A great company which we would highly recommend. The customer service was excellent. Simone remained main point of contact throughout and was very efficient. After researching our delivery address he organised two vehicles which could climb to our steep property. The movers used were very friendly and experienced and helpful with suggestions on how best to pack the trucks. We would definitely use Traslo again in future and would recommend them to others without hesitation. A trustworthy and experienced company who take pride in their work. Thank you.

I have arranged with Mr. Francesco Boi (sales manager) a pick up around end of june, storage for 1month minimum and a delivery address to be confirmed between 1st and mid semptember; I was also offered 1month complimentary storage and I was told by Francesco I would only pay for the weeks I used in the end; for my surprise I was contacted several times between 4th of july and 25th of august, by Mr. Luca Serra (assistant travel coordinator), asking me to settle the payment and provide a delivery address while I was on the complimentary period (I still did not have a delivery address); in the end I was told it was for insurance purposes which did not make sense but I paid; I contacted Luca on september 1st to provide a delivery address and he said that I had missed a truck and therefore I would have to wait for the next one; after emailing Luca several times on Sept 11th he replied he would let me know once the truck departed and that an 18 metre truck would not have access to the address provided therefore I would have to arrange a shuttle service or alternatively Traslo could do it for £350 + VAT. It is impossible that an 18meter long truck fits in the majority of the streets so please be carefull with Traslo because they do not inform you. I also had to provide an alterative address (they ask you for coordinates from google maps) in which Francesco said it was fine. I contacted traslo several times to find out about any news on the delivery day since I had to organise a van. Francesco contacted me on monday at 4pm to inform me that the delivery was going to be done the next day between 8am and 10am which did not give me any margin to organise; I was also told by Franceso that the drivers would drive the van from the pick up place to my address; to my surprise the english drivers from "Fred Phillips" were not informed and not insured to drive a different vehicle; also, they contacted me the day before to say that their lorry would not fit on the new address provided. This whole experience was a nightmare, Traslo is unreliable, these are office people only which do not have any clue on transportation issues and they are disorganized. I would reccomend Fred Phillips.

Perfect service!! Everything arrived on time as promised. It was my second move so after the first bad experience with another company I decided to spend a bit more but it was definitely worth it!
My father received the goods (he does not speak english) but the operation team speaks spanish and that helped a lot as they dealt directly with him. They also make me save money for the shuttle service quoted as my father use his friend's van for the last 300 metres because their truck was too big for our street. I definitely recommend them to everyone!! Big thank to Estefano and Francesco!!

The pick up of my 6 bags + bicycle was in London and the delivery in Italy (unfortunately this could not be specified on the menu above in this form so please disregard the information about the delivery being in Switzerland..).
The service has been quick and responsive in the planning and quote phase, the appointment was taken for the pick-up to happen in 5 days. The pick up happened in a very timely fashion and the person who did it was extremely kind, reliable and trustworthy until delivery. I would definitely use Traslo service again!

I recently moved from London to Sardinia.
From the beginning they were professional and always available for clarifications and explanations. From the sales team to the delivery team there is always the feeling they will look after you and make sure that this process goes as smoothly as possible.
Collection and delivery dates were met (actually the delivery date was anticipated, quite a nice gift considering that it was during Christmas!) and even if there were some problems with some small boxes delivered (something that can obviously happen is these circumstances), Luca and his team were super-quick in dealing and solve the issue.
Definitely recommended!

Good service and very human relationship with Traslo Service's team. Everything went well and pick up and delivery were perfect on time. The only thing I wish I knew before is that Traslo is not an actual moving society, they are an intermediary with actual moving companies. For our move they appointed a Polish society "Kalnad" which was in contact with us the day before the move and during the process. Otherwise, nothing to say, good price, good follow up, clear explanations and very nice team.

Excellent company ! I recently moved some furniture from Paris to Italy. Very satisfactory contact, offer and work since the beginning,

We just moved from Italy to UK, in London.

During the pick up the workers were really fast and professional but also warm and kind. The boxes were moved down stairs and then inside the truck with care.

For the delivery in London we were notified beforehand the time of delivery and the workers showed spot on in time. They were fast, professional and kind too..

The time span between pick up and delivery was around 16 days. For us it was even a desirable timeframe as we needed to set up the flat and we had a lot of boxes. It's good to remember that this is a groupage service which means you have to share the same truck with other's delivery and dependig of their location it could be a logistic matter how to organize the order of delivery.

We arranged everything by telephone and mail. The guys there are marvelous, they are willing to help and they don't mind doing a lot of phone call to be sure that everything is explained in every possible detail.

For us it was a good job done, Traslo Service! (Simone and Samuele thank you very much!)

PS: I had to put the removal from SPAIN because ITALY don't show on the menù. And I choose ZARAGOZZA because it's a similar distance with the real one.

First the good things:
- Communication before any payment was made. They were very responsive and attentive to understand our needs for the move.
- Their estimation for the size and weight of the stuff to move was accurate.
- Punctuality and professionalism of the companies sub-hired by Traslo Service to do the loading and unloading of our stuff.

Then the not so good things:
- After we paid the deposit to secure the date of our move, we had more problems communicating with them.
- They tried to change the original schedule by delivering one day earlier than planned, which was impossible for us.

And then bad things:
- Never use their "Premium" insurance. They broke our dishwasher during the move and refused to pay for it because it didn't have any visual damage, just for your information, big appliances don't need to have visual damage to be ruined during an international move. We contacted them several times to try to find a solution about the dishwasher and they eventually stopped replying to our emails, so we had to fix it ourselves.

It's a shame because everything went well and smooth but this situation with the dishwasher and the insurance ruined the whole experience and I can't recommend this company.

Arranged a dedicated service with Simone. He was really polite, patience and explained all the ins and outs very well. I was kept informed every step of the way and I was contacted by Luca several times to let me know when the van was expected to arrive to pick up and deliver the items. The driver was extremely polite and helped us in organising the items. The van was clean.
It was the first time I used an international furniture delivery but I will certainly contact this one again in the future. Reasonable charges.

I had to move furniture from Italy to Ireland and I did not wanted to go in group/haulage given the fragile nature of this stuff. They gave me the best price (I asked 5 quotes) and all the process was very clear and easy. Online quote, you could chose what to pay for and all different services had a separate price, bank payment, people waiting for me at the pick up point exactly in time and same for the delivery. I will for sure recommend to any other person that need such a service.

I do not usually write reviews but I wanted to say that the service was first class throughout.

The sales team (Samuel) were professional and not pushy in any way and we worked out how much space I needed to pay for. There was never a hint of trying to get me to pay more than I needed.

The move-cordinators (Luca and Francesco) were excellent and reply extremely promptly to any email question or query. Luca spoke good English which was great as although I can speak Italian fairly well, I wanted to make sure that there was no possible miscommunication about my move as it was very important for me.

The collection and delivery dates were both met and the staff at both ends were friendly and efficient,

Overall I was very happy with the service in every aspect.

We had to move an upright piano and a number of boxes from Naples, Italy to Eastleigh, Hampshire. We had a few quotes from different companies but the only one that impressed us after a very pleasant phone call was Traslo Service. Despite the quote was a little bit over our budget we decided to book the service with them and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Excellent service for both loading and unloading, also considering the fact that the piano at the loading place had to be moved down the stairs from a 6th floor. Both the loading and unloading teams, and the driver, were professional, efficient and friendly. Loading and unloading perfectly happened at the scheduled time. We'll surely get in touch with them again should we need a moving service in future. In one word, excellent.

My wife and I moved to Berlin at the end of July (2019) and used Traslo Service. The guys from the reservation and logistics switchboard are very kind, always available and professional. We only took the transport (we loaded the truck) but the transporter respected the pick-up and delivery times and was very kind to help us unload all the boxes we had. If we were to move again we will still use them, even if a little expensive, but we prefer to pay a few more bucks and be sure of the efficiency of the service !! Thanks again!!

In March, thanks to your help, I moved to Paris. Only now do I find the time to thank you, you have been really efficient and very professional. But my biggest thanks goes to your collaborator Simone, who worked on Sunday to help me find a solution for my move that had been completely ruined by another company whose seriousness and professionalism are practically non-existent. I really want to sincerely thank Simone for his precious work. It's true, I paid for your service (even a little expensive), but what Simone did for us goes beyond the meaning of money, if he hadn't worked so hard on Sunday to find us a vehicle with so little notice and with great urgency, both my husband and I would have lost their new jobs. I therefore renew my deep thanks to Traslo Service, but in particular and above all to Simone Doneddu.

It was my first time using a moving company, so I was worried ofcourse, but traslo were such a helpful service!

They moved my items from the netherlands to England all for £1,000 and I could fill up the van with whatever I needed!

I had emailed them whenever I had a problem and they got back to me so fast. They were very reassuring and quick to reply! 100% reliable, fast and very helpful!

I had all my items moved in a day! I would definitely use again if needed!
