Moving day went off without a hitch, and in the minimum time frame United States Moving Services quoted. They made the new location looked like it had been lived in forever by arranging our things for us. Nothing was damaged in the process. Would use again in the future and not think twice. My honest advice would be to stop reading reviews, and just trust your instinct and go with them

Move done without any issue

This was the first time I've ever hired movers and I absolutely love them. I scheduled my move short notice and they were able to make it happen without any problems. United States Moving Services was by far the most affordable option that I found that they surpassed all expectations. Vince and Tony were awesome, they moved my entire apartment in less than two hours. I will use and recommend them to all my family and friends.

This was the best move

It was our first time using movers and we had the best experience with United States Moving Services we could have had. Everything was loaded and unloaded in and we had to move from two separate apartments. The rate was very reasonable and David, Ed and Tony were extremely respectful of all of our items and very friendly-always helpful during a stressful move! We would use this company again and I will be recommending then to my friend and family.

Had a great experience working with Sarah over phone, she even gave me a flat price for travel time. The movers were right on time and quick in moving my stuff for one bedroom. I was impressed by how they were trying to shift things faster to wrap up as quickly as possible. These guys were friendly and careful with fragile things. I would go with them again when I need to move in future.

United States Moving Services was very easy to work with, and they made our moving day much less stressful than it could have been. The United States Moving pulled off a miracle for me. I am a disabled person who was facing a complex move from my walk-up apartment of forty years. The helpful team managed to get me sorted, packed up, and moved to a storage facility on a very tight schedule. They were incredibly kind and patient with me. They went far above and beyond the call of duty from beginning to end.

The team is as good as everyone says

They had good communication from the start. Absolutely professional and considering we had a huge amount of things to move (two full trucks plus), they were so fast. We also had many things that were fragile and irreplaceable, curved glass cabinets, family heirloom furniture. Not one thing was broken or missing. The price was very reasonable, worth every penny; especially considering the great job they did.

These guys were complete pros!

They showed up on time - with the right equipment. They had quilted furniture pads, door jam protection, lifting harnesses, and bands and straps. They went right to work, and got as much done as they could in the 2 hour slot I booked them for. They were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them, particularly if you have heavy, fragile or valuable items to move.

Melvin and Ryan arrived early, hit the ground running, handled my possessions with the utmost care, and moved fast. Excellent Service!

Their crew is awesome, professional and helpful as is their customer service. We had an issue where not all our stuff fit on the truck, but their management called to follow up on the service and gave us a credit for the inconvenience. They have excellent customer service and that counts for a lot. I would definitely use them again based on their professionalism and customer service, but next time I'll be sure to let them know all the things I have upfront.

This company went above and above to allay our fears, accommodate our hectic schedule during a busy season, and assure the safety of our possessions. On both ends of the loading and unloading procedure, we had an outstanding crew, from the office staff to the driver and movers.

They were absolutely professional and careful

First time hiring movers and went with this company based on the reviews here and I’m very glad that I have coordinated with these guys for my move. Best movers I have ever experienced! They were punctual, fast, and kept me updated throughout the process. They were able to move my 2 bedrooms’ apartment within 6 hours, which got 2 elevators and a long walk. No damage while packing, moving, or unpacking. wonderful people who are generally caring.

My experience with this Movers was excellent. The moving coordinator was very good. He handled everything I asked and she did everything I wanted. The pickup and delivery crew were very good too although they were a little late and there was a bit of a challenge to get to the location. Overall, they did what they said they would do and they were courteous in everything.

Check the contract very carefully and see if your experience with this company will be really bad, will you be allowed to write it on the review?

Also check if you will ever get your deposit back if you have bad experience.

I had to move out of my apt on very short notice and it was a very hectic situation. The owner not only accommodated me but made the process super smooth and was able to get me booked to move the next day. The team was excellent. They were super effective, kind, on schedule, and extremely diligent. I would call them again if I ever needed to move again.

By far, this was the easiest and least stressful experience. United States Moving Services was everything I hoped for and more. The service before, during and after the move was outstanding. David and his team were very courteous, responsive and thorough. My questions were answered promptly. As other reviewers mentioned, the team required minimal supervision. I would not hesitate to recommend United States Moving Services or use them again!

Being a student on a budget and in a time crunch moving to IN. Not only was it easy to make a reservation, but the supervisor kept me updated and kept communication open. She was very friendly and the other guys helping me when I got there. Their willingness to cooperate with me and make sure I got my stuff stored before I moved was incredible. True customer service, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Husband and I had the pleasure to meet Lucas, Eric, and Scott from United States Moving Services this morning. They helped us move some things to storage. Removal of normal household contents. Removers were happy & quick to dismantle large beds. Everything from the initial consultation to the move day itself was handled very professionally. Very competitively priced and the service we received was exceptional.Very friendly and helpful staff. We would certainly recommend this company to any one who is moving.
