I have been dealing with this company for a move that occurred LAST YEAR in June-July 2016. I went through the entire process of having our goods destroyed by their shoddy work and filing a claim with Anthem. Anthem APPROVED my claim MONTHS ago and this company WILL NOT reimburse me at all for the damage that they caused! The owner says they will not pay me anything because I have posted NEGATIVE reviews and ruined the reputation of his company. Well, I will continue to post negative reviews to let people know that company is a DISASTER - PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!! You will DEFINITELY regret it!!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6544

Run away! They claim in their emails to have an A+ BBB rating, but actually are not even members and have and multiple complaints against them.These people have held my things hostage for over 2 months now because I refuse to give into their extortion. They jacked up the price on moving day by 32%, adding surprise "fees." When I called several times asking to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me. They refused to give me the location of my property. They won't respond to emails. Now they say if I don't give them what they demand ($2201.98 ABOVE agreed upon price) that not only will they keep my things, but charge me for storage. Be warned, you agree on a contract, and they send one with different wording for your signature. There seems to be no actual management that you can speak with, just the ringleader dispatcher that growls in his heavy Russian accent "too bad-you sign contract!" Horrible people with no ethics. Save yourself; get a binding contract from another company, and go with another company.

I wanted to say thank you to united transportation movin. And storage for a wonderful customer service , you moved my family from California to Idaho , the formen Hector , Fransico and Manuel work hard and took good care of all my belongings , very professional the price did not change , and thank you to the representive Tammy , for quote and price everything was as promised and the Boris the driver gave me good delivery no damage , no scratches and no missing items . Love them will use them again . I highly recommend .

If I Could Give 20 stars I WOULD! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From Beginning To End.. When they arrived at the Location at 6 a.m. they packed up my Entire place in an hour. And we Were On Our way to Arizona ! When we All arrived they were already there and waiting! And My Place was unpacked within an Hour and they were on there way back to L.a.! I have to say I'm So Impressed with these guys and there efficiency , professionalism, and hard work and I have NEVER seen such fast workers with quality service!! I WOULD Recommend this company a Million times over!! Thank You guys for Making this Big Move Soo Easy and pleasant!!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1325

This company deserves zero stars. We hired them for a move from Northern Ca to Southern Ca. I was notified on Friday night that the truck broke down and they probably were not going to make the Saturday pick up.. I waited until Saturday and did not hear from them I called and they advised they would NOT be there.. (A phone call from them would have been nice). We then had to rent a truck to make the move a reschedule was not option. Because they did not make the move I requested my deposit be refunded.. I was given the run around for more than a week, I was even told that I agreed to a reschedule which was completely untrue. I would stay as far away from this company as possible..

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1460

3 days late for pick up, and three business days late for drop off (took 17 business days total for our stuff to arrive) and then 4 boxes were missing .. and during the whole process we had to keep calling asking for the updates, never saw the final weight certificate or way they calculated the final total (again had to call them TWICE on day of drop off asking for answers and of course got the turn around that sales can’t access that info but dispatch can?? Wait wait SALES can’t see how they finalized our weight and price??) fingers crossed we see those 4 missing boxes soon and we are going to nervously open our crushed boxes now.

I received a quote for my long distance move from an associate and took the initial deposit at 8 in the morning. But was not able to reach her from the next day. I called their office number on the move day and no response. I took a few hours permission from work for the move. Then I went back to work thinking that they are not going to show up. They called me an hour later and the owner kept repeating ‘I will provide you good service and we have a truck leaving to Texas tomorrow, your shipment will reach in 3 days’ multiple times. Then I went back to my apartment and the movers came and moved the household. The mover guy gave me a quote that had a higher price than what was finally issued by the associate on the call. Then he asked me a picture of my credit card and license to charge the remaining amount. He said trust me brother, I will delete them after I charge you the correct amount. I told him I can make online payment or through a call. But I cannot give those pictures. Finally he looked upset and left. I tried to call the office after few days to check status and the owner had an angry tone while speaking and said you should not call at 9 am. The office opens only at 10, call after 10. Then I called after few hours and they said the shipment will be at the destination 2 weeks later. Then there was another lady who called to take the payment. She asked me to pay cash to the truck driver. I told I will can pay money order or check. I cannot pay cash, finally she agreed. When I asked what happened to 4 day delivery, she came up with some story. Just one person turned up the complete the move. It was an horrifying experience. I was completely in the dark about where my shipment is and if they will loot me off the deposit. Even after removing multiple things out of my move list they charged higher than what they promised. They have part timers work for them with good English to make them look professional. Until they get the money, they will promise you within a week delivery. I heard all the positive reviews online about them are fake and they usually pay them few bucks to give a positive review.. SCAMMERS.
