Stay away from USA Moving Express.

My experience with USA Moving Express was HORRIBLE.  This was to be a simple move.  My goods (which had been professionally packed and moved from Atlanta, GA to a storage unit in Philadelphia, PA- with oversight from me) were to be moved from the storage unit in Philadelphia to my new home--in Philadelphia (less than three miles away).  I had packed all pictures in bubble wrap, had used moving boxes that I purchased from The Home Depot, and all wood furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and taped.  I inspected my goods in the two storage units prior to the USA Express Moving associates arriving.  Everything was packed and stored carefully and safely in the storage u its.  When I met the USA Express Moving movers at the storage unit, I had a frank discussion with them about being careful with my furniture and belongings.  I shared with them that once the furniture had been delivered to my new home, I had no need for the moving blankets that protected my wood furniture--that they could keep the blankets. It took the movers two hours or less to load my already packed and protected goods from the storage unit to the moving truck.  When we arrived at my new home, I gave the movers a lay of the land and allowed them to use their expertise in determining how best to unload my property from their truck to my new home.  While they were unloading, I went to a nearby stor to get them refreshments.  When I returned, to my surprise, the USA Express Moving Associates had removed the moving blankets from all of the wood furniture and had set (and slid) the cardboard moving boxes on (across) the surfaces of the unprotected wood furniture. EVERY WOOD TOP SURFACE HAD BEEN DAMAGED/SCRATCHED BECAUSE OF USA EXPRESS MOVING'S NEGLIGENCE. When I spoke to Dana Crosso, my salesperson about this and a/one missing 11x14 professionally framed picture of me and my son (which had been bubble wrapped by me!), she defended her movers although she wasn't present for the move.  She called me several days later, stating that she had found the missing picture and would deliver it to me. Two weeks later, I had not heard from this vile person-Dana so, I e-mailed her inquiring about my (one) picture.  She (very cavalierly) stated she would have "her guys" deliver it to me.  The picture was delivered two days later, the bubble wrap had been removed and the picture framehad been scratched.  She had also sent two pieces of African-American art that did not belong to me. Although I am African-American (which Dana could see from my picture), I had shared with Dana that I was missing ONE PICTURE, not three.  While this may not be considered blatant racism, it certainly is concerning.  Why did Dana assume that these African-American pieces of art were mine when I referred to ONE MISSING PICTURE in all of my communications to her?  Secondly, if I were non-African-American, would Dana have assumed that the artwork was mine although I hadn't mentioned that any artwork was missing?  Thirdly, is it safe to assume that Dana put NO VALUE on the artwork (as she might have with other artwork) as she delivered it to me although I MADE NO MENTION OF MISSING ARTWORK?
Dana/USA Moving Express' treatment of me and damage to my furniture/goods for which they are not taking responsibility should be concerning to any consumer who may be considering contracting with them. They are not reputable nor honest in their business dealings. Dana's treatment of me may be an indication of even more deeply-rooted issues.  BUYER BEWARE.  BUYER STAY AWAY!!

Very Satisfied!

USA Express Moving Company provided such a seamless moving experience. I have moved MANY times (9 in the past 10 years!) and never has it gone so smoothly – My husband & I both were extremely happy with the service. The sales person, Mauro, was a pleasure to deal with, and our respective moving teams worked quickly and carefully and were extremely clean. Daniel was the lead on my move. He made sure I was aware of existing imperfections on some pieces (unfortunately, previous movers weren’t as careful as him), and I’m happy to say that my furniture and walls incurred no other casualties in his team’s capable hands! My husband & I are settling nicely into our new place, and we would definitely recommend USA Express Moving to others!!

Moving Experience.

Everything was great leading up to the day of the move. The movers arrived on time however they loaded our belongings onto a damaged truck where the side doors were broken and did not shut tightly. After they had 1/4 of our items packed into their truck we were told that we had more items than what was earlier estimated and they required us to pay an additional $1,100.00 for them to continue.

We received no updates from the movers as to when we may receive our belongings. I had to call each time and Jenniffer (located in Bristol, PA) always seemed annoyed that I had called my sales contact for assistance, because she didn't return our calls.

We were told it could take up to 14 days to receive our belongings and on the 14th and final day they arrived in Appleton, WI on a different trailer than they were initially loaded in back in Scottsdale, AZ.

As items were unloaded we noticed that several valuable furniture items were never wrapped or protected against damages that had occurred to them during the move. Many many boxed were crushed, torn open, and had holes punched into them.

A large and expensive silk tree was missing except for the clay pot it had been in. Framed art had the glass broken out and the pictures were scratched from the broken glass. As we later unpacked boxes we discovered that a loaded (costume only thank god) jewelry box had been placed back into the original packing box but this time upside down. As well, mixing bowls and decorative pots were smashed.

A funny thing out of all this dissapointment was after we discovered that my wife's wardrobe box had been opened and gone through, there was a photo album placed into the bottom of the box from another family, and who unfortunately may have had the same nightmarish experience.

The people in Phoenix's USA Moving & Storage operations obviously had a total disregard for our hard earned belongings, as they allowed their employees to riffle through our personal items.

After all of this, the only response I received from USA Moving & Storage was: we had failed to purchase more insurance on our items and therefore, our $1,000.00 plus claim came down to a weighted value of $39.00.

And guess what? We have not yet received even that payment on our claim made over 7 weeks ago. I know if I bother to call USA Moving & Storage in Bristol, PA., I'll be told they never recieved the returned claim form. I had been told this before when I called Jenniffer to inquire on why we hadn't heard back on our initial damage claim form request.

Just save yourself the grief and don't use USA Moving & Storage based out of Bristol, PA.

Long-distance move from Virginia to Iowa

Use on ly if there is no one else.

The worst customer service and be assured you pay more than the agreed and  guaranteed amount.  !! The sales person will come get your money and will disappear, you will be informed that associate has left the company . Your baggage will be held at ransom in the truck in front of your house , as they will give you another estimate after loading  and you will have no alternative but pay .  .

Long-distance move from Delaware to Minnesota

Very poor service.

USA Express Moving is the worst moving company with horrible customer service. My family and I were given the run-around for days until we were finally given an official delivery date. What's more is that not only were our things delivered way past the promised 7-21 days, but when the movers arrived, they insisted on being paid with cash instead of check, stating it was "company policy." We also couldn't contact the customer service guy we had been dealing with, to find out if they could lower the price since the delivery was past the guaranteed time limit. This company should never be used by anyone again because it's a major ripoff and a big waste of time and energy.

Couldn't have gone better.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with USA Express Moving and Storage.

Mauro was very easy to work with and was extremely flexible when I requested to change the dates/times of the move at the last minute. Their estimate was very reasonable and accurate, without any surprise charges at the end.

The moving team was great. They arrived exactly on time at both destinations. They worked very hard and were careful and efficient. They went above and beyond helping with moving items that weren't included. They were courteous and professional. We had a few extra difficult items to move, and they didn't even flinch when we changed our mind about it being upstairs (and having to lug it back down).

I would strongly recommend this company to everyone!! 5 STARS!!

First Class from Beginning to End!

What a wonderful experience the move for my daughter was!  Even though it was "local",  I knew that I didn't want a "do it yourself" move.  I was reinforced in my decision to use USA by the professionalism and speed with which the move actually took place.
I was stressed over the move, knowing that there was a tight window for her to be out of her old place and into the new one.  Mauro was with me every step of the way, assuring me that things would go like clockwork.  The fact that they didn't sub out their work was reassuring.  They accommodated a glitch on our end when we changed the date of the move at the last minute and only had the freight elevator at her new place for a short window. I feared that I would be frantic when the team didn't show up and that we would lose our time for the freight elevator.  Instead, they arrived promptly and worked very efficiently and professionally to get us from one location to the next.  They even helped us to rearrange the furniture in the new place.  What surprised me was that the total process took less than 2 hours!     We'll be sure to use USA Express when planning future moves.  They renewed my faith in professional movers.

Long-distance move from Ohio to Louisiana

USA Express Moving is a RIPOFF.

I hired USA in August of 2011 to deliver household items from Ohio to Louisiana.  They were 6 hours late getting to the house to pick up the items.  It would be another 23 days before I would see my household items in Louisiana and they did not look the same as before.  ALL of my furniture was damaged..a GUN was stolen..a MARBLE TOP for a table was stolen..I have submitted the insurance claims and photographs each time they have asked and it has been over 1 year and I am still waiting to hear from USA Moving Express.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau and was told that USA would NOT answer the complaint.

Anyone who would like to join me and file a suit against USA Moving Express of Bristol, PA please contact me at your convenience.  I paid $3600 for my move but when I go to court, I will be asking for a lot more than that.  Contact me at:

Customer NO SERVICE!

I decided to utilize USA Express moving again after having moved my parents to my home from AZ to NC. They did such a great job I thought it would be a seamless process again. Unfortunately this is not the case. We have been getting the run around as to when our property will be delivered to us. We have called numerous times and several people have transferred us to voice mailboxes that are full and never allow us to speak to an actual manager. Jennifer is the most disrespectful operations manager I have ever dealt with- this is the most unreliable company I have ever had to deal with. They are not even going to honor their 21 day contract! They are holding my personal belongings an will have had them for over 2 weeks and now are adding an additional 2 weeks on to that time frame. Even when requesting to speak to the broad of directors there is no response. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I am military and a USAA member and will recommend this company be placed on the NO CONTACT list so that no members can utilize this company.
