Overall good experience. Josephine Parks was diligent in communicating with me and finding me a reliable driver. It was a bit difficult getting in contact with the driver initially but communication improved closer to delivery. If I could give Judy Kats from Sonic a higher rating than an A+ I certainly would!

I signed my contract with Judy for a specific price and then when the time came for her to find a driver within my timeframe, fuel prices have risen and she was having a hard time finding a driver that would stay within my original quote.

She worked very, very hard for me and when she did finally find a driver that was within reason she discounted the extra charges that driver wanted so that my quote would remain the same!

Judy went above and beyond what she was required to do to make sure I was a 100% satisfied customer!

And I am!!!!

I recently moved from Arizona to Florida. I have never had to use a transportation company until now. From the beginning till the end, I had worked with a woman named (DANA CHAMBERS). She had given me the BEST customer service!! She was available ALL the time to either answer my questions or she got back to me within minutes even after work hours. Dana was ALWAYS on top of EVERYTHING!! She eased my mind and made the transition very easy for me. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER!!! I have a Mercedes so you know I was not only concerned but worried too that my car would get here to Florida with no damage,etc... IT DID! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! Great company

My experience with this company has been great. I wanted to ship my car from California to Florida and the service was amazing. The agent (Steve) was very nice and any time i called the number the same agent answered and explained the whole process. The drivers came to pick up the car, were super friendly and were updating me during the whole trip of where they were and even delivered it a day earlier than planned. They were flexible in receiving the money and they didn't demand cash like most companies. I used Zelle for the transaction which was convenient. I'd definitely use their services again.

My experience was no less than wonderful. I worked with Paige Evans and she was very helpful. Their cost was very reasonable and Paige would keep me informed the whole process though. I ran into a situation withe the original dates and she without hesitation found me another driver who delivered the car early and it was perfect. This is my second car to move, first with Sonic, I will definitely use them again!

I used Sonic Transportation to carry my car from Colorado to California, I was very satisfied with the perfect condition of the car and fast delivery. I wasn’t very flexible with the time to deliver, but they adjusted themselves and made everything in the exact time I wanted. Quick and Easy

Miles set up an online form to my phone for transporting my car. I was worried how I was going to get my car back home, but sonic auto transportation was able to deliver my car back home for a fair price.Miles kept me updated through out the whole process. The driver delivered my car safely. Also a very nice guy, but I forgot his name. It arrived faster than I expected. Overall a simple and painless experience.

Sonic Auto gave me the lowest quote amongst many from the first day of my search to ship my vehicle across the country. The first driver assigned to me unfortunately did cancel the initial pickup date which was disappointing but nonetheless Sonic Auto was able to find me another driver that got the job done with no issues (although I did have to alter my pickup due to the initial driver cancelation). Jade Tan did a great job communicating and keeping me updated on the status of everything in general. Would definitely ship another vehicle with them again.

Easy to deal with, reliable, on time

We had a great experience with Sonic. They shipped our Mercedes Model E350 from San Francisco to Chicago. Our main contact, Alex Frost, was very easy to deal with. He was very responsive to our requests and available by phone when we needed to talk. Sonic picked up the car on time, and actually delivered it one day ahead of schedule. Their price was competitive, and the car was delivered without any issue. They picked it up on a flat bed truck and the car was well secured. I would recommend Sonic and Alex to whoever is looking to move their vehicle. Nice job!

Angel was great in terms of getting the vehicle moved quickly. It ended up costing more than I was originally quoted but it was a Lincoln Navigator L with the extended wheelbase. So I think it was a legitimate reason for the increase in price due to the large size of my SUV being shipped. Plus they gave me the option of waiting on another carrier at the original price.

Either way, it was worth the extra money because I was able to get the vehicle a lot quicker than I had expected!

My wife used to be a freight broker, so I’m familiar with the industry. Sonic was a simple, easy broker to work with and I’d trust them in the future.

We recently had a great experience with Sonic when I needed my parent's car transported from Florida to Georgia. Rose did an amazing job getting us taken care of and we even had our original driver get sick right before the transport date but she contacted me and advised me of him being sick and the information on the new driver at the same time. I love that she took care of it before she even let us know.

Legit company - Ask for Dana

I filled out an online form to get quotes from the top 10 auto carriers, and naturally my phone and email exploded with transport carriers calling and emailing to tell me why they were the best, and why I should believe the others. After fielding several calls, I spoke with Judy Kats at Sonic Auto Transport, and the rest is history. First of all, instead of her spending time bashing her competitors she explained to me why I should choose Sonic and why she was the right broker for my vehicle. She told me that she would work hard to find the most reputable transport company at the best rate possible, and that she would stay in touch with me until she knew my vehicle had safely arrived at it's destination. Judy Kats was incredible, I got a great rate for the transport, and it was picked up on time in Florida and delivered to Indiana, in two days. This experience was amazing, and I highly recommend Judy Kats and Sonic Auto Transport to anyone who is in the market to have a vehicle shipped.
