Worked with Bianca to ship vehicle from WA state to TX. Bianca was very responsive. Our initial driver fell ill and canceled the day before we were to ship. Bianca searched keeping us up to date and found another carrier. Bianca followed up until our car had been loaded and again she followed up checking to ensure our car reached TX. Bianca provided excellent customer service. Would use again.

Good experience

I had no unaddressed issues with this company moving my car. They kept me informed, were decently priced, and very easy to work with.

They had a driver in the middle of nowhere for $300 less than some of the other companies. Sandra was great and I never had to call or text her to ask any questions as she kept me in the loop.

Would recommend to anybody moving and needing to transport their vehicles.

I applied to a distribuition website where my request went to many shipping companies. I chose sonic Auto because I received a phone call from Judy Kats within 24 hrs. I needed a vehicle shipped within the 2 weeks. Judy got me scheduled and in contact with the driver. The vehicle showed up quicker than stated and 100% unharmed or damaged. Would highly recommend this Transport company to anyone and ask for Judy Kats!

Transport from FL to TX

We needed to transport my daughters vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with Bianca who helped us step by step setting up the process and locating a driver. We ended running into a problem with the first driver and was able to locate another, but for a higher price. It was unfortunate, but the fine print states that could happen. Bianca worked fast to get us a replacement and get everything done as promised and on original set date. Would recommend. Thanks again.

Fast, reliable, and great customer service

Clinton with Sonic Auto Transportation was very helpful in a very tough situation. Our F-350 dually work truck got stranded in Gallup, NM on a cross country trip and was able to find us a very good transportation solution at a very good rate to get the truck back to our mechanic in Phoenix, AZ. The positive reviews must all be phony. I was promised pickup on 4/16 with a contracted price, only to be informed that morning that the driver was ill and the only available drivers were next week for $500 more. Total scam.

Overall good experience. Josephine Parks was diligent in communicating with me and finding me a reliable driver. It was a bit difficult getting in contact with the driver initially but communication improved closer to delivery. I would like to thank Linda Ellis so much for her help and assistance regarding shipping my vehicle. It was for my son, who is an member of the Air Force Reserves and a Full Time College student. He was in car accident that totaled his vehicle a few months ago.
