  Outstanding Moving Experience

I recently used Triple 7 Movers for my relocation within Las Vegas, Nevada, and the experience was outstanding. The team was professional, punctual, and handled my possessions with great care. From the initial quote to the final delivery, the communication was excellent, and there were no hidden fees. The price was fair and competitive, providing great value for the exceptional service. I highly recommend Triple 7 Movers for anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for a reliable and efficient moving company. They made my move stress-free and exceeded my expectations.

  I thought they were horrible

When I estimator cane to my home he assured me that everything would be taken care of for my cross country move.

In my opinion Triple 7 lied to me about the pickup process, the time it would take, the insurance for the move, the quality of packers and more.

Once they had my money, they would do nothing regarding the damage to my stuff (and a LOT was damaged). I filed a claim and they and their associate company completely ignored it.

When I called to complain they ignored my calls time after time and finally, essentially said "too bad".

I recommend that you stay far away from this company. I feel that I was lied to and cheated.

- an unmarked truck arrived with a truck driver that said he was NOT an employee of the moving company

NIGHTMARE! Don’t trust Triple 7 Movers! We trusted them to move us from Las Vegas to North Carolina. They took a month to get here and finally an unmarked truck arrived with a truck driver that said he was NOT an employee of the moving company; 4 local laborers showed up hours later. Very unprofessional! They told us “first flight of stairs is free”, but they charged us $450 more for stairs when they got here and hardly took anything upstairs! They told us they included “BASIC Disassembly and Reassembly of Furniture”; they reassembled NOTHING, and even worse they disassembled EVERYTHING including many things that were unnecessary, like a coffee table! Many wrapped things were not labeled by the packing crew, so no one knew where they went. The unloaders were NOT movers; they didn’t put labeled things in the rooms they belong (Patio boxes were in the Office, etc), and they loaded things into our house inefficiently, so they rooms were filled up way too fast and rendered useless. Then, they said they were going to have to charge MORE money to continue moving our stuff into our house. They proceeded to simply unload the truck leaving many items in our driveway for us to load in…
- my items were delivered by a total unprofessional bunch of people in an umarked tractor and trailer

Do Not do it to Yourself.

I moved to NJ in 2013. Half of my kids clothes were stolen, furniture was damaged and wet. Called amd spoke to a manager several times for compensation and never received anything until this day. I totally regret dealing with these con artists. They are very courteous and professional on the pick up, but my items were delivered by a total unprofessional bunch of people in an umarked tractor and trailer. Do yourself a favor and pick another company.
- this Keith guy, who's full of lies, never returned any of our calls or even picked up one of them.

I strongly recommend Triple 7 Movers.

This was my first time using a professional moving company and I was so scared to commit to something that was such a big deal I almost moved myself.. however after some research into a self move vs. a professional move, I decided that the professional move was within my budget and the amount of satisfied reviews I saw made me confident in my decision to book with Triple 7 Movers. The salesperson was very informative and helpful and made me comfortable in the choice I was making without seeming like the thousand other sales people that called me pushing me and trying to earn my business. The day the movers showed up, they were very professional and went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've read horror stories and have had a few friends tell me about unpleasant experiences with other companies but I experienced nothing but professionalism with this company and would definitely recommend Triple 7 Movers to anyone looking for a mover! .

  Long Distance Move.

A long distance move is never easy, but after I went thru 8 bids for the move I went with Tripple 7, They were not the cheapeast but had put in a great bid. They had the best track recorcord I looked up DOT numbers background on the owners etc. I did my homework and it was worth it. Very professional, prompt and good communication. Know who you are working with, on any move do your best to get upfront information. 777 was willing to answers all my questions and put extra's in writting. Like I had two stops on my move. My house and the storage I had arranged, They even gave them seperate ticket colors so when the time came to off load them we knew where they went right away. No guessing what's in the box. I have moved 2 times cross counrty and know a few things about moving. Do your checking, but look into Tripple 7 for a qoute I would use them again.
