US Express Relocation

I moved with U S Express Relocations, and some of my valuable furniture was misplaced, and I called back immediately to let them know. And they responded "Got it". So I waited a few days thinking they were going to deliver them to me while In route through my area. I called back in a few days, they said "File a claim!". We will check lost and found. I guess they forgot or it would be cheaper for them to pay me .60 per pound than to transport my furniture to me. At the end of the day they made no effort to retrieve my items and get them to me. We even went to their lost and found in Atlanta to identify my furniture since it had been less than 2 weeks, and what was found was a storage unit full of lost customer items just never attempted to be delivered and we weren't allowed to look inside too closely. I guess US Express Movers is OK if they don't lose or damage any of your expensive items. "That is if those reviews you see are accurate." How could my move of 2 bedrooms from Birmingham, Alabama to Forth Worth, Texas cost $4600 and a move from GA to OH cost $2600, move from MD to GA cost $1718, move from GA to CA cost $1396 and a move from GA to TX cost $1105, if those are legitimate 5 STAR comments??

Is your furniture .60 per pound?? Read the fine print about .60 per pound before you sign.

At this point I still want my furniture back, I don't want .60 per pound!
It's been only 2 weeks. It should not be that difficult.

I don't know if they sell, give it away to employees or just throw it away.

I moved from Nashville North Carolina to oak harbor Washington. My stuff left July 26. It's now September first and still don't have my stuff. The dispatcher was rude. He told me to f**. You haven't got anywhere with trying to talk to the owner or an info on my stuff. Everyone there is rude, have no customer service skill at all besides John who's in charge of estimates. But it's been over a month and they still expect full amount bill. This company is terrible. No one use them. They also like to lose stuff, as I have seen in other reviews they don't care if the customer isn't happy or rant over. Seriously if you want a good moving company don't use them. They also told me why it's taking so long is I'm going to no mans land, so dumb.

I moved from Auburn alabama to Pittsburgh PA. Day one July 18th the movers showed up late. When asked if I was ready to recieve my things and I said yes on July 21st, they still didn't deliever my things. When called them they said oh it most likely will be delievered on Sat July 23rd. No delievery no call. Call them Sat night, oh we are now just leaving. What?? Get my things finally on July 28th, they left my bed in west virgina in storage. When called my dispatched he was very rude as if it is my fault. Luckliy I got my bed. My boxes were all torn up fragile boxes were ruined not handled with care. Things were dirty with black stuff that had to cleaned off. Then they lost some of my things, legs to tables, I don't have a table because it has no legs.They have been giving me the run around to file a claim. Dispatch never listen they tell you what they think you want to here. I used Social Moving Group

I used US Express Relocation to move from Thaxton Va to Little Rock Arkansas. I contacted them on short notice and they went out of their way to help. I was very nervous about using a moving company but after talking to John I decided to use US Express Relocation and I am glad I did. I had no problems during the move and my items safely arrive and on time. I paid a very fair price for the move and I am very happy with services I received. I highly recommended this company.

Helpful service from the first phone call to paying the final bill. Office staff did a very good job at explaining what they could do for me. My service was everything that they told me it would be. Moving team was on time, very friendly, and put myself and family
members at ease on a stressful day for me. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and would use them again in the future. I would rate my service as First class all the way.

I thought I really got a good deal compared to other moving companies. I read the reviews, some were bad but some were good. But after using US express relocation, I think all the 5 stars reviews were fake. I think they were trying to bring up their rating by posting fake positive reviews to lure more customers.

This is my story.
I moved from Birmingham, AL to Oklahoma City. They were scheduled to pick up my stuff on August 13, 2016. I didn't get a phone call from them updating me on what time they would arrive. I waited until the day before and they still didn't call me so I called them and was told that they were going to arrive around 12:00pm. I never got a phone call in the morning so I had to call them again asking for an update. Again, they told me they were going to be late they were going to be late and would arrive at 4:00pm. I feared this was going to be recurrence and I was right. They kept pushing the pick-up time back until they said they wouldn't arrive until the next morning (Aug 14), not really giving me a reason why they were late. Meanwhile, I lost $100 on a hotel I reserved and could have cancelled but I foolishly believed their promises and went past the cancel time limit. I put my desired delivery date as August 17. They did NOT come until September 12. After my desired date passed, I called them a few times a week asking for an update as I never once received a phone call form them. Most of the time, they wouldn't pick up my phone call so I had to call them multiple times. Every time I called, they would give me attitude giving me excuses and saying they are trying their best. They finally arrived with my stuff almost a month after the pick up ate and luckily I did not lose anything but some of my stuff was damaged. Even though you get a super good deal, don't fall for it. Don't just think about money like I did, do some research about the quality of their service as well!!

These guys were great!
They wrapped everything with care and attention at my mother's house in Georgia. She said the men who helped on that end were charming and kind, she also said she told them stories about the items they were moving, so they must have also been patient as well!
They called and let me know when they would arrive and they arrived exactly when they said they would.
Everything arrived in Massachusetts in perfect condition!
The movers were courteous, polite and engaged in their work.
They took special care to make sure my cat did not escape also, which I really appreciated.
They even carried a heavy desk upstairs for me!

I am beyond pleased with US Express Relocation!
I've hired other movers before who were not nearly as efficient and cheerful and these gentlemen were!
Five stars for US Express!!

They arrived too early and when asked to come back at the time they originally said they would arrive one of the owners, who came to the door, decided to have attitude about it.

When my husband called the owner(John) who was not present to tell him what happened( who had been his main point if contact) he hung up on my husband.

Apparently there are communication issues between the owners because they thought two different things about the same move.

We cancelled the move with them because who wants to entrust their items to people who can't even keep a schedule straight and instead of owning their mistake are rude about it.(and yes I'll admit once the co owner at the door was snarky I was snarky right back).
