Sonic auto transport

Once I tried to get a quote I was overwhelmed with companies calling and emailing. Most were way too high on price and would then bad mouth other companies. Sonic popped up with a great price so I tried them. I was helped by Diego. He was awesome and helped me every step of the way. He didn't bad mouth anyone and got me the cheapest price of everyone. My car got here in the time frame I was told and the driver was great. I would recommend using Sonic and dealing with Diego to anyone looking to transport a car.

Difficult Move!

Clinton Blair was my representative at Sonic and he did an amazing job through a series of difficult situations related to my car. I shipped my car from Washington to Florida and the day before it was to be picked up, the driver assigned to my transport called and said his insurance had been cancelled. Clinton immediately got a hold of me and said he was working on my case as his main focus. He was able to find another driver and my car was picked up late that night. During the 4,000 mile transit move, the driver had two major breakdowns and then in GA, he was involved in a major accident that did significant damage to his vehicle. During this whole process, Clinton kept in touch with me, even when the driver wasn't. My car finally arrived 8 days after it was scheduled to arrive, and it was not damaged. Again Clinton checked in with me and made sure my car was okay. He was the bright spot in a very difficult car move and I recommend Clinton highly.

Great service from start to finish! Working with Frank was a breeze! This was the first time shipping a vehicle and he informed me of the process and answered my questions with patience. Frank has great customer service etiquette and delivered my vehicle from Florida to California, with no damages! My car arrived quickly and the entire process was smooth and hassle free! The fee was great and he gave me the best quote out of all the other carriers. I would recommend Frank and Sonic Auto transportation without hesitation!

Diego was such a great representative for auto shipping. He was honest and transparent regarding the process of auto shipping. He was able to get a very reasonable rate for the distance my vehicle needed to be shipped from Chicago to Vegas! He was thorough and efficient. He checked in occasionally just to show that he really cares about the delivery of my car and wanted to make sure that I was pleased! I would recommend Sonic Auto to anyone seeking vehicle shipment. I would highly recommend this company for any future use for towing your car. most of all great service from Rose she has great customer service and took me through step by step procedures and I would highly recommend this company to family members as well. Rose ? always followed up with me about my car as it was in route from California to to Oklahoma and my overall experience was great. Most of all their prices were less than all others .. Sonic Auto gave me the lowest quote amongst many from the first day of my search to ship my vehicle across the country. The first driver assigned to me unfortunately did cancel the initial pickup date which was disappointing but nonetheless Sonic Auto was able to find me another driver that got the job done with no issues (although I did have to alter my pickup due to the initial driver cancelation). Jade Tan did a great job communicating and keeping me updated on the status of everything in general. Would definitely ship another vehicle with them again.

We had a great experience with Sonic. They shipped our Mercedes Model E350 from San Francisco to Chicago. Our main contact, Alex Frost, was very easy to deal with. He was very responsive to our requests and available by phone when we needed to talk. Sonic picked up the car on time, and actually delivered it one day ahead of schedule. Their price was competitive, and the car was delivered without any issue. They picked it up on a flat bed truck and the car was well secured. I would recommend Sonic and Alex to whoever is looking to move their vehicle. Nice job!

Vehicle transportationMy initial contact was with Bianka Andersen who is very helpful in every aspect from story of the contract to ensure proper delivery of the vehicle. Throughout the process he was a constant contactTo ensure that the vehicle was picked up in a timely manner and deliver a timely manner in proper condition. Her performance was exemplary and I would highly recommend the use of the company in the mood for the vehicle based on my experience in dealing with Miss Anderson.

Angel was great in terms of getting the vehicle moved quickly. It ended up costing more than I was originally quoted but it was a Lincoln Navigator L with the extended wheelbase. So I think it was a legitimate reason for the increase in price due to the large size of my SUV being shipped. Plus they gave me the option of waiting on another carrier at the original price.

Either way, it was worth the extra money because I was able to get the vehicle a lot quicker than I had expected!

She told me that she would work hard to find the most reputable transport company at the best rate possible, and that she would stay in touch with me until she knew my vehicle had safely arrived at it's destination. Judy Kats was incredible, I got a great rate for the transport, and it was picked up on time in Florida and delivered to Indiana, in two days. This experience was amazing, and I highly recommend Judy Kats and Sonic Auto Transport to anyone who is in the market to have a vehicle shipped. She was a blessing, she made all the arrangements start to finish. She found me the cheapest rate, she kept me informed every step of the way, before the car was pick up, and when the car was in route, all the drivers information, even after delivery to see if I was satisfied.
