Great job with transport and Customer Service

We recently had a great experience with Sonic when I needed my parent's car transported from Florida to Georgia. Rose did an amazing job getting us taken care of and we even had our original driver get sick right before the transport date but she contacted me and advised me of him being sick and the information on the new driver at the same time. I love that she took care of it before she even let us know.

Sonic Auto Transportation -Great 1st Experience

This was my 1st Time transporting a vehicle and I had a great experience with Sonic Transportation. The Rep Tyler was very professional he guided me through every step of the process; he immediately communicated when the 1st driver was unable to make my requested date and promptly got me rescheduled. The Driver Jesus was also Very Professional/ Prompt and Polite. The Car was picked up in La on Saturday and Delivered in San Francisco on Monday evening much earlier then the initial estimated time- without any damages and Jesus also communicated with my son and kept him abreast of his ETA

Fast, Efficient, Affordable Delivery service

I got a quote by Hannah Holmes from Sonic Auto that was quick, affordable, and timely delivered a day earlier than the estimated date on the contract. There was a small deposit to confirm the pickup and you pay the remaining balance once the driver arrives at the destination address with the vehicle. Overall, service was excellent and weather conditions were great for the seamless delivery from coast to coast. I would recommend Hannah Holmes to anyone looking to get prompt service and highly efficient delivery service. She was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process.

Great long distance auto mover

Worked with Bianca to ship vehicle from WA state to TX. Bianca was very responsive. Our initial driver fell ill and canceled the day before we were to ship. Bianca searched keeping us up to date and found another carrier. Bianca followed up until our car had been loaded and again she followed up checking to ensure our car reached TX. Bianca provided excellent customer service. Would use again.

I needed to have a car moved from Maryland to North Carolina. I contacted Amber Moore at Sonic Auto Trasport.

She was a blessing, she made all the arrangements start to finish. She found me the cheapest rate, she kept me informed every step of the way, before the car was pick up, and when the car was in route, all the drivers information, even after delivery to see if I was satisfied.

I was scheduled for a pick up on 11/18 vehicle left on 11/16. This was GREAT as when I arrived to GA my vehicle was here a day before me. Vehicle was on open carry and there was communication between Arthur and myself the entire process. No delays and the driver was amazing he communicated. My quoted price was my actual price. No hidden fees or additional fees after the fact. This was a smooth transaction. I appreciated the ease and comfort of knowing my vehicle was safe I was in informed of all additional stops and still my vehicle was in my state a day before me. Upon arrival Arthur contacted me to make sure everything was fine and the status of my delivery and I am just satisfied. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone moving Arthur is upfront everything he stated is what happened.

Bianca was very instrumental in my car being delivered 800 miles away to my brother who is homeless in Cameron MS. I really appreciate all the help and great communication throughout the process even when the first hauler canceled she work hard to find another one for the same price. I just want to thank Dana Chambers for doing such a great job on finding me someone to transport my 1967 olds. I called different places and she was the first one to get back to me and I told her how much I wanted to spend on delivering my car and she went over and beyond, she tried couple of times till she found me the right price and the right person for the job. My classic car was delivered in the time frame we agreed and not a scratch. Also something about Dana is that I can see a big smile on her even tho I can’t see her, you can see it through her nice polite voice and I think that says a lot in this industry. Dana not just called me to get my car pick up but also called me after to make sure that I got it and make sure everything went well.that’s really nice of her! keep up the good work Dana.I’m sure if I ever need to transport another car I will call her first instead of running around, other companies that contacted me , ones I told them how much I was willing to spend never called me back and that’s really disappointing because that goes to show that they don’t care . But again Dana Chambers is the person you want to contact for your next deliver.
