"I will NEVER use this moving company again in a future move. While I give them two stars ONLY because they were on time, and nothing got damaged, I was in the end very disappointed with their service. They were moving my 2 bedroom upstairs apartme..."

"I did a local move with them that included move management services. The packing and unpacking were done very well. The initial person I dealt with gave me bad information. She gave an estimate of $5-6K and I would up being billed for more than $8..."

"First I would like to note that this company does not even deserve a one star rating, but since it is required to rate the company I had to select at least one star! DO NOT USE TOP QUALITY MOVING SERVICES!! We have moved several times in th..."

"TSI is a broker who hired a mover to ship two (2) pieces of furniture (vintage, heirloom, been in the family since mid-1800’s). Once hired I had to initiate all follow-ups. The shipper stripped down the two (2) pieces into eight (8) separate group..."

"These guys showed up!!! Definitely the best experience I've have with moving companies. They wrapped and took care of everything properly. If you need a company to take care of everything, its these guys!! 5 stars and more."

"Picked up my personal property on June 20, 2022 they didn't deliver until Aug. 1, 2022 after repeated calls and advising them that we were not in Florida the destination of our move. They don't listen and are a rip off charging a 7% credit charge...."

"If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. We very mistakenly used Long Distance Van Lines for a move from San Francisco to Chicago in July 2017. They drew us in with a really low estimate for our move (which of course turned out as too good t..."

"The movers themselves were ok. They were friendly and prompt. They worked hard and fast on a hot day so I gave all 4 of them a $20 tip but they forgot to give me my big screen tv so I had to call about that. They did bring it back over at the end ..."

"They were terrible. DO NOT USE!!! So great over the phone those two middle-eastern dudes. Seemingly caring and professional with all their precautions to go over everything. Then, when they had all my furniture on a truck I was forced to pay three..."

"1-) The job was subcontracted to a different moving company without my consent and discussion. The persons who came to pick up items did not introduced correctly. I had a contract with E-Z Movers, they were supposed to pick up my items between 08/..."

"Dwight Jones is very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. He cares nothing about his employees. He sends them out to jobs unprepared and to fail. He represents his company terribly. Movers showed up to my home not once but twice on two diff day..."

"I just had a cross country move with Fisher N. American of Hamburg, NY. To sum up this experience as horrendous is understatement. Besides a damaged box spring, broken glass shelves to a curio china & scuff marks on our leather sofa, they lost up ..."

"If you have a relatively small to medium, fairly local move Tom and his crew are probably okay or better for your needs. If you have a larger home they don't handle it well. I have computer wires in different, improperly marked boxes (thus no of..."
