with Alex months ago , I recently needed help from him today . He took time out of his schedule , and called to get my documents emailed to me , within minutes after we got off the phone . Great customer service and price

This shipment service was great in the price (best price I was able to find for the shipment I needed), ability to select the date of transportation without paying an extra fee, and the customer service. I was assisted by Alison and she was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, and the driver was very helpful and delivered the car without damaging it too.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had out car break down on us in Knoxville, TN and had to leave it at a dealership for repair while we continued on our way (needed to meet a deadline and the car would not have been repaired in time). Because there is not a large airport into Knoxville we looked into getting a car transport. I got quotes from several different companies. Sonic Auto Transport was BY FAR the cheapest. My original quote was $465 to get from Knoxville, TN to just outside Baltimore, MD (other companies were quoting me over $1,000). I was a bit leery at first because the price was SO much cheaper. After doing some research and reading the reviews we decided to go ahead and book with Sonic. From the very beginning Marcos Cook was constantly in contact with me keeping up to date on when the car was going to be picked up and who the driver was going to be. Unfortunately the first driver that was scheduled couldn’t make the pickup but Marcos Cook was immediately on it and within 30 minutes found another driver for the next day!! The original quote was $465 and with the new driver the rate went up to $600 but we were still VERY pleased with that price. Marcos Cook us contacted the day of pick-up with pictures of the car getting loaded. Marcos also messaged us the day of the delivery and made sure we were satisfied and that the car made it safely. I highly recommend Sonic Auto Transport!

Sonic auto transport followed through with exactly what they promised in the contract. The price was considerably less than other transport services. I was skeptical based on the price but the quality of service was perfect. Communication was outstanding. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time as promised. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Classic Bait and Switch

Classic bait and switch, showed a low price and then on day it was supposed to be picked up squeezed me for a couple extra hundred. Told me no one else was running the route for at least another week and the driver the day before “blew a tire”

Gave me some Flexibility

Raymond was my Sonic Rep and was very responsive. Price ended up being higher than originally quoted but delays on my side combined with gas prices soaring during the delay was probably the culprit. The carrier showed up within the window he said he would but pushed the envelope a bit on the delivery side. All in all this was a positive experience.

I had my wife and I's car shipped from Orlando, Florida to Columbus, Ohio. It was a stress free and a fast experience with this company. All the questions I had were answered and I left each conversation feeling confident in my decision with using Sonic Auto as my car transport. Miles was my customer service agent and he did a excellent job in explaining the overall process. I give him and this company a 5 out of 5, as well as the truck driver.

Once I tried to get a quote I was overwhelmed with companies calling and emailing. Most were way too high on price and would then bad mouth other companies. Sonic popped up with a great price so I tried them. I was helped by Diego. He was awesome and helped me every step of the way. He didn't bad mouth anyone and got me the cheapest price of everyone. My car got here in the time frame I was told and the driver was great. I would recommend using Sonic and dealing with Diego to anyone looking to transport a car.

Difficult Move!

Difficult Move!

Clinton Blair was my representative at Sonic and he did an amazing job through a series of difficult situations related to my car. I shipped my car from Washington to Florida and the day before it was to be picked up, the driver assigned to my transport called and said his insurance had been cancelled. Clinton immediately got a hold of me and said he was working on my case as his main focus. He was able to find another driver and my car was picked up late that night. During the 4,000 mile transit move, the driver had two major breakdowns and then in GA, he was involved in a major accident that did significant damage to his vehicle. During this whole process, Clinton kept in touch with me, even when the driver wasn't. My car finally arrived 8 days after it was scheduled to arrive, and it was not damaged. Again Clinton checked in with me and made sure my car was okay. He was the bright spot in a very difficult car move and I recommend Clinton highly.

Great service from start to finish! Working with Frank was a breeze! This was the first time shipping a vehicle and he informed me of the process and answered my questions with patience. They took care of “my baby”. CA to TX

I was overjoyed with the service I received from the driver and from the office staff/scheduler. I was apprehensive to ship “my baby”, but they took great care of me throughout the process, even when the originally scheduled driver had problems. The change was seem less for me even though the charge for the alternate driver was higher. Love the e-doc signing. Great experience!

As promised and delivered

After being contacted and given various quotes by so many brokers, I've decided to go with John Gardner from Sonic Auto Transportation. The price was very reasonable given the high season. He was able go above and beyond to find a driver on the agreed upon date for pick-up and provide an estimate on the vehicle delivery and both dates were as promised. The car showed up in California in tact and with no issues. Thank you for making the car shipping seamless. It was more stress trying to find a car shipping company but when the time came, John and the driver delivered and met our expectations. Great working with Sonic Auto Transportation. Would definitely use again in the future.

This was my 1st Time transporting a vehicle and I had a great experience with Sonic Transportation. The Rep Tyler was very professional he guided me through every step of the process; he immediately communicated when the 1st driver was unable to make my requested date and promptly got me rescheduled. The Driver Jesus was also Very Professional/ Prompt and Polite. The Car was picked up in La on Saturday and Delivered in San Francisco on Monday evening much earlier then the initial estimated time- without any damages and Jesus also communicated with my son and kept him abreast of his ETA
