Kind friendly and put a smile on my face over the phone call. I truly felt like they were family. They were kind extremely respectful and did an amazing job. Always courteous and hard workers.

I was moved into a storage unit and both men went out of their way to make it a less stressful experience. Always courteous, hard workers and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Upbeat and very efficient. Managed to get everything into a unit that wasn't very large and had a bit of room to spare.

My daughter used them previously for a longer distance move and she was thrilled with their service too.

No walls hit or scratched.

They saved us cash and time. They handled everything with care, no walls hit or scratched, no damaged furniture. On top of that, when I had last minute changes to the interior design, they graciously helped me move things to new spots within the rooms. I had Tri-State Area Movers recommended to me, and I am glad I decided to go with them for my move. All inspections and walk throughs were done as expected and not a single step was missed.

I can't recommend them enough.

They carefully moved some very heavy furniture through some very small doorways with zero damage. They took care to protect the floor and went above and beyond to quickly and efficiently complete the work. Today was by far the fastest and easiest move I've ever had. I've used Tri-State Area Movers 4 or 5 times now and there is a reason I keep coming back. I can't recommend them enough.

Local Move

Charged nearly 2X the estimate. In-person estimate was $1516.00 Paid @ $2700 . Movers left an entire room undelivered . I had to return next day and get my stuff . Broke my 70" TV and after 15-20 calls , I need to go to small claims to resolve .

I have nothing good to say about these human beings. They are all rogues!!! Full of deception. They rope you in and that's it. Dealing with them is a nightmare!

First of all They do not have a license as a moving and storage company in New York or interstate, I called and lost their license years ago, was told that they also was fined by New York State and Federal DOT

They were professional and courteous. We have used many moving companies in the past. They were fast and made sure all of my furniture was arrived unbroken. I was given an estimate price and that was exactly what I paid. They were wrapped, dissembled, loading and unloading very carefully. I would highly recommend them.

Each member of this team was professional, friendly, kind, diligent and careful. They worked extremely hard and did it all with smile. Nothing was damaged in the move.
