Tom Padan at Sonic was very helpful!

Great experience working with Sonic. Tom Padan was very helpful and followed up via text/call throughout the process and answered all my questions and even followed up that everything had been completed smoothly.

They also worked with a good transportation company and gave competitive price and great service. I highly recommend. I have transported cars 3 times before and this has been the best experience so far.

Sonic transport and Alison Thompson was excellent and very reliable and dependable for the service I was wanting to transport my vehicle from the west coast to the east coast in three days very satisfied with the time frame very honest with every question I ask. Dependable, safe, efficient, affordable

I was moving out of state in about 11 days so needed my car shipped by the end of 10. Thea Morris from Sonic was one of the many brokers that reached out to me the day I was searching and she gave me a very affordable price. To ease my suspicions, I did some reading on Sonic and they seemed to be reputable so I took the chance. I signed the contract and had a carrier (Green Light) assigned to me about 7 days later. They ended up taking my car 1 day earlier than expected but this was not an issue as it was WITHIN the timeframe I submitted to Thea to have my car picked up before my flight. The car took about 3 days to go across the country from the midwest (expected 5-7 days, also NOTE that this transport took place in early-April with no storms happening in the country). I was also able to have several pieces of luggage transported with my car, thus saving me in tons of overall moving costs. The car arrived in the same condition it was given with no items stolen. Overall, a very stream-lined, efficient process. I would recommend Thea and would absolutely work with her again if I had another major move. She really helped me save money. Thanks again!

Friendly helpful service, but...

Bianca was great to work with. She was always helpful and provided plenty of information to all of my questions. We had an issue with the first driver but she found a second driver who could pick up the car a week later, although at a higher price. Aside from that, it was a pleasure to work with Bianca and she made the shipping experience very easy.

I have to say, I find it curious to read other reviewers who also had an issue with their first driver on the day their car was to be picked up, and then ended up with a second driver at a higher cost. Sonic was the second company I went to after having this same “issue with the first driver” with Pride Car Shipping. I cancelled business with Pride after the second driver was quoted at a much higher price and went to Sonic, hoping everything would go more smoothly. Once again though, there was an issue with the first driver on the morning of the scheduled pick up. And once again we couldn’t get another driver to honor the originally quoted price so I was left with no choice but to pay a higher price for a second driver as I had a fast approaching deadline to ship the car.

I enjoyed working with Bianca and she really was friendly and helpful. I’m not faulting Sonic for the problem with the first driver, but there seems to be an alarming tendency in this industry for the first driver to fall through at the last minute and then to end up paying more for a second driver. If you’re planning to ship a car, just be aware that you may encounter the same experience.

Excellent Customer Service

Customer Service made doing business Sonic Auto Transport easy. Jake in particular was responsive, accurate and when an unforseen issue came up with a Transport Truck in route having mechanical issues and not being able to make it's scheduled pickup, Jake was all over it finding a suitable replacement whom followed through and delivered in a timely manner before our deadline. Would definitely do business again.

Sonic Auto - Stella Newman

I chose Sonic Auto because majority of the reviews were good and they had the best quote. $575 from Dallas to Los Angeles. Car transportation service is volatile but Stella Newman came thru. Day of transportation my original driver cancelled due to truck maintenance issues. I was prepared for this very issue and in this industry you have to be prepared. Fortunately Stella found me a driver same day as my contract but I had to pay $25.00 more than my original quote - not bad compared to other situations. If your looking to transport a car, be prepared for any situation. In the end my car was delivered to my satisfaction within budget.

Rose was awesome

Rose was very patient with me. She had everything set up for me but due to certain events, the driver cancelled a couple of Horus prior to pick up time. She was however on top of it. She immediately got the team to help get me another driver asap and get the car delivered at the initial scheduled date. Needless to say I called her over 20 times between that period ( really needed the car to be at destination by a certain date) but each time she was cordial, and understanding of my concerns. She got me another driver the next day and got my car at the scheduled delivery despite the hiccup. I would definitely recommend working with her.

He was able to make sure I get a car at a reasonable price and that it was on dates that would be convenient for me. He also got me a great driver that handled my car well. I got it back in perfect condition.

I booked with Sonic Transportation and was given a pick up date. Last minute the driver that was initially on my order had an emergency and would not be picking my vehicle up. Dorothy Clark called on her day off to ensure that I was placed with another driver and negotiated the price as they were asking for more money.

The delivery driver that was dispatched Starway Logistics came one day earlier, no biggie for me. I was given a delivery date of the 22nd. However, the driver himself called me with an update for the delivery of my vehicle. My car was received without any issues. Top notch professionalism. I will definitely recommend

Great customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The driver picked up my car from a caliber collision center without me being present because I was stuck in another state. They deliver my car in a public place, and left the keys in the gas tank because I couldn’t get off work. They took pictures and send everything to me, everything was done on time, great communication. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they really went above and beyond to help me and to make it a lot easier. This worth as stress-free and affordable as you can get.
