Vega Line Movers

If I had to sum up our moving experience with Vega Line Moving in one word it would be abysmal. Zero stars out of five!

Vega Line Moving are located at #104 3870 Jacombs Rd. in Richmond B.C. and also seem to use the name Easy Way To Move. They are a totally unprofessional, irresponsible, and disreputable company. DO NOT hire them under any circumstances.

We hired this company assuming we were dealing with Easy Way To Move. In an email they sent us, as well as in their advertising they 100% guaranteed that all furniture would be covered and protected during transit. I could not find too much negative about Easy Way To Move so we hired them for a move from Edmonton to Northern Ontario.

That started what would become a painful experience that has cost my wife and I a great deal financially and emotionally. To receive the dismal service we did, and our treatment afterwards by this company is unspeakable.

Easy Way To Move which we later discovered was in fact Vega Line Moving were to pick our stuff up February 27 between 4 and 8. They did not show up until 0830 the next day.

The truck, that showed up was nearly half full and I did not foresee him getting all our stuff in that truck. At first the driver said he was going to rent a U-Haul to cover us, but that did not happen.

The driver then assured us that he will rearrange and reload his truck and get all our stuff on. Trusting that this guy knew what he was doing turned out to be a huge mistake on my part, and so the loading began. Almost immediately my wife asked about covering the furniture, to which the driver replied, “we cover in truck, we cover in truck”. As it turned out, the only furniture that was covered were both TV’s and the TV stand (which is one of the things missing). None of our dining room or living room furniture was protected in any way! The whole process took over 10 hours!!! During this time, the truck was rearranged and reloaded at least half a dozen times.

In the end, not only were they unable to fit all our stuff, they had to leave several items at our house to be picked up the following day. As we were leaving for Ontario immediately following the pickup, we were put in a position of having to impose on someone else to be there when the driver came back. He did return but left behind two round Rubbermaid barrels of garden things that we were promised would be picked up, and never were.

Our goods did not arrive in Ontario until March 26 a full month after pick up. When we saw the condition of our furniture and other items we were devastated. Our dining room table, all the chairs, living room tables, and an office desk damaged so badly they are unusable. A china cabinet that is a family heirloom and had never moved now has a big gouge in the side. The 100% guarantee of having all furniture covered and protected is an outright lie and is in fact misleading advertising. There were numerous other damages and they lost our TV stand and a good video camera in a road case. It was clear that no care at all was exercised in the moving of our stuff.

We filed a detailed claim with the company on April 03. They stopped communicating with us on April 30, some four months ago. There has been no attempt made to settle our claim, or to locate our lost items. This company has never acknowledged any responsibility for the damages they caused.

My wife and I have suffered a financial hit of over $3000 not to mention the emotional anguish we have endured because of this company. Clearly they don’t give a damn. I am a senior on a pension and cannot afford to pursue legal action so all I have at my disposal is to spread this review and to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General of BC citing this company for shady business practices and false advertising.

I cannot state strongly enough, DO NOT hire this company, weather they are calling themselves Vega Line or Easy Way To Move. I do not want anyone else to have to go through what we did at the hands of this company.

Timing and damages were awful!

I was thoroughly disappointed with Vega Moving and Storage and would never use them or recommend them to anyone.  They called to arrange the pick up a day earlier than planned and that they would pay for my hotel room.  They did not pay for my hotel room.  They were 2 days later than their delivery promise because it seemed to be more important for them to do pick-ups than deliver to me.  My daughter took 2 days off work waiting for them to show up.  They constantly lied to me about delivery times trying to put me off.  With the shuffling my household effects around to do the pick-ups, I ended up with a lot of damage.  I have done longer haul moves with less damage than this one.  I had one side table completely broken in half!  I have more pictures of damage than shown. They would not pay for any repairs.  I took them to BBB but got limited compensation through that.   They charged me for large mattress bags that they used instead of shrink wrap for mattresses and couches (10 of them at $20 each), when mattress boxes and shrink wrap have always worked well in past moves, at no additional cost.  I will NEVER use Vega again.  .

Good Services.

Good Services, good crew! I was very happy with the service. They took their time to wrap all my valuables and wooden furniture, even dismantled and assembled our beds. Impressed with the use of floor ruuners I had a good feeling I was in professional hands when nice voice greeted me on the phone, explaining the services, even advising me on how to pack items in boxes, then finally price matching a previous qoute Id been given. I was also offered free storage which I didn't need. I rather took the 5% seniors discount. I was also impressed to know that the company worked with charities such as the Minerva Found, I recommend Vega Line Moving to everybody. Thanks a lot.

Many damaged items. No compensation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not care about your property. They try to over charge you and when I refused to pay the bill when dropping off, I was told to call the main office and they reduced the bill to the original amount I was quoted. Plus they crused boxes, damaging many items. They would not compensate me as they said they did not pack the items so there is no proof the items were in good shape prior to shipping. They damaged large pieces of furniture beyond repair and said that anything of value was to be declared prior to the move or it was not covered. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

Worse ever! If I could put 0 stars I would (now van lines I recommend).

They don't tell you your stuff is not insured, proceed to have an accident, destroy all furniture, try to charge me 600$ more than quoted to get delivered trash, I could go on and on (didn't inform me of accident and all my stuff trash until they movers arrived at my door..late by > 10 days), and trying to offer me 10% of my claim. What a joke. I only paid them half so they would unload what was left. They wanted 1650$, quoted 1150$.
Bunch of stuff didn't even arrive (coffee table, night table, boogie board bag), back seat of my car :(
Pic is what was left of my bed, all boxes had huge holes so that half the stuff that was left..was missing pieces (tea pot no base, entertainment unit no bars, etc, etc).

Long-distance move from Toronto, ON to Calgary, AB

Do not hire VegaLine (actually, they use: IMP, Interprovincial Moving).

I made the arrangement for a Moving from Toronto to Calgary. They told when I hire them it would take 2 weeks maximum.

39 days have passed, and we are still waiting for our things.

I called the company to ask the exact weight, to estimate the cost, and they only told me 'It was the estimated weight, a little bit more"

I asked for a delivery day, and I still got a "maybe this Thursday, but we will call you"

Finally, I got a weight of 1305 lbs (700 lbs lower than I previously told), and amount to pay of $1275 ($200 higher than I was told at the beginning, considering up to 2000 lbs) a deadline to pay before a specific day.. Even when I don't know when I'm going to get my stuff.

I asked compensation for all the money I had to expense getting where to sleep, where to cook, where to just sit down and eat, what to dress, etc. for more than a month. And their answer was "you can feel and contact whoever you want sir".

They don't even use the company name, they sell their services as IMP interprovincial Moving, and the representatives signs up their emails with no last name, like "Adam, J. IMP" or "Max. IMP".

Filed a complaint with the BBB - however, as mentioned in other reviews this company is not BBB accredited. Not surprisingly.

It is incredible how these types of companies are still allowed to operate in Canada.

So, be aware, do not fall in their tricky game.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Stay Away From Those Nonprofessional Company.

This is the worst Mover ever you can use, first of all they low balled me with the price so I go with them then they charged me more than 50% of the original price . On top of that they are so unprofessional on different level :

- the mover who picked up my good did not use any moving blanket and did not care about my goods

- the movers who delivered my goods didn't even bother to wait for me to validate my things and left the building without even care about my signature for delivery

- their claim department does not care about clients and did not reply on emails

I had a terrible experience and I do not recommend this service even to my enemies. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE NONPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Do not use this company.

I hired this company to move one bedroom and one living room and 5 boxes from Winnipeg to Toronto, and here the series for mischievous/fiascos they commited: 1.For the weight, they almost doubled the actual weight, they claimed that my small 2 rooms are 2500 lbs!! 2. For the additinal unapproved cost: $250 unapproved packing material and $80 undeclared fees because I paid by credit card 3. Scratches on my furniture, lost screws 4. They insist that I have to pay first before inspect my items 5. Claim department just evasive and argue with no logic, they even said that the agreement is with my daughter, not with me, although my daughter is a minor! 6. Movers refused to assemble the bedroom, although the agreement is to diassemble and assemble 6. Bottom line, I'll sue this company, but I have also to leave a feedback at every possible site to warn about this fraudulent company!

Do not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY, EVER!!   I recently moved from Kitchener to Abbotsford. The movers at the Kitchener end were ok. I'll review them separately. Vega was dreadful. I got an email from the company I hired in Ontario on a Wednesday telling me that my delivery would be Saturday and Vega would call me Friday to schedule a time. They called Thursday afternoon insisting on coming the next day, Friday between 3-4pm. I could not convince Sam that I wasn't in a rush and wasn't ready for the delivery. Finally I gave up and agreed. They weren't at my home at 4:15pm so I phoned. Sam told me 1/2 a hour. They finally arrived at 6:30 pm after more calls. The guys basically threw my stuff into my condo, not caring where I wanted it placed. My daughter actually unwrapped all the blankets from the furniture. They left two hours later without placing any furniture, checking to make sure everything was here. They were in such a rush to leave that they left behind 3 moving blankets that had not been removed from the furniture. All the boxes were squished. They placed fragile boxes upside down. I did my own packing and must have done a good job because only 1 mug, 1 wine glass and one salad bowl broken. Oh, my teak coffee table was broken. They pushed it together, smiled and said "bandaid". One of them couldn't speak English at all, one spoke minimal English and the third fellow who seemed like an extra, spoke English. Communicating with them was dreadful. We felt intimidated by them.  .

Satisfied.

I must say that I am really satified with my move. They treated my items very well and padded all fragile articles. One of the helpers went extra mile to help our move to go smoothly as I had a time constraint. Their truck was well organized and clean. I think it's amazing how they brought some of the moving supplies that I needed to my doostep. You will be happy with them. I recommend them to everyone! Thanks Vega Line.

Great Long Distance Moving Company.

On February 15, my wife and I moved from our home in Vancouver to a retirement home in Montreal, QC. It was our first move in forty-three years. Needless to say, we knew little about moving and movers. We are retired and have some time, so we invited different companies for the estimate.

At the end we hired Vega Line Moving & Storage Services for our move from Canada to USA. Shortly before deciding to move, we bought some new furniture at considerable cost. Specifically, a dining room set with a glass fronted buffet. The move went smoothly and my unharmed dining room set looks great in our new retirement home. They applied seniors' discount without any request. All of their prices were guaranteed and they left us references to call, which we did. The crew from Vega Line Moving & Storage Services did an amazing job.

Great long distance movers.

Throughout my career as a traffic controller, I have had many moves around Canada. After my retirement, I moved to Vancouver from Calgary. This was one of the best moving experiences I ever had. Except a crushed box, I have not seen any damage to my articles or whatsoever. I recommend Vega Line team to anyone who needs long distance move. Thank you.

Move from Calgary to Laval, Que.

Vegaline promised no hidden charges, but at pickup we were charged $570 extra for boxing stuff to their preference. They were 4 days late arriving in Laval and insisted we pay for over 8000 lbs when their agent on pickup estimated 6000 lbs. They lowered the initial price by $500 when we complained, but, still charged us over $4900 and refuse to provide any written proof of actual weight of our shipment. When we complained of overcharges which we had not agreed to, they refunded $120 and an additional $50 for damage which does not even begin to compensate us for broken items, gauges and scratches to almost everything. I am certain that our shipment actually weighed at least a ton less than they charged me for, but, cannot prove it and they will not provide any evidence of weight. When I complained to Move-it.ca, I got a call from Vegaline ordering me not to call them again. Dishonesty is the word here.

Worst moving experience ever!

I used Vega Lines to move from Vancouver to Calgary. What a mistake. From arriving hours late to pick up my belongings to causing extensive damage to my furniture, glassware and new condo at the time of delivery –every experience I had with the company was negative. They were rude and unprofessional. In order to arrange delivery of my items I had to call their office 8 or 9 times and each time was told someone (was given a different name everytime!) would call me back – and they never did! When my things were delivered many items were damaged or  broken and I after filing a claim and providing pictures of the damage I was offered $50 compensation (for over $500 worth of damage!) in exchange for agreeing to not post any negative reviews, BBB complaints or lawsuits against the company. The charge was more than twice what they initially quoted me but they refused to unload any of my belongings until I paid. They are criminals in my eyes. PLEASE do your research before using this company as there are many others with similar experiences out there – there is a good reason why the company has a rating of “F” from the BBB..I just wish I had known that before I booked them. .

Do Not Use This Horrible Company!!

I booked this company for my move from Vancouver BC to Las Vegas. When I initially contacted this company I was given great customer service. They gave me an estimate of $1500 for the move and 2 months of storage. When they picked up my things they told me that the estimate was accurate. Before the movers left they had me sign a piece of paper that had me agreeing to an additional $100 charge for the stairs they had to move my things down and another $60 for wrapping they used (that I specifically told them not to use.) When I contacted the sales rep whom I had been in contact with he told me there was nothing he could do about it. And the customer service just went downhill from there. I had a tentative date for my things to arrive in Las Vegas and was told I just needed to contact them a week ahead of time to let them know when to bring my things down. When I had secured an apartment and contacted Vega Lines to bring my things down a week later, I was told that it wouldn't be for 3 more weeks! On top of THAT, they then informed me that the cost was now going to be $2500 instead of $1500! When I told them I couldn't afford to pay that they told me I had 2 options: Pay the $2500 or pay $800 for the storage and come move my things myself! Sufficed to say , I was not impressed. I ended up sending my father  (who lives a considerable distance away) to pick up my things and transport them down to Las Vegas. This costed me about $1000 on top of the $800 I had to pay Vega Lines because they threatened to keep my things unless I paid. When my father arrived I realized that I was missing 2 large mirrors (about $250 value). When I contacted Vega Lines they, of course, denied any liability. I would never recommend to anyone to use this company. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I booked them..because there are A LOT! They have an F rating with the BBB and have 86 complaints in the past 3 years alone! Look around and you will find many more complaints just like mine.

Worst Move Ever.

Please read this before you decide to move with this company.  Save yourself a lot of time, money and heart ache.  Please contact me if you have any other questions.  Also check out their rating with the Better Business Bureau.  They currently have 91 cases filed with them including ours:

http://www.bbb.org/mbc/business-reviews/movers/vega-line-moving-and-storage-services-in-richmond-bc-1198624/complaints

This company ruined my driveway with oil stains without any reimbursement or concern after I documented the situation with pictures and emails.

They were late on their pick up date from my former residence which cost me money and time.  Not to mention my items were no longer covered by home insurance because the new owners took possession of my previous home which was still full of my belongings.  This also caused disturbances for the new owners who were trying to move in themselves.

They were 5 days late on delivery to my new residence.  We had confirmed 2 times earlier with Vega that they would be able to deliver on the initial promised date.  They said it would not be an issue.  So I was stuck living out of a hotel on my dime for these 5 days without any reimbursement.  And these were days I booked off from work.

To make matters worse, when they did deliver my items, I was led to believe they had all of my stuff in their truck and I paid them in full.  They only had half of my household and I didn't even find out until the truck was pulling away!  So Vega manipulated me into paying for the full cost of my move and they only moved half of my stuff.

Of course after I paid they wouldn't return phone calls or emails.  I was living without couches or even pots and pans.  I ended up having to file a case with the Better Business Bureau just to get the company to respond to an email or voice mail from me.  And they still had 1/2 of my household in their possession!

Very long story short, I didn't get the last 1/2 of my items until 3 weeks later after receiving a lot of help from the BBB. And we were missing many items including a few substantial ones such as a $2000 toolbox, queen mattress, and expensive tools.  We tried to contact the company again through email and phone calls to let them know we were still missing items but they never returned them after us trying for two weeks.

At  this point they had wasted enough of my time and I was done dealing with them. Vega Moving Lines has cost me so much time and money. But the worst part is just the lies, stress, and manipulation from this company.

Other smaller issues to note:

-When we first contacted Vega for an in home quote, they recommended that we didn't need one and instead to use their online calculator.  We used their calculator and even estimated high on everything.  Throughout this whole painful move, Vega continually blamed every problem we had on our weight estimate even though we went through their entire approximation process and they recommended against getting an in home quote.

-Vega specifically told us they would bring additional boxes for our move.  This did not happen.

-We received an email stating that we would receive free wrapping/protection of our furniture.  They didn't even have tape! I had to go to Home Depot to buy tape for them and they charged us for what they did wrap.

-Their website states they will disassemble/assemble furniture and beds free of charge.  They had no tools and told me it was going to be extra.  I ended up having to do all of this last minute.

-They moved our beautiful reclaimed wood dining room table top on a dolly with no protection at all.  And laid it face down on the cement. Thanks again.

-We received an email with our moving quote stating our storage would be free until our agreed delivery date.  Then they tried to make us pay for it before delivery!  Lucky we saved our emails or they would have charged us $800 for it!

-2 of our wardrobe boxes full of clothes had mice droppings in them and some of the clothing was ruined from their storage facility.

So please think twice about using this company.  Yes, they may seem somewhat cheaper than some of the other companies out there, but they are not worth the problems.  In the long run, we would have spent less money and had more free time and less stress with a reputable company.  I'm an easy going guy and can accept some problems happen from time to time but this company is dishonest in their dealings and will not treat you with fairness or respect.  And remember, once you pay them, getting you your items is not their priority.

Terrible Service/Stolen/Lost Goods.

Mixed up my conformation number, therfore late pick up of goods Did not return phone calls, gave me the run around as to where my goods were and what date they would be delivered.  Was told to call several different people to locate my good.  Wrong paperwork for Canadian customs office - this was a mess. Delievered a small box that was not mine.  Lost 2 boxes of mine and offered $50 in compensation.  The company has no consequenses for losing my goods and therefore no reason to bother to search for my goods.  They sub-contracted with another moving firm and they had no responsiblility for my goods either.  2 months later no communication from them and no boxes.  Terrible service.

Liars and cheaters - save yourself the headache.

What a nightmare it was dealing with this company. They were the only company we could afford, if I could go back in time I would use greyhound over this company. From beginning to end it was a real struggle. We had only boxes and asked a number of times to be able to go to the warehouse and see the weight of our shipment so we could remove boxes if we were over our limit. They said this was fine. Once they picked up our shipment they stopped answering my calls and we had to leave the province for our flight. Once we were in Ontario they still avoided my calls, eventually calling with the delivery date, but I had to hound them even for this. When booking I was told 10 days for delivery, when we were at day 10 I still hadn't heard a response from them to my calls or emails. They damaged some of our items which of course we won't see a penny for. Using this company was a big mistake. There are also hidden fees, beyond the dubious weight fees, that are no where on their website or the contract they had me sign. When I emailed and called about these, they didn't respond to any of these inquiries. They had our items and knew if we wanted them back we had to pay and that's it. Don't trust Alex or Sam. The movers who came to Toronto seemed to be nice men but that's it. It was a long headache and I hope you will consider this when deciding if you will give them any money. Vote with your dollars and don't support a company that is so prone to lies and poor service. For your sake and others, this company should go out of business.

Avoid Vegaline.

My family contracted with Vegaline Moving to move our belongings from Los Angeles, CA to Vancouver, BC.  We were charged 3x what we were quoted and 2 of our boxes disappeared during the move, one of which contained most of my wife's jewelry.  Although their website claims "100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" they refused to take responsibility for the missing items, instead blaming their customers for not being honest when receiving mis-delivered boxes.

Please note that Vegaline Moving is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which lists many complaints against them.

Transport of Horror.

1.  We were told delivery would be about october 5.  Contacted them around the 14th to find out what was happening.  2.  Told at that time the driver had arrived in California and would soon be contacting our son to whom the personal effects were being deliverd.  We were told they would arrange a convenient delivery time.  3.  In fact, they called my son that afternoon and informed him they would be there either 9 that night or 7 the next morning - on such short notice neither time worked.  4.  Nonetheless, my son changed his studio time to be available that night for a 9 delivery.  They arrived an hour and a half late.  They demanded full payment and would not deliver the goods without receiving full payment.  However, we had prepaid, in full, by bank draft, two weeks earlier!!  5.  I received a call the following morning and was asked by our contact person if we had prepaid and I reminded them that we had.  Of course I found this phone  call confusing (my son had not advised me of what had occurred the night before as he thought he could sort it out).  I asked the guy on the  phone if the goods had been delivered and he informed me that they had been - which turned out to be a lie.  6. The driver left the area and informed my son, after apparently being informed that the delivery had been prepaid, that he would be back the following evening.  The driver and the contact in Vancouver were both informed that my son had to leave the apartment no later than 7 as he had to be at the studio - having changed the date from the night before to accommodate the driver.  We were assured they would not be late.  At 7:20, my son reached the driver by phone and was informed they were still 30 km away and so my son could not wait for them and had to leave.  7.  The next day we were informed the goods had been left at a storage facility and we would have to make arrangements to pick the stuff up.  8.  When my son contacted the storage facility he was told that as the Vega driver had left he didn't think he could release the goods to my son and also  mentioned a fee.  9.  After four more days, my son managed to sort this out (further calls to our contact here in Vancouver with Vega were also required) but he had to drive out to the facility and pick the boxes up himself.  Before that happened. I had a long detailed conversation with our contact in Vancouver and asked him to have his manager call me after the weekend (this was last Friday).  Needless to say, no one has called.  We contracted and paid for delivery to an address in the L.A. area.  We not only did not get what we paid for but their ineptitude and lies made the experience unduly stressful and difficult,  .

Poor service, lost expensive furniture.

I contracted vegaline Richmond BC for. Small move from Victoria to Calgary.  I chose them because they could pick up on my desired date and their quoted price seemed reasonable.  I let the salesperson know I was moving a glass tabletop and it needed to be well wrapped in blankets and protected.  The leader of the team that arrived to pick up the items was rude and required I purchase extra packaging and tip them before they would take the shipment.  Even thought I purchased extra packaging, the table top and 2 dining chairs never arrived. Plus in the midst of moving confusion, he had arbitrarily coded all the items as damaged on the contract. and did not explain this or get my verbal agreement. The furniture was in very good condition, otherwise I would not have bothered to move it.  The crew that delivered the items assured me the missing pieces would follow. Nothing.  No one returns my calls. Plus the contract did not include the correct quoted price I had agreed upon with the salesperson. .

Good Company.

Vega van lines packed all my belongings carefully and sent everything across Canada for a very reasonable rate. When my belongings arrived there was some damage to a few items. I made a claim and they informed me that I would not be able to receive any insurance compensation due to the small amount of damage. I believe that the damage caused wasn't really their fault and it was in fact minor, it was new furniture. After all was said and done they mailed me a cheque out of their own pocket. I was quite happy with the compensation considering the small amount of damage. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and fair.

Horrible do Not Use I Repeat do Not Use.

I do not know where to even begin with VegaLine Moving. The one positive experience was the original pick-up driver; he was very polite and helpful. Everything from this point forward was AWFUL. Please do not be like me and read the bad reviews and decide to go with them anyways because YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED. I was overcharged significantly and when charges were questioned to sales representative Adam, he refused to let me speak with a manager for 3 days of me consistently calling. When I finally spoke with manager Sam, after laughing at me and belittling me he finally agreed that the price was wrong; yet, would not give me an explanation of where the mistake was made (clearly they over charge in hopes that no one does the math themselves). If you do go with this company calculate the costs based on the weight that you are given yourself, do not trust that they have done this correctly. Secondly, I knew that there is no way that the weight they came back with was correct, and when I asked for a break-down of the weighted items the manager threw an arbitrary weight at me that was between what I estimated it came to and what they said it came to and asked if "this was fair". Had they actually weighed my stuff, there is no way that they would have just thrown an arbitrary weight out to "make me happy". I now have missing items and was told to send an email and wait 8-12 business days, which I did (much to my lack of patience at this point). I followed up after 14 business days and was told that they never received my email and had not even looked at my claim. In summary: SCAMMERS, LIERS, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, AND SOOO NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

Bunch of scammers who intimidated my wife. AVOID!

This company was subcontracted by the broker who handled my move. Besides doubling the rate that I was quoted, the two men who showed up were aggressive, loud (yelling back and forth to each other in an unknown language), and careless (I witnessed over stacked dollies topple).

I am now engaging a lawyer and the police. If you contract with a company, make sure they do not subcontract the work to these criminals. If there is a 5 star positive review, you can bet it was written by them.

Do not use this company.

To use this company would probably be the worst decision you could make. They are dishonest and corrupt. They will try and overcharge you, or add on charges, they "lose" your expensive items, and offer little in return even if you buy insurance. Stay away from this company, I cannot stress this enough. I am pretty sure that the good reviews on here are either written themselves or by friends.
