I’m glad I selected Amber and sonic to ship my vehicle from Maryland to Florida. The process was seamless and easy from a company that required zero dollars upfront. The driver was friendly and communicated constantly throughout the process. I recommend it to our meeting a vehicle moved quickly at a more than fair price.

Excellent Customer Service

Customer Service made doing business Sonic Auto Transport easy. Jake in particular was responsive, accurate and when an unforseen issue came up with a Transport Truck in route having mechanical issues and not being able to make it's scheduled pickup, Jake was all over it finding a suitable replacement whom followed through and delivered in a timely manner before our deadline. Would definitely do business again.

Amazing Company and Rep!!

Jake C. was my representative throughout this process and made everything super easy. He stayed in contact from pickup to delivery. I even received my car two days before the expected delivery date! Talk about going above and beyond with customer service.

Sonic Auto - Stella Newman

I chose Sonic Auto because majority of the reviews were good and they had the best quote. $575 from Dallas to Los Angeles. Car transportation service is volatile but Stella Newman came thru. Day of transportation my original driver cancelled due to truck maintenance issues. I was prepared for this very issue and in this industry you have to be prepared. Fortunately Stella found me a driver same day as my contract but I had to pay $25.00 more than my original quote - not bad compared to other situations. If your looking to transport a car, be prepared for any situation. In the end my car was delivered to my satisfaction within budget.

Hummer. I needed it transported to Oviedo, FL from

Pembroke Pines FL. Being a competitive field, I had

struggled to find a reliable broker who would stand

by their posted quote. Well Fatima did stand by Sonic’s which was nice & fair. I know that I will use Sonic Auto Transp. again if need be & will also refer it to family & friends just because of the outstanding service I received from Fatima. Great employee !!!

Rose was awesome

Rose was very patient with me. She had everything set up for me but due to certain events, the driver cancelled a couple of Horus prior to pick up time. She was however on top of it. She immediately got the team to help get me another driver asap and get the car delivered at the initial scheduled date. Needless to say I called her over 20 times between that period ( really needed the car to be at destination by a certain date) but each time she was cordial, and understanding of my concerns. She got me another driver the next day and got my car at the scheduled delivery despite the hiccup. I would definitely recommend working with her.

Highly Recommend

I booked with Sonic Transportation and was given a pick up date. Last minute the driver that was initially on my order had an emergency and would not be picking my vehicle up. Dorothy Clark called on her day off to ensure that I was placed with another driver and negotiated the price as they were asking for more money.

The delivery driver that was dispatched Starway Logistics came one day earlier, no biggie for me. I was given a delivery date of the 22nd. However, the driver himself called me with an update for the delivery of my vehicle. My car was received without any issues. Top notch professionalism. I will definitely recommend

I got my car transported from New York to Los Angeles. When I first did the Google search I had a lot of people reach out to me to get me to use their services. Tim was by far the best out of them. He was able to make sure I get a car at a reasonable price and that it was on dates that would be convenient for me. He also got me a great driver that handled my car well. I got it back in perfect condition.

Great experience!!!

Was very skeptical given the mixed reviews but took a leap of faith since every service provider in this industry has similar reviews. I was pleasantly surprised - I shipped 2 cars from Virginia to Dallas and Stella Newman made it effortless. The price went up a little towards the shipping date, but nothing outrageous. I would defly recommend them and use them again.

I used Sonic Transportation to transport my 2004 F-150 and frankly, it was the first time I needed this service. When you put your name out there, you get an avalanche of texts, emails and phone calls. I initially chose Sonic based on price, not the lowest but about in the middle. I can't recommend Sonic Transportation enough! My representative, Christian, bent over backwards and worked overtime to get my vehicle back safely. Christian was in contact regularly during the process and was very responsive to my requests. Thank you Christian and Sonic Transportation!

Great customer service. Best price!!

Great customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The driver picked up my car from a caliber collision center without me being present because I was stuck in another state. They deliver my car in a public place, and left the keys in the gas tank because I couldn’t get off work. They took pictures and send everything to me, everything was done on time, great communication. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they really went above and beyond to help me and to make it a lot easier. This worth as stress-free and affordable as you can get.

Overall Satisfied

Overall, Sonic transportation met our vehicle shipping needs from Brunswick, GA to Alexandria, LA. Initial price was quoted at 660.00 dollars and the final price ended up being 800.00. I would like to thank Bianca for her customer service and support. She worked very hard to ensure my vehicle was delivered safely and followed up with me via text to confirm delivery. The only issue I had was dealing with the contracted driver with Greenway LLC. The driver did not speak English and actually delivered the truck to the wrong hotel. Luckily, I called the owner and he was able to communicate with the driver of the correct location. I would encourage Sonic Transportation to seek out drivers who are at least bilingual. It could have been a larger issue, but thankfully I was able to receive my vehicle. Again, this not meant to be negative but just recommended room for improvement. Thank you again Bianca! You were so pleasant and courteous with me!
