I was shipping my Chevy suburban 2500, and it’s close to a 8000 pound vehicle, the tow truck that showed up was not rated for my vehicle , not even close. They attached there tow hooks directly to my brand new rims which scratched up the rims. The guys that did the shipment did not speak any English which wasn’t a problem till my father was inspecting the vehicle and taking pictures of the damage, they starting to send me aggressive texts. I would only use this company for a damaged car you don’t care about how it arrives .

I’ve done two shipments with Tempus Logix and I've had a great experience both times! I shipped my car from CA to IA and then back, For the second one, I had to meet the driver a couple miles away to pick up my car but that was not a problem as I had a ride. I was offered a ride as well, as backup, which was nice. The driver, Sergio, was very friendly and communicative and we agreed well in advance to a pickup window which was helpful.

Extra notes: Shipping a car is definitely a little unnerving, especially since, as a customer, you don't know what you're going to get but as long as you communicate, it’s good. Don’t expect a ton of convenience, the drivers have multiple cars they’re picking up and dropping off so you have to respect their schedule. Make sure you cover your bases, leave a 5-day window for pickup (I requested as early as Thursday and got Saturday), assume the driver can get your car to your destination faster than you expect (my first shipment was a single driver (6 day trip), my second was two (2.5 day trip)), and have someone on the other end for delivery, if needed. You can pack your car as long as the stuff is below the windows and I recommend covering everything with a blanket.

I scheduled via uship and the first company they assigned me to was horrible. Dropped the ball and didn't pick up my car.

Tempus Logix was the second booking and it was night and day fantastic. Communication is key and they called and texted me right away and all throughout the process.

The driver they booked also communicated very well. When he came to pick up my car, he was VERY careful with it. It is a lowered sports car and he took great care with it.

The only thing that could have been better, is that I had special instructions for my car. It runs, but can't stay running for more than 10 minutes at a time (oil psi issues). The information I originally submitted, wasn't passed along to the driver. However, the driver was awesome at being involved and understanding the challenge. It could have been a uship issue of not passing the notes along. Either way, it wasn't a big deal, because communication was excellent.

I'd easily choose Tempus Logix again for my car. In fact, I'll be shipping my car back to me after it is completed (more race mods). I'll be using Tempus again.

I hired them twice and every single time they had beaten every other company price, and every time managed to find me a driver no later than the second day of the pick up window and also delivered on time. They are always responsive and respond to emails and texts in just a few minutes. ALWAYS available on phone and even sometimes after business hours. I would hire them again and again and again. Great job I really appreciate all of you and please keep the the great work. Communication is what makes you all very unique to all other companies. After the delivery they also called me to check on the delivery and my satisfaction. So professional
