My Broker, he sounded legitimate at first, then after he got information he requested from me that needed to give him exact details needed to move my belongings, he quit answering my calls, texts, emails, and even the phony toll free number they have gave lame excuses that this broker might be available later but had alternate work hrs. ZERO, ZIP, NADDA response from the broker after $2000 dollars of my money, and now US Interstate Van Lines emailed me saying I … I was the one who reneged on my agreement with them!!! SHAMELESS, SHAMELESS Company of scammers!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They need FBI investigating them!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2000

Don't hire! This company is really great until moving day. They send scammers to your home that try to charge you for 2x the stuff you have. At that point you have two choices finding a last minute mover and try to get your deposit pay the double price and try to get your things back from "storage". They have refused to service my existing contract and refund my remaining deposit as I refused to pay for double my stuff. They even blocked us in our home with our children for a few hours before they left. My husband had to threaten to call the police. Then they avoided my calls. Even blocked my number when I needed to call about our contract. I am not the only reviewer that has been blocked when trying to get service worked out on moving day. My estimate was 1800cf before moving day. My estimate upon arrival was 3600cf plus bulky item fees they already had on my estimate. My movers I had to find last minute put everything in 1536cf. Feel free to contact me if you need any additional information about this company's practices. Per your contract No.4 you are supposed to represent me as you customer. Per your contract no22. I have EXPRESSED MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCES PUBLICLY AFTER I HAVE GIVEN US INTERSTATE VAN LINES LLC, SUFFICIENT TIME TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS, AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT ARE NOT UPHELD....after CLAIMS OR REFUNDS ARE not being considered to resolve this.

I would advise that you be very cautious about working with them. We were assured multiple times that our belongings were going to be well taken care of, however they were not. They sent a terrible company to move our stuff (Mirit great American van lines) and they do not seem to care that any of our stuff was destroyed. After months of dealing with our move, all the damage, lost things, these two companies, and an inconsiderate insurance claim settlement (currently disputing) I feel I must warn others to consider a different company.

The worst experience ever. I'm in the military and basically had to contract my own move. It was unbeknownst to me that I was dealing with a broker and not the actual moving company. As soon as they received the "Brokers fee" customer service went down hill and got crappy. They contracted Lifetime movers, which was no better especially the customer service. After Lifetime movers packed my household goods and loaded them on to the truck, they wanted me to sign a whole new contract, because the broker for US Interstate Van Lines had my delivery setup to utilize 3/4 of a 26ft truck instead of the entire 26ft truck as I requested. I told them that I would not be signing a whole new contract because I contracted US Interstate Van Lines and not Lifetime movers; however, then they required me to pay an additional charge for using the entire truck. Fast-forward... The moving company had the worst customer service skills ever. The lack of communication as far as responses to phone calls and text messages (which they preferred) was damn near non-existent. They were even hesitant to tell me where my household goods were being stored. To make matters worse... the day my household goods were scheduled to deliver, I literally waited all day for the movers to show up. Then the driver calls to me that he and his team were 10 min out, but a big problem occurred stating that he wasn't aware that he was delivering to a house located on a military base, and that he couldn't because two of his movers didn't have green cards or any other proper identification to get on a military installation, and were not legal to be here... Y'all I can't make this stuff up...? So then they had to wait on a team to fly in from another state, which caused me to wait another day to get my stuff, as well as to request an additional day off from work... Just unacceptable!

I highly suggest that no one utilize this moving company, they are scam artist and will charge you more than your move is worth. And they will contract the worst people to move your stuff!
