I had an exceptional experience with Sonic Auto transport company! From start to finish, their communication was excellent—I always felt informed and up to date. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service they provided. Most importantly, their customer service was top-notch. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. The guy who coordinated the pick-up stayed in contact with me, the driver was very accommodating, and the dispatcher was available when we needed them. My vehicle arrived safely and on time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Truly a stress-free experience!

Bait and Switch

On the morning of the day our car was to be picked, we got a call from John who said that due to some extra regulatory fees, the prices was going from $285 in the original signed contract to $600. We had no choice due to the plans that were already in motion. Would NOT recommend Sonic Auto Transport ever.
