I dont write reviews, but this one was needed. I would give zero stars if possible.

To start, we were quoted 4000 and once the items were loaded we were told 8000. If we said no and unload we would have lost our 2000 dollar deposit.The entire experience with this company has been terrible. Our first date of delivery was December 30th. In the contract they say they can deliver within 21 days of that date for any reason. We lived in an empty house for 18 days till Jan 17th. Communication with office workers was terrible. Asking them questions was terrible, and trying to figure out where our stuff was located or could be delivered seemed like we were bothering them. When we finally got a delivery date and time we were warned by the company to take a picture of the check and send it to the office, and if the driver tried to up charge us or ask for cash call the office. I said "It sounds like youre worried about this guy stealing your money" Silence on the other end. The driver called my wife the day of delivery and said that he wasnt going to come that day and would be there the next day, my wife tried to get him to come that day and explained we had been sleeping on air matresses for a month his reply? "One more night wont kill you". That same night the office called to ask how the delivery went. They had no idea the driver didnt complete it. The communication is so poor. DELIVERY DAY. The first thing you must do is give them a check and sign the paper you later find out that is says you received all your items, how could you know that since everything is on the truck? This is how they get you, and why the things we are missing we will never get. Including all of out wedding photos and photo albums that are unreplacable. They dont care, you signed the paper. WE STILL HAVE 7-10 BOXES MISSING The driver had picked two guys up from home depot and was very rude to them. He also told them to not accept a cash tip and to only let him get the money. (I spoke with the two men after and tipped them individually.) After they had unloaded the items which I helped them do, the driver told me that they normally charge 185 to set up and move the items into the rooms, but he would waive it if I gave him a BIG CASH TIP. I said no way, put the stuff together and leave. Now for the worst parts. Once we had unpacked we noticed we had a box of large paintings that are not ours. I called the office and let them know and sent pictures of the items. WE STILL HAVE THEM! I want to send them to the owner but dont know who. My wife called the office to ask and they said "oh someone did call about missing paintings, but I lost the postit i wrote the customers name on" Sweet. That is the same fate of our missing items. I have called and email the office many times, and have recieved maybe 2-3 calls back in total in the experience. This company isnt in the buisiness of service, they want to get your money with the least possible output of energy in return.

.It’s been 21 days since my move in (April 28th) 2 weeks since y’all “finally discovered the table was delivered at the stop before” and 2 weeks since I’ve heard anything at all.

From the start I did everything as a good customer should I scheduled over a month in advance (and the delivery date still was not met), paid my deposit, made sure I did the best I could to ensure a smooth transition from the date of pick up to the date of drop off.

And all I’ve got in return is unprofessionalism the scheduled delivery date was missed (wasn’t even notified until the scheduled time was missed), the inventory list wasn’t even made available until the driver arrived (i would’ve caught the missing items then, I said I’d file an insurance claim and was told since it wasn’t on the inventory list I can’t (that really took the cake), I was charged $700 more than the quote for “additional space” and I didn’t even get all my stuff, there were several items missing that I have since replaced and all I want is my kitchen table. I haven’t been able to sit down and eat with my kids as a family in 21 days! This is ridiculous I call and they tell me they’ll have the person handling it call back she still has not. I was already made to feel as if I was lying about the table even being in the unit by the delivery driver his words “are you sure you had a table” no I just go buying dinning room chairs as collector items. I have the original receipt from the purchase and I will go to my insurance and your insurance by the end of the week….shoot I’ll come get it just give me my table. PLEASE.

I had got a free quote from this company and it was the best. The reason that I say this is because they made sure that all my belonging were in the inventory. When I requested a home estimate over the phone by FaceTime they agreed. This helped me so much that I don’t have to worry if their were more items on my inventory.

Overall the sell rep broken down how it would be though my delivery. When given a price of my move it’s was fair and understandable as well what I was being charged for.

At pick up the drivers called me an hour before they arrived. They got to my home on time. They movers were polite and very fast while getting my items in the truck. They wrapped my items very carefully.

At delivery nothing changed they called me an hour before and everything. They were amazing movers and assembled my furniture.

This moving company really made my moving experience amazing. Would recommend to others.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3500

We moved recently and used United Transportation and I recommend them helot in my heart. If you are planning a move, give them a call. Getting a moving quote was very easy. The moving crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job. Dustin was great, he is respectful, works hard and did a really good job at furniture wrapping. Delivery went smooth as well, no damages, nothing was missing. I will definitely recommend United Transportation to all my family and friends

I used united moving to relocate from California to New York. I was a little nervous to chose a moving company because I’ve herd many bad story’s. I was contacted by Sierra she made me feel comfortable and she answer all my questions. She gave me a good price on the day of the move Hector and Jose were very polite and professional. They took good care of my household goods they wrap all my furniture . The delivery was an easy process I received my belongings on time . I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you
