Long-distance move from Sammamish, WA to Johns Island, SC

An extremely poor experience, overpriced, job not finished

Very professional sales process that positions the company as a "premium" company, high focus on reliability and well-trained own personnel that (at that time) convincingly explained the high price tag.

Packaging started on the agreed upon day, took one day instead of the advertised 3 (causing expenses for two hotel rooms for two nights)

The team marked everything(!) as damaged without evidence, I can only recommend to ask for proof, before you sign the bill of lading. Also take care of "IKEA beds" which will not be reassembled (we do not have any IKEA beds ...).

I observed the first damage caused by the movers already when they loaded the truck (several broken boxes.

The agreed upon and expected delivery date becomes the first day of a 3 week delivery window. Take care of this clause and have it removed.

Liability exclusions exclude liability for everything short of gross negligence or willful damaging of belongings.

There is no communication at all about the expected delivery date. The company either does not know where the drivers are or does not want to inform. The first information about the delivery date comes a day in advance of the delivery, when the driver is supposed to call. This was also the time when we got the information about an additional 3,000 dollar fee as the truck can't get into our residential neighborhood and our belongings need to get repackaged.

Unpacking:

The team placed clearly marked cartons at random places.

The team caused considerable damage to our hardwood flooring.

Additional items got damaged (office chairs, coat hanger, vanity, ...)

Many items that should have been reassembled (as not excluded in the bill of lading) were not. Arguments: "We do not do IKEA" and "We do not do shelves" - after not reassembling the excluded items because "I only care about what's in the paperwork".

Basically, the foreman (who is also the driver) who hired the local crew paid off his team, let them leave and then left himself without finishing the job.

As per yet, I haven't found all of my belongings.

All boxing and debris got dumped in the garage in a haphazard manner, in a way that still filled boxes that they also deposited in the garage, are covered with debris (we are talking about the debris of 300+ line items in the bol.

A same-evening call to Triple 7 yielded that I need to submit a claim to get the job finished as "the team is already too far away".

The claims process is organized in a way that only one claim can ever be lodged for a move. This includes the non-assembly and has the consequence that it can't be done in a timely manner.

My recommendation is to stay far off Triple 7.

Most Trusted!!

Being with Triple 7 movers, I feel proud in recommending this company as it is a team of workers whom you can trust for their work, for punctuality and quickness in the services. In my move from California to New York, I was not afraid because I was with a trusted team and in spite of it, I really enjoyed my ride. I had a great experience with this company and I am happy at my decision of choosing Triple7 Movers for my move. Keep it up!

Worst moving company.

Worst moving company I ever seen.  I've been movinf a lot including overseas and never have such bad experience. They cannot plan anything properly.  They never called me except to make sure I have a postal check to pay them on delivery day.  I always had to call them to find out what would be my pick up and delivery dates.

And they broke my new flat screen plasma TV!

Lost items and broken stuff - Do Not Use Long Distance.

Service all seemed like it would be good until we unpacked after delivery. Broken Chandelier, Broken Vaccuum, Broken boxes, Broken Mirror, Lost Crib Mattress, Lost Crib siding, Lost Direct TV Receiver, Scratched Dressers. They did not pack good at all, they just throw everything into boxes and put a sticker on it. They work hard and make you think they are doing a good job, then you realize stuff is missing, broken, ruined, you can't read the inventory sheets and Triple 7 Movers are unwilling to help. If you call they tell you to file a claim. (which takes 120 days) No beuno!  .

Be Warned.

I am filing this complaint based on these merits. 1.Professionalism/customer service 2.False Advertisement/ Misleading or incorrect information Professionalism/customer service I have never had such customer service. I Spoke with Tye whom I am told is the manager and his indignent personality and lack of compassion for customers is beyond belief. He is very matter of fact and seems his only response to any questions or concerns is "i`ll look into it" however don't hold your breathe cause he will NEVER call you back. I contacted him regarding the change in my price he told me he would "look into it" I am still waiting on a response from that. I called him when the delivery driver who had made appt with me for 12-1 sent me a cell phone text at 11a.m. to tell me he would not be able to make our scheduled delivery but would be there around 3p.m. I explained to him that I had taken the day off to be there for the 10a.m. delivery as I am aware that there is a charge of 150.00 a hour for every hour they would have had to wait. However if the text would have been sent the night before I would not had to take a entire day of work off an missed pay as I am off of work at 2 and could have eaisly been at the house for the NEW delivery time. He informed me that well it was a 2,000mi trip so a couple of hours really isn't that bad. When the reality is they did not drive 2,000mi that day the truck had only come from Dallas which for the record is NO where near 2,000mi. However this is yet another moment where Tye showed his complete and utterly discontent for either his job or the customers that keep this company moving. False Advertisement/ Misleading or incorrect information MY MOTORCYCLE I spoke to Heidi (3times) and the guys that loaded my bike regarding the manner in which it would be shipped. I informed Heidi that I would use a differnet company that specialize in shipping motorcycles ONLY. Heidi informed me that I should use them I quote "as some customers use us just to ship motorcycles cause we crate them and take very good care of them" I asked Heidi would this measure be taken with my bike she assured me that it would be crated and nothing would be near or on it. I called back a few days later to ask again about the crate. I am very invested in the motorcycle and have spent nearly 40k in custom detail work as the bike is shown at bike shows. When the loaders came I aske yet again about the create and was informed since the truck they had was not the truck that they would use to bring my items to GA that they would create it in the actual delivery truck an this was only "temp". NOW when the bike shows up its packed in with all the other items wrapped in blankets, sofa cushions and dinning chairs or as the delivery driver said "light items" (ARE YOU KIDDING) this has to be a bad episode of a prank TV show as I was very very specific about the ONLY way I would ship it with Triple 7 is if it was crated. I feel I was lied to given false information for the simple reason of a gain in cubic feet by taking the motorcycle. Again I have moved using moving companies several time from large companies to small family owned and this has to be the worse - most horrific experience..btw they will rip you off with supplies I shrinked wrapped all my items as Grable and Atlas has done in previous moves so they wouldn't have to but to get money from me they said they HAD to blanket. My sectional sofa was damaged, my coffee table was damaged and my bike was scratched. They even damaged my front door coming in the house.

Long-distance move from Nevada to New Jersey

Nightmare of a move!

I hired triple 7 on April 1st 2013 to move my mothers furniture from Las Vegas to New Jersey. First estimate-$2200.00, 2nd visual estimate $2900.00, Moving day $4500.00. They walked all over my 76 year old mother forced her to sign a contract under threat of putting her furniture into storage for a daily charge, AFTER they had everything on the truck. Ignoring my requests for a new bill via e-mail. It took 8 days before I received it, Just e-mail after e-mail looking for credit card authorization on a bill I did not have!. This company is all nicy at first. Then uses strong arm tactics to soak you of your money on additional packaging for things that were already packed. They actually went through my mothers repacked boxes to take things out so they could charge for additional items. This entire moving experience was a nightmare starting on pick-up day. Some of my mothers furniture is extremely expensive, including a rug that had previously been cleaned and very carefully wrapped up in paper, then taped. An Oriental rug that 30 years ago cost  $3000.00. only to receive the rug taped up into a ball, as if it was a piece of garbage. Tightly packed boxes opened and things taken out so they could easily be crushed and destroyed in the move. Oh and don't forget they charge you for any additional tape they use.  They will give you nothing but estimates even at the last bill so they can send you additional bills when all is said and done. If you have a problem with this company, Especially if they are holding your furniture hostage please contact the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, U. S. Department of Transportation, 1200 New Jersey Ave, SE, Washington, DC 20590, Consumer complaints 1-888-DOT-SAFT. Moving company's are supposed to charge by weight not cubic feet. This company's contract was illegal from step one!

Long-distance move from California to Texas

Damages and Lost/Stolen Items.

Company moved a large house of furniture with numerous art pieces from California to Texas. From the Pick Up beginning, suspicious movers kept moving items around the house (placing things behind closed doors, in basement, in closets in rooms that were cleared) to the Delivery end where the delivery driver states "they packers should have never packed the furniture the way they did..which caused the damage of several  pieces of furniture. The packers loaded heavy furniture on top of fragile furniture and boxes. The Owner Itay Dadon accepts no liability for the actions of his company and claims "it is not his fault" and actually sent a claims response that made the impression that I was the cause of the shipping damage. I have lost and or stolen items that he and his company and claims department refuses to accept liability and would not pay for the missing items. They denied the actual weight of broken items to minimize the payout of the minimal replacement value option I chose to cover damages. They are a dishonest company. Shame on you, Triple 7 Movers, for your deceitful, lying, and dishonest customer approach.

Long-distance move from Henderson, NV to Midland, MI

Worst Moving Experience

Please avoid this place, they are highly unprofessional and neglectful. I hired them to move me from Las Vegas, Nevada to Michigan and I really regret it. Multiple items were broken by them, they did not reassemble everything they took apart as they were supposed to do and left trash everywhere. They also did not wear any boot covers and tracked snow, ice, and salt into my home all over the floors damaging them. This was during the pandemic before the vaccine was wildly available and they refused to wear any masks. Two of the movers got into a political argument with each other and started screaming obscenities are each other. They did not bring everything into the house either because they said, "it was taking too long" and just left. I tried to resolve these issues with the management for months, but they refused to call me back and sent me to a mediation company, the mediation company would only address broken items and not the rest so that went nowhere. Finally after 5 months the management offered me a $150 refund out of the almost $8000 they charged me but asked me to sign a form that would bar me from leaving any reviews or "any negative actions" which included reporting them to federal, state and city authorities for refusing to follow the mask mandates. I refused their paltry refund because I was not going to sign that form as what they did was dangerous and unethical, and I feel people should know before doing business with them.

Long-distance move from Las Vegas, NV to Rapid City, SD

So much DAMAGE

We hired Triple 7 Movers to move us 1100 miles away. They were super nice and dedicated a truck to our move. We were only having them move furniture (about 3 bedrooms worth) as we moved boxes via trailer ourselves, to help reduce the cost, even though it was still $8500...ridiculous ripoff. We were having them move our stuff into a storage unit in the state we were moving so they wrapped our furniture in plastic and used blankets for the actual move in the truck. Once all the furniture was in the truck, there was still space and it was a battle to get them to start taking boxes; claiming they would be over weight. After multiple calls to the main office, they took some, but surely didn't fill the truck and the $$ we paid was for a full load, so not happy about that. In the end, the last minute items weren't inventoried very well. They essentially got very lazy towards the end of packing up the truck. On arrival day to unload our furniture, we had a storage unit where things would have to be strategically organized. We could take overflow to where we were temporarily staying while waiting for our house to be completed, but wanted to get as much as possible inside. Well, in doing so, they damaged just about every piece of our furniture, which we found out about when the movers locally unloaded to move into our house. We were horrified, as brand new furniture without any damage was ruined. They put dressers up on their ends without any protection from the concrete ground and then kicked them into place. In fact, the very last piece they shoved in was a bedside table from a very expensive bedroom suite and put their knee thru the back side...said, oops, sorry. Then when shutting the door to the unit, scratched down the top of the coffee table, as it was also on its end. We would never refer them or use them again, as they clearly have no care at all for your belongings. And now getting quotes for repair, the costs are atrocious; $650 to repair just one dresser...$550 to refinish the coffee table. After all the expenses already incurred, how could one now pay to have these items repaired? It's horrible.

NIGHTMARE! Don't Trust!

NIGHTMARE! Don’t trust Triple 7 Movers! We trusted them to move us from Las Vegas to North Carolina. They took a month to get here and finally an unmarked truck arrived with a truck driver that said he was NOT an employee of the moving company; 4 local laborers showed up hours later. Very unprofessional! They told us “first flight of stairs is free”, but they charged us $450 more for stairs when they got here and hardly took anything upstairs! They told us they included “BASIC Disassembly and Reassembly of Furniture”; they reassembled NOTHING, and even worse they disassembled EVERYTHING including many things that were unnecessary, like a coffee table! Many wrapped things were not labeled by the packing crew, so no one knew where they went. The unloaders were NOT movers; they didn’t put labeled things in the rooms they belong (Patio boxes were in the Office, etc), and they loaded things into our house inefficiently, so they rooms were filled up way too fast and rendered useless. Then, they said they were going to have to charge MORE money to continue moving our stuff into our house. They proceeded to simply unload the truck leaving many items in our driveway for us to load in ourselves! UNREAL!

The worst part of all, when I called Triple 7 and spoke with Lindsay, she was not understanding of any issues that we had, she had an excuse for every problem there was, did nothing to help us, and had the audacity to call these actions “Professional” and accuse me of having expectations that were too high. According to Lindsay, this is normal, so the crap delivery we got is what you should expect if you hire Triple 7 movers.

This is NOT a professional mover. Do NOT trust them! They will make it sound like they will take care of everything, then they will dump it all for you, customer service will argue with you, and do absolutely nothing to help. Once they have your money, they will do nothing to help you.

Do not use this company

It pains me to write this, because I support small business, but....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took nearly TWO MONTHS to have my things delivered to me.

Just look at the other reviews and how INCONSISTENT this company is with their service....from many 1 star reviews to 5 star reviews...what is this company doing wrong?

Here is what is wrong:

1. July 7th: my stuff was picked up in Las Vegas. The 21 day clock of having it delivered to Ohio started.

2. Didn't hear anything from Triple 7 for WEEKS. I called July 31 to ask what the status of my belongings was, and it hadn't even left Vegas yet. It conveniently was being put on a truck "the next day"

3. Didn't hear anything for days. Then, after I called THEM, Triple 7 told me the "truck broke down in Oklahoma, and they had no information"

4. Aug 10th: I still had no information (see text message screen shots). Days went by with no word from them.

5. My items were FINALLY delivered on Thursday, August 31.

6. While Triple 7 did compensate me a small amount in comparison to what I spent, I was still not satisfied. The communication was broken down the entire way through and they claimed they were doing me a "favor" by delivering my items, especially for me.

Overall, sadly, a very upsetting experience. I will say that none of my items were broken (as far as I can tell). I gave them two stars (not one) because at least the movers were nice, just working for a poorly run company.

Long-distance move from Nevada to Massachusetts

Worst Move EVER!!

The sales rep was nice, helpful slightly pushy. If I didn't need 3 quotes and had two weeks to do everything for a 3000 mile move I would never have bothered with them.

The sales rep said they could do everything that I was looking for which wasn't much. Storage in the area I was moving to until I had an adress and date for delievery. as well as someone to transport my car.

I was packing everything and there wasn't much. I explained everything I had and they sent over a contract with a price and everything.

Once all my quotes were in my company choose them as they were the cheapest.. so cheap in fact my gut said it was wrong.

I tried to convince my boss they weren't right for the job but money talks.. or rather not having to spend money talks.

They regret it now.

On pick up date they switched from weight to size of move. the price went from 1000 to almost 4000. And this was after having to explain over and over that I was not paying them a cash dposit that my work was paying for everything.

Which I had covered with the sales rep.

They took my stuff and after it was on the truck informed me of the new price and oh by the way surcharges for stairs and if the have to use a smaller truck for delivery.

I had no choice at that point as I had to be on the other side of the country working in less then 48hours.

My car was supposed to be picked up the same day.. wrong again they were told it was ok to pick it up the next day.

After negotiating again I had to drop it off..
Once I got to the company to drop it off I again had to negotiate that they take it since the person I spoke to forgot to mention they don't take cars after a certain time even though they are open 24hours.

They delievered my car without giving me any notice and instead of door to door like it was supposed to I had to take a train 50 miles away to pick up my car and again explain that the car had a deposit and I didn't owe the full amout before they finally released it.

My belongings took 2 weeks too long as the sales rep lied and my stuff was not locally stored it was kept in Vegas.

My work kept calling and calling and so did I.. no call backs.

After the overpriced move far more expensive in the end then any of the other quotes.

They called me on a Thursday and said they could deliver saturday or sunday.. short notice but chance had it I was off saturday.

I informed them I was off only saturday and unavailable sunday.

On friday they left me a message saying they were delivering on SUNDAY.. [EDIT].

I called back again, explained again that I was working sunday and saturday was it.

They said the boss would call.. no call
Called again.. boss would call.
NO call.

Finally called again .. oh boss said delivery 10pm saturday.

Then they tell me they want to charge me more money cause they cnt bring the big truck where I live.
And how am I paying them.

I told them to contact my work all payment goes through them.

When my belongings arrived they were thrashed. Boxes were ripped, broken dirty.

They said they had to put some boxes in new boxes cause others got broken.

One drawer on my chest of drawers no longer opens.
My cat post is missing.
They tried to give me someone elses table
I have someone elses box which contains a drum.

Now I have to wait another week for my missing items, and to return someone elses missing item.

Every step of the way after the sales rep is done they turn unethical, uncomminicative, and frustrating.

I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

PEASE DONT USE Triple 7 Movers in Las Vegas for any move.

Watch out for Jake the Snake.

Kellie, I too just moved to Atlanta for work and I don't know what you paid but Meg is right on! At first everything seemed normal. The tour of the facility in NLV et all. Then the day of the move "JAKE the SNAKE" tried to pull a fast one on me on the rate. Please everyone! Go Allied and do not trust these guys! I would say more in detail but I am currently in litigation with the DOT and my bank (charge back, ha ha). I agree, Jake's team - fantastic but 16 business days later, a damaged washer, a mover who works with Triple 7 didn't want to come up my driveway without charging me another fee. Then $150 for waiting? What? I had to call the local authorities because the contractor didn't show any ID and say who he was. We even adjusted our weight and the SNAKE still wouldn't listen. Also Triple 7 stated they would be using their own Trucks but, the facade is "Were a family owned and operated". No family communication here. I called everyday to get updates and the driver showed up 4 HOURS to arrival! Not a day in advance as they claimed. SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! EMAIL ME AND I WILL TALK IN DETAIL TO TALK YOU OUT OF IT!

Moving Company.

Movers were suppose to arrive @8:30am, I received a call that they were having mechanical problems with the truck and they would arrive in 1 hour. When they arrived the foreman went over all the paperwork and informed me at that time (not when I talked on the phone to receive information on all costs involved) that they were going to charge me extra for the plastic wrap and tape for the TV and cabinets. I had exactly 2 TV and 5 cabinets. I was told it would be $2.50 a roll of tape and plastic wrap. They only wrapped around the handles of each items. The price did not seem to bad, but I could have prepared the items if I was told in advance. they proceeded to start the move and mind you I did not have much for them to move( about 12 boxes medium size and 1 1/2 rooms of furniture- With 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. They put my love seat recliners on the sides which in turn broke one of the knobs that operated the the foot rest. They dragged my wine cooler on its legs which bent the front legs. Some broken glass items ( THAT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF THE BOXES WERE NOT STACKED WITH HEAVY BOXES ON TOP OF LIGHTER ONES) along with scrapes on some wood cabinets. It took them 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. The foreman asked me if they could just place the boxes in the downstairs area to help save me money..when they actually still owed me another 1/2 hour! I ended up moving heavy boxes upstairs. The foreman than went over the bill!! I was paying $110. per hour with a minimum of 2 hours..the price came to $275. the foreman proceeded to tell me that the materials they used for my move was $100.00, BUT he was not going to charge me for that, without taking a breath he quickly added---would you like me to add the tip to your card!! WHAT.. after they charged me $275 . He was not going to charge me for the packing materials?? Hmmm odd how the price was still over the $110. an hour. Cheats his company and customer!! But he wants a tip..(poor service does not equal a tip!! I found this company to be crooked and deceiving regarding their prices!! Would not recommend!

Terrible experience.

I could have saved a ton of money and stress if I would have just packed and moved myself.  Triple Seven Movers were a joke!  They were nicey, nicey at the beginning when trying to make the sale, but after that, things got stupid.  They showed up with paperwork and immediatly asked me to sign papers agreeing that the final price would not be certain until the truck is loaded even though I had a visual estimate done and was assured that the price quoted then would be the price.  I ended up paying $500 more.  When the packers started putting our stuff in boxes, they literally just threw random things together to fill the boxes, absolutley no organization.  The only items that were packed well were dishes.  They even put a nice, breakable, flower arrangement in with a box of outside toys for my kids.  I pulled it back out and asked for it to be better wrapped and in its own box.  When my stuff was delivered, I opened the box and the flower arrangement was not wrapped and the base was shattered.  WTF!  The delivery driver was nice at the beginning and called me the night before to say he would be here the next day between 8am and 12.  The next day, he called me at 10am and said he would be there at 3pm because he had tires issues and got behind schedule.  Then at 4 pm, he called and said he would be there at 5pm.  I simply asked him what the delay was and he turned into a complete JERK!  He asked me why I was giving him a hard time and after a few more rude comments, he told me that he could just keep driving and not even deliver my stuff at all.  I felt threatened and at his mercy since he did have my entire house with him.  I ended the phone call, he showed up at 5 and again, immediatly asked for the balance to be paid and more paperwork to be signed.  The two guys he had with them seemed liked they were just picked up on the side if the road and had never done this before.  The driver spent most if his time yelling at someone on his phone and sleeping in his truck.  Maybe he could have helped his 2 guys since they seemed clueless and were already behind schedule.  I could go on and on, but if you are needing movers, I strongly recommend to not use this company.  If other companies charge more, there's probably a reason why.  You defiantly get what you pay for!

Time and breakage.

They picked up 5/29. I called that I was ready for them 6/4. They delivered 7/18. They did take a few dollars off every day after 31 days I think. They kept telling me a few days. A few days. A few days. And only if I called them.
Then charged me 300$ to transfer to a smaller truck (delivery in a city). The delivery guys worked very hard. The pickup guys.. not so much, but got the stuff in the truck.
I packed almost everything. The few things they packed were broken. One pole lamp was destroyed. One bent (and actually looks sort of cool). The bicycle had a bent wheel.
The claim process was not worth it.

I strongly recommend Triple 7 Movers.

This was my first time using a professional moving company and I was so scared to commit to something that was such a big deal I almost moved myself.. however after some research into a self move vs. a professional move, I decided that the professional move was within my budget and the amount of satisfied reviews I saw made me confident in my decision to book with Triple 7 Movers. The salesperson was very informative and helpful and made me comfortable in the choice I was making without seeming like the thousand other sales people that called me pushing me and trying to earn my business.  The day the movers showed up, they were very professional and went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.  I've read horror stories and have had a few friends tell me about unpleasant experiences with other companies but I experienced nothing but professionalism with this company and would definitely recommend Triple 7 Movers to anyone looking for a mover!  .

Thieves!! Stole items.

This company came highly recommended bu t it has been a complete nightmare. They tried to tell meveryone my move was going to be DOUBLE what I was quoted. Then, and worst of all, they stole my ipad, several video games, Blu Ray player and my phone charger. It is very possible that they stole even more bUT since my move was only 16 hours ago, I haven't gone through all my boxes yet. The things they stole were NOT in boxes, they were moving..they actually took things that I put aside. I didn't realize they stole the items until 2 hours after they left my new residence. When the foreman gave me the bill he told me that I should take care of them with a good tip and he wouldn't charge me for the packaging materials they used (plastic wrap, which they weren't measuring as they cut it). I tipped them each..it makes,me sick to think they took the tip (a very generous one) even though they knew they stole over $700 worth of my stuff. I plan to pursue this to the fullest extent.

Aaron, Nick, and Dave (though we missed him in Reno) worked non-stop for us going above and beyond to make sure we were cared for the entire move from Vegas to Reno through the snow, ice and cold without ever losing their amazing customer service skills! I wish we could clone them since we have moved across the country over ten times and this was our first stress-free move EVER! Godspeed gentlemen you always have friends in Reno.

Triple 7 Movers.

This has got to be the worst decision you will ever make in your moving life. They are absolute liars and money-hungry, special mention to Keith who started the nightmare for us by underquoting us to obviously bait us. He told us that it would cost us $1800 for the entire transaction and that we just need to prepare $800 for deposit on moving day. So we did just that. Come moving day, three of their people arrived and one of them started going through our house. At the end of it all, this guy quoted us for $6,000. What a complete scam. We told him our conversation with Keith, and we tried to get a hold of him to no avail. This guy who did the quote at our house went on his obviously scripted line that "we are here to help you .." we can do this and that empty words.

They took 5 hours to load our belongings - king bed, crib, changing table, kids's dresser, rocking chair, 3 pieces of hutch - these are the only big items they had to load. It took them 5 hours and they also charged for the "moving supplies" which meant they went wild in using their cheap packaging tape that was thinner than paper. They actually went around our house three times to make sure they weren't missing any empty rolls of tape. At the end of this day, we paid them almost $1800, and that's just half of the total cost. $1800 and we had to leave and sell for cheap our sectional, recliner, accent chair, barbecue grill, coat shelf and shoe shelf, 3 2x4 shelves, dining set table of 6 . We also had to haul all other items that we fit in our two vehicles. They also told us that they would deliver within 3 days of calling them. Good, some kind of good thing, yea? NO.

We called them on Wednesday, and they delivered Thursday of the following week. 8 days. We had to get new air mattresses, utensils, plates, and other essentials while waiting for them to deliver. The worst of it this specific situation? They said it could take up to 21 days to deliver when we first called them so we purchased items to. get us by for that long. There absolutely no ample amount of notice from them that they will be delivering today. There was absolutely no remorse on their end - not even sympathy. So come today, they called us and said that they will be here later this afternoon. But not without a catch. They said they would need to measure the distance from where they are parked to where the front door of our house is. Anything beyond 100 feet is another $100 for every 50 feet. They bring this up because they brought a 75-foot truck and an't navigate within the roads of the apartment complex. 75-foot truck for only 1200 sq ft of items. When we asked them why they would bring such a massive truck, they said they're thinking about themselves and need to make the trip worth it for them. They even had the audacity to say "Well, do you want your stuff?"

They needed to make the trip worth it for them .. when we're already paying them another $1800. Of course, this Keith guy, who's full of lies, never returned any of our calls or even picked up one of them. He is an absolute scam of a person. Going back, when the delivery got here, the first thing the guy asks for is the check and payment for the extra footage beyond 100 feet. Did I say they were greedy? THEY ARE GREEDY. They had been here an hour now, and there is still no item in our house. They had to have the money first. Before this was all settled, they wanted to charge us an extra $400 for them driving a massive truck. Does that even make sense? No. No, it doesn't. But they believe it is their right to charge more because of something that they decide on, without any form of notice to us.

They are unloading all our boxes right now .. on the sidewalk .. without regard that these could be stolen.

Spare yourself from this nightmare and don't ever let KEITH do this to anybody else. He is the epitome of deception of manipulation.

Absolutely Aweful.

Staff failed to abide by moving instructions, lost items, and worst of all failed to properly reassemble furniture. They threw out 1/2 the screws from my children's bunk bed. I asked why the screws were not being used. They pretended NOT to speak English or understand me and proceeded to take the remaining screws and make them disappear. The top bunk fell onto the lower bunk and was very dangerous. DO NOT use 777 Movers. Your children WILL (most likely) be injured. Their packing skills were terrible and they did not abide by the agreed price. I cut the move short and kicked them out of my house due to their ineptitude and damages.

Do Not do it to Yourself.

I moved to NJ in 2013. Half of my kids clothes were stolen, furniture was damaged and wet. Called amd spoke to a manager several times for compensation and never received anything until this day. I totally regret dealing with these con artists. They are very courteous and professional on the pick up, but my items were delivered by a total unprofessional bunch of people in an umarked tractor and trailer. Do yourself a favor and pick another company.

Horrible business.

I beg to differ about other people's comments saying there are no hidden fees. We recently used this company to relocate my mom from one side of town to the next. My mom was quoted about $385. They said it was $95/hr. Yes, we went over the allotted 4 hour quote that was given. However, did not expect to pay over $1K for this move. There were hidden fees such as $30 extra to move TVs, pay for all plastic wraps and any other products and items they used for the move. How is the final bill significantly higher than the quote with no warning whatsoever? To top it all off, they even forgot to bring some items from the old house to the new house. So we had family members drive across town to pick up what they left. Are they going to reimburse us for that wasted gas? Plus, the pieces they left included stands for the couch which we couldn't use right away. Such an inconvenience. My dad also told them to bring certain items, but they didn't listen to him since my mom was he one in contact with them most of the time and she wasn't present when he told them what to move. SERIOUSLY?Triple 7 movers robbed us and I would never recommend them to any family or friends. This is an unacceptable way to run a business.

THEY ALSO SCRATCHED OUR ANTIQUE GRANDFATHER CLOCK!!

Did not get what I asked for.

Spoke with Jason, assured me they could move a 7 1/2 ft tool box no problem. Moving day, movers show up and claim they didn't know about the tool box and they couldn't move it because they didn't have a pallet jack (truck did have the lift gate as promised) but do we want to go ahead with rest of the move. Of course we had no other choice. The next Monday, spoke with Jason he said we could pay for movers again or he would contact a flat bed mover and get back to me on how much that would be. He never called me back. I think its a scam they try to get more money from you by not being able to complete the job and then wanting you to hire them again. No way it won't happen again.

Worst Unethical Customer Experience EVER.

I recently encountered the absolute most disappointing customer service experience of my life from the sales representative Jason. While I usually write positive reviews to show my appreciation for excellent salesmanship, I find it necessary to provide this feedback so other customers do not have do go through a horrible experience. How Jason conducted himself was outright unethical, unprofessional, inappropriate, and completely shameful.

My uncle recently used this establishment for his relocation across the country. During the moving process, a mover packed my uncle’s overnight bag with his mediations and his clothing with all the boxes and furniture- even though my uncle set it aside. Moving is an incredibly stressful situation as is, and my uncle didn’t realize what happened until he paid, and they left. He was frightened and frustrated by this terrible situation, so I called for help on his behalf.

I explained the situation to Jason and the urgency of my uncle having his overnight bag, for his health. Jason pretended to contact the foreman after I begged him to, and said there was nothing anybody could do, the foreman did not answer, but my uncle could go to the storefront at 7AM sharp the next morning to be helped by the manager, with a 2-hour ($200) minimum fee attached! Even after clarifying the urgency of this, I will quote the shocking response I received from Jason: “Listen… I’ve been on the phone with you for fifteen minutes. In fifteen minutes, I could have made three sales. What do you think now? Go get the f** bag!” Worse than him cursing at me, he was completely unapologetic about it.

Clearly, this company does not care about satisfied paying customers. Jason’s dishonest character and volatile behavior discredits the management of the establishment. My uncle ended up obtaining his overnight bag, which was left open in a box, by contacting the foreman himself.

The movers sat in a truck after being paid for another half hour and didn’t help. He did compliment the foreman as being very nice, aside from this. The price he paid was only for loading boxes in a rented moving truck. Stay away from this moving company!
