Great. Supportive and a quality service from the crew, who worked very well. They were very attentive and good with our packing. Our move manager from the office was very responsive, always available, and knew what needed to happen from the beginning.
I’ve moved plenty of times. Wish I had used them on previous moves.
They were great with a bit of trouble shooting. Both crew where with both pickup points. many thanks for their patience on our logistics changes.
All Sorted out efficiently. Many thanks to the team there. Highly recommend.

Great work from Traslo Service. I just moved from Scotland to Italy and at the beginning I was a bit worried about my goods, but after the collection my worries disappeared. Everything went smooth, I really want to thank the removers as they were nice, kind, quick and professional. I also want to highlight the amazing customer service that I received from the office, available at all times. I didn't give 5 stars because this was my first move, I am not expert on this field and the price was higher than what I thought.

Good comunication, colelction and delivery on time, the salesman was really kind. I asked them a quote on line and they replied in 1 h, asking more information, and then came back after another h with the quote. Everything went quite well. There was the crew chief Mr. Giacomo who was very polite and did a really good job. I was hoping to find mr Giacomo at the delivery place aswell, but anyway there were 2 other guys always from Traslo Service that did a good job anyway.I hope we wont move again but if we will, then I will be happy to contact Traslo Service for the move again. .

The pick up of my 6 bags + bicycle was in London and the delivery in Italy (unfortunately this could not be specified on the menu above in this form so please disregard the information about the delivery being in Switzerland..).
The service has been quick and responsive in the planning and quote phase, the appointment was taken for the pick-up to happen in 5 days. The pick up happened in a very timely fashion and the person who did it was extremely kind, reliable and trustworthy until delivery. I would definitely use Traslo service again!

I recently moved from London to Sardinia.
From the beginning they were professional and always available for clarifications and explanations. From the sales team to the delivery team there is always the feeling they will look after you and make sure that this process goes as smoothly as possible.
Collection and delivery dates were met (actually the delivery date was anticipated, quite a nice gift considering that it was during Christmas!) and even if there were some problems with some small boxes delivered (something that can obviously happen is these circumstances), Luca and his team were super-quick in dealing and solve the issue.
Definitely recommended!

A great company which we would highly recommend. The customer service was excellent. Simone remained main point of contact throughout and was very efficient. After researching our delivery address he organised two vehicles which could climb to our steep property. The movers used were very friendly and experienced and helpful with suggestions on how best to pack the trucks. We would definitely use Traslo again in future and would recommend them to others without hesitation. A trustworthy and experienced company who take pride in their work. Thank you.

I have arranged with Mr. Francesco Boi (sales manager) a pick up around end of june, storage for 1month minimum and a delivery address to be confirmed between 1st and mid semptember; I was also offered 1month complimentary storage and I was told by Francesco I would only pay for the weeks I used in the end; for my surprise I was contacted several times between 4th of july and 25th of august, by Mr. Luca Serra (assistant travel coordinator), asking me to settle the payment and provide a delivery address while I was on the complimentary period (I still did not have a delivery address); in the end I was told it was for insurance purposes which did not make sense but I paid; I contacted Luca on september 1st to provide a delivery address and he said that I had missed a truck and therefore I would have to wait for the next one; after emailing Luca several times on Sept 11th he replied he would let me know once the truck departed and that an 18 metre truck would not have access to the address provided therefore I would have to arrange a shuttle service or alternatively Traslo could do it for £350 + VAT. It is impossible that an 18meter long truck fits in the majority of the streets so please be carefull with Traslo because they do not inform you. I also had to provide an alterative address (they ask you for coordinates from google maps) in which Francesco said it was fine. I contacted traslo several times to find out about any news on the delivery day since I had to organise a van. Francesco contacted me on monday at 4pm to inform me that the delivery was going to be done the next day between 8am and 10am which did not give me any margin to organise; I was also told by Franceso that the drivers would drive the van from the pick up place to my address; to my surprise the english drivers from "Fred Phillips" were not informed and not insured to drive a different vehicle; also, they contacted me the day before to say that their lorry would not fit on the new address provided. This whole experience was a nightmare, Traslo is unreliable, these are office people only which do not have any clue on transportation issues and they are disorganized. I would reccomend Fred Phillips.
