I needed to transport to transport my vehicle from California to Washington and had never done so before. I was contacted by Alison Thompson from Sonic I was pleasantly surprised how helpful she was. She made me feel confident my vehicle would get there safely which it did in a timely matter and a fair price for the service. She quickly responded when I had a question. I would definitely use them again.

Vehicle Transport

So thankful for the assistance. This was new to me and they made everything go smoothly. First driver had a large route cancel within hours of picking my vehicle up but Sonic Auto was right on it. It wasn’t 20 minutes I received a call another driver would be picking my vehicle up within 20 minutes and deposit was deducted. It was about 2 hours before pickup but everything went smoothly and I received my vehicle ? quickly. Picked up in Maryland on Monday and received in Houston early Wednesday morning when other companies was saying 4 days. I’m so thankful. I would gladly use Sonic Auto again if needed.

Wonderful experience

I was overwhelmed and stressed at first to pick a company for car shipping. I mean, once you type your information into one company website for rates on car shipping, your phone is being blown up by calls and texts by companies trying to get your business. After researching this company and reading reviews, I thought this was a good choice. It was after speaking to Helen that I knew it was an excellent choice. She took the time to explain to me the process, broke down all the information to be sure I understood and was around for me via text and call whenever I needed to reassure me and give me the best customer experience. This process was easy, straight forward and FAST! I received my car in just 2 days and everything was in perfect condition. I will recommend this company to my friends and family, or even a stranger who I overhear saying something about car shipping ?? Fast and Convenient Shipping

Levi Fisher did an amazing job from start to finish. He was very responsive and helped me with any questions I had. The one star off was because the quoted price was over $100 more than what was quoted (its better to quote over and final price to be less than the other way around). However, prices were still competitive. Chady from Kings Auto was the driver and delivered my vehicle over 500 miles in a day.

Transporting your car from one city to another can be very stressful. The industry is riddled with 'bait & switch double talk' which makes it very difficult to comparison shop. Levi Fischer was my contact - he answered every question with a straight answer. He gave me a fair price, my car was picked up and delivered as promised in the same condition as it was picked up in. I would recommend Levi to anyone. He was always available or got back to me as quickly as possible. He can be trusted.

Sonic Auto transport was GREAT to work with. Kevin Alston was the guy I worked with. He was patient with my many questions. I had my car moved "enclosed" which was new for me, so I had a lot of concerns and he addressed them all in my many inquiries! They weren't the cheapest, but were competitive, and the customer service made it worth every penny!

Good experience

I had no unaddressed issues with this company moving my car. They kept me informed, were decently priced, and very easy to work with.

They had a driver in the middle of nowhere for $300 less than some of the other companies. Sandra was great and I never had to call or text her to ask any questions as she kept me in the loop.

Would recommend to anybody moving and needing to transport their vehicles.

Fast and precise

I applied to a distribuition website where my request went to many shipping companies. I chose sonic Auto because I received a phone call from Judy Kats within 24 hrs. I needed a vehicle shipped within the 2 weeks. Judy got me scheduled and in contact with the driver. The vehicle showed up quicker than stated and 100% unharmed or damaged. Would highly recommend this Transport company to anyone and ask for Judy Kats!

Unbelievable

I needed to transport me and my sisters trucks from NJ to TX. After researching several auto transport companies I decided to go with Sonic because of the cost and reviews. Still skeptical because of the cost, I shortly found out that they were transporting several vehicles from NJ to TX so adding two more vehicles were no problem at all. I booked with Jasper Pearce so if you call please speak with Jasper. He’s very knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. He made me feel a little bit more comfortable going with Sonic over other companies. I don’t want to leave out that the vehicles were picked up on a Friday morning and delivered Monday night. 3 days. I received quotes for 1 week+ for arrival so that was pretty impressive as well. Thank you Jasper and Sonic Auto Transport for making this a great experience.

My experience with sonic auto transport was amazing. They did such an amazing job making sure that my cars got from North Carolina to Texas. Jake Collins was the individual who helped me. He had excellent communication with me throughout the entire process. Even when we ran into a situation where drivers were declining the opportunity to take my vehicles, Jake worked tirelessly to make sure that my cars would get to me in a reasonable time for reasonable price. I will definitely be doing business with sonic auto transport as long as Jake is my representative.

Transport from FL to TX

We needed to transport my daughters vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with Bianca who helped us step by step setting up the process and locating a driver. We ended running into a problem with the first driver and was able to locate another, but for a higher price. It was unfortunate, but the fine print states that could happen. Bianca worked fast to get us a replacement and get everything done as promised and on original set date. Would recommend. Thanks again.
