Long-distance move from Winnipeg, MB to Toronto, ON

Transnational Moving

The worst ever company that I have ever known in my whole life. They don’t care about the customer at all. They just care about their money. Moved from Winnipeg to Toronto. My family and I had a flight to catch on Saturday to Toronto and the movers said they would come on Thursday morning 2 days before my flight to pick up my stuffs. On Thursday I started calling them in the afternoon as they didn’t show up.Last time they picked my phone was around 6pm and they told me the truck is on its way. I waited until 10pm and I made myself satisfied that they are not coming. The next morning, Friday which was one day before my flight I called them and asked what’s going on. They say the truck will come today. I told them how can I be sure since they didn’t show up the previous day. They said if I’m not happy I can find some other movers. I was shocked when they said that to me. I was so helpless at that time. I didn’t know what to do. I stayed quiet and just wait and wait with all our stuffs packed and a a flight to catch the next day. And I had to return the keys of my apartment the next day.At 7pm I received a call on my cell that they are here to pick up my stuffs. They came 2 persons only. After all this I had to help them so that they can finish quickly. If you want to have a smooth move please please don’t book your move with trans national. You will have one of the worst experience in your life.

Long-distance move from Niagara Falls, ON to Calgary, AB

Cross Canada Move.

We recently made a move from Ontario to Alberta and this company was awesome. They picked up and packed and wrapped our items on time and were very friendly and professional. The delivery, although delayed (through no fault of Transnational I might add) was on time the the fellows at the receiving end were wonderful. They placed packing blankets on the floor to prevent any damage and put our items wherever we requested them to do so. They were friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. Would I use this company again? Absolutely. Would I recommend them to others planning a move, yes without hesitation. Thank you Michael and the rest of the crew involved in our move.

Long-distance move from Nova Scotia to Saskatchewan

Transnational.

This company, we believe, was negligent in their service. They were very nice in the beginning but became dismissive the minute we started questioning things like delivery date and weight. My husband specifically asked them in the beginning, before booking, if our items would remain on the truck, knowing that the more handling, the more chance of things getting damaged. He was told "yes sir, everything stays right on the truck". Later we were told by both the admin staff and movers that our stuff was put in storage in both Halifax AND Toronto. Some of the boxes that arrived looked like they played soccer with them. They were completely ripped open, flattened, and had been retaped. Many have rips, tears, and holes in them. We have over $5500 in damages, including a large digital upright freezer which they charged us $150 handling fee to severely dent and ruin; marble end table were smashed; the back mirror of our china cabinet was smashed; a bed frame, a credenza, and a plant stand had legs ripped off - like twisted and the wood actually broke; and some furniture and antiques so severely gouged and broken that it's not useable or repairable. Their replacement insurance policy goes by weight, not value, meaning you've got more chance of getting a refund for damaged bags of cement than a missing bag of diamonds. We even got 3 items that AREN'T OURS!! Too bad they were also broken and damaged.
They said it would be 1 wk for delivery and 2 wks AT THE MOST. It was almost 4 wks. Then they said they got us mixed up with another Rob moving from NS to SK and our stuff was accidentally put in storage in Hfx. Then they gave us a 3 wk delivery date. Then he denied saying that (he was on speaker phone so 3 of us heard him) and said it would be yet another wk to deliver.
We were charged almost 50% more than the estimate for a 4 bedroom house DESPITE us selling 2 sets of furniture and only moving 3 bedrooms. We moved my sons entire bedrm contents to university AND my husband took a 8x10x8 container of our heaviest stuff (all his tools and tool chests) himself to try to save us money. Ha!
Then they promised that all beds and furniture that they disassembled to move, would be reassembled upon arrival. They actually refused to do it. And they dumped over 29 boxes in the garage because they were too lazy to put them in proper rooms (they promise room to room service). Don't believe their website when they say they will relieve the stress of the move. They CAUSE YOU THE STRESS OF THE MOVE!
The owner/chairman of the company (according to our online search) is Riza Yalcin, owns several moving companies (so do your research before hiring - you may THINK you're not getting Transnational but you are getting the same people). Check with the BBB (these guys at the time of this review, have a score of F) and the Canadian Movers Association. Movers with the CMA abide by several rules and codes and will not scam you.
Also check out Facebook for a new "Transnational support group" I am starting. Share your pictures of damages, your stories, and maybe find your missing items.

*Based on all the negative reviews, we have forwarded our paperwork and pictures to our lawyer, and checking with him about a law suit and possibly a class action law suit.

Long-distance move from Surrey, BC to Edmonton, AB

Transnational.

Never, ever, ever use this company. We arranged for a move from Surrey to Edmonton on 30 Nov. We required storage in Edmonton for a few weeks. We were told that it would take 3 days for our stuff to reach Edmonton and they would need 2 days notice and the contents would be delivered to the Edmonton address. We called on Dec 27 to request delivery and was told that our stuff was still in B.C. as they didn’t have storage space in Edmonton. And they didn’t know when they would have a truck available. Fast forward to Jan 25 - still no delivery and have been told that a truck left Toronto on Jan 20 and our things will be delivered on Jan 30. Holding our breaths. The customer service has been horrendous. All I hear is “It’s not my fault”. I asked to speak to the manager on several occasions and he was never available and he never called.

The pickup, although a couple of hours late went well and before we realized the storage problem, unfortunately we recommended this company to someone else in Edmonton. They were to pick up her stuff on a Friday as she needed to be out of her place by Monday morning . She phoned on the Thursday to confirm the move time on Friday and was told they didn’t have a crew so they couldn’t do it until noon on Monday. She had to scramble at the last minute to find a new moving company.
Again, never use this company. It’s been 2 months without our stuff!

Horrible experience!! Stay away!!

So many things to say about this company. Where to start!? The 2 men moving me didn't speak English, 1 kept going on his cellphone messaging on Facebook messenger and they moved extremely slow. Why?? The slower they move, the more I pay! It was raining outside on move day and they left my furniture in the rain! I went outside to see my things sitting in the rain and the worker was on his phone sitting in the truck. I became frustrated and told him to start working. He claimed he was on break and that he was entitled to a 15 mins break every 2 hours!! Wonderful work laws he thinks he has! I was trying to get in touch with head office for over 2 hours and no answer. I told the movers I was not paying in full til I spoke to head office. He came into my home saying he had his manager on the phone, the manager started to yell at me swearing even and called me a white piece of trash!! The mover told my boyfriend that because I wasn't going to pay in full that he was leaving with the rest of my furniture that was still unloaded!! I had to call the police!! Can you imagine this?! The mover was going to steal my belongings. 2 police officers showed up and I was asked to pay the remaining amount just to get it over with. I paid the amount and the worker was still upset because now it was passed the 3 hours keep in mind my whole move would have been done in under 3 hours. Nothing was in the proper bedroom probably because of the language barrier. One of my dressers was broken as well as my toy chest. I emailed the company my complaint and requested at least half of my payment back, I was laughed at and he said NEVER and hung up on me. I hired movers because my boyfriend has a shoulder injury and can't lift much but we were left with basically having to move everything ourselves anyway because nothing was set up in the proper room. Once the police were here, he dumped my furniture in the living room and walked away. This was such a horrible experience. The disrespect that I encountered was completely inappropriate, I was called white trash! My furniture being broken and left outside in the rain. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this unprofessional company, nothing at all. Stay clear from this company guys!!

Beware of these criminals!
They will damage your items, and steal your property! The most unprofessional ‘company’ we have ever dealt with, we had over $3000 in damages and did not receive calls back, no compensation, I filled out a claims form and sent in pictures of our broken and damaged items and pictures of items that were never delivered, I was yelled at by these ppl on the phone, save your property and your money, and go with a REPUTABLE BBB company!

DID NOT WRAP Furniture!! False Advertising.

Unprofessional Company! BEWARE! They contract their work out to local companies who do not know what they are doing. Moved Calgary to Toronto. They came with minimal supplies to wrap furniture. Packed all my boxes and then wrapped furniture. Company in Calgary did not wrap chairs, crib or sleigh bed.. they had a limited number of blankets for my pick-up, they needed the other ones for another pick-up.. this is not my problem. I paid for professional wrapping and that was NOT THE CASE AT ALL! I called immediately as the items were being loaded. I explained my frustration and concern that these items will be destroyed. I was told by the movers, dispatch and transnational that my items would be wrapped at the warehouse. THAT WAS A LIE! My items arrived NOT WRAPPED AND DESTROYED. I called to file a clam and was told I was denied because nothing was broken YET they WERE completely scratched and leather seats ripped. That my items would be worth $0.60 a lbs. There is a $300 deductible. I explained my frustration, they advertise PROFESSIONALLY WRAPPED ITEMS and NOTHING was PROFESSIONALLY wrapped! I Explained I paid for a service and was not provided that service. THEY DO NOT CARE. WORST experience ever. STAY AWAY. AND they charged my CREDIT CARD in FULL immediately after weighing it.. NOT upon arrival of my items. I did not authorize the transaction. They JUST DON"T CARE.

Get a uhaul and move your stuff yourself.

This company is unprofessional. We hired them to move us from New Brunswick to Alberta. They came and picked up our stuff March 30th, never once did they mention to us that the truck only goes west at the end of each month. We flew to Alberta expecting our stuff within a week or so. After not hearing anything for a few days we contacted them and were told our stuff wouldn't be there until the end of April because we "missed the truck". Also we were quoted $1200 then they sent us an invoice for $1950, quote was way off and we now have to wait a month for our things. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Long-distance move from Maple Ridge, BC to Red Deer, AB

Terrible service.

Ordered a moving pick up 2 months in advance. I was assured that my pick up date was fine and that delivery would be 2 days. I was told the day before pick up I would receive a phone call to confirm the time they would pick up. I had asked for a morning pick up. They never phoned me so I ended up phoning myself and was told they were closed the day of my pick up, at first they wanted to do it the day after but as I insisted on my pick up day, they finally found some movers to come pick up. The movers show up the next day at 1pm, not much of a morning pick up.. Since I was told the delivery would be 2 days later, I expected the truck on the second day. I ended up phoning them again since I heard nothing and I get told they're not delivering for another 5 days. Which leaves me with no furniture or belongings for a week. Before setting up the move I was told I would be getting updates on where my items are so I phone them asking for updates and if they can give me a firm date, each time they tell me to be a little more patient. Which is quite ridiculous when you've been given an ETA of 2 days and it's much longer. Once again, on the 5th day I hear nothing and since it's the weekend, their office is closed. On Monday, day 7, I phone them again and get told that delivery will be Wednesday, day 9. On Tuesday, while we are working we finally get a call that the driver is on their way and will be there in 2 hours. Great that they finally came but a little more head up would have been nice as well. The driver shows up and of course the weight is three times the estimated amount resulting our price to be three times what was quoted. Since we were without our stuff for over a week we just paid them so we could finally have our stuff. I don't believe my items were 3000 pounds since we only have a 1 bedroom apartment and donated half our furniture before we moved.

Long-distance move from Quebec, QC to Moncton, NB

Worst compagny ever.

I booked the compagny 3 months before the move from Quebec to NB. I had to leave before july the first and thet assure me that they would come on june the 30th. I calles twice in the weeks before the move to make sure that everything was alright. I was told the truck would come on the 30th between 5-8pm. On the 30th, at 8h30pm I got a call from the truck driver telling me that the truck was full and another truck would come at 8am sharp the next morning. At 8h30 am on July the first I got a text from the text driver telling me he was leaving Fredericton Nb and would be there at 1h30pm! He said he got a message on wasap in the morning telling him he had to pick my stuff. In Quebec, you have to leave but noon on July the 1st! I try over and over to call the compagny but would always end up on a full mailbox! Some family members had to come all the way from NB to pick my stuff up! Afterward, it took over a month before I could have my deposit back! One of the employees, hung up on my when I said I wanted my deposit back! He said it was only 100$ so it didn’t matter, I wasn’t like I paid 4000$!! And of course he said that screaming over the phone before hunging up on me!! They turned my moving into a nightmare!! Would never recommend them to anyone!!

Moving.

I'm writing in with a complaint. I booked a moving company to help me move from Surrey to Toronto. The company was to picked up my stuff from Saturday but the movers came and had no space in the truck. So, the mover promises to pick up the fellowing week on Friday and 8:30am. I can to him on the new moving day and there told me now at 12:00 but I told them at I had an appointment. Now I no one is picking up my stuff. I called Transnational Moving to explain what is going on and Micheal who I spoke to and he started yelling and hang up the phone on me. I had to call back and he was very aggressive over the phone. This company doesn't have no customer service. Don't use them.

My experience.

This was the worst company and by far worst people to deal with in Canada.
My piano travelled thousands of miles safe before they received it but they some how managed to damage it at my door step beside its box and my ftont yard plants.
They charged me for their lunch break .
I sent a complaint but never been called back.
I am seriously considering filing complaint at whatever governmental authority to stop these people from injecting more damage .

Long-distance move from British Columbia to Quebec

My experience with TMS.

We moved from British Columbia to Quebec in February. Very helpful and lovely people until you accept their offer. After that, you discover that they have commissioned another company to move you. The insurances is a fake. They call it "internal". We claimed a few damages and until today (May 29th) they are still telling us the claim is not processed yet. I called them and emailed them several times.
They were supposed to unpack, but they did not. I had to insist on them to put some carpets or covers when unloading because of the snow and dirt. It was a mess.
This company is very disappointing. I don't recommend it at all.

Do not use this moving company.

These guys need to be shut down .thank God I figured it out prior to them actually coming for my belongings . The customer service is extremely poor . The manger I spoke with was rude and hung up . They won't give me my deposit back . They do not communicate and add on extra fees later on that were not discussed in the quote . Now the day before a long distance move & I'm left to find new movers. As soon as I paid the deposit the communication stopped . I didn't have any info needed about my move . I was told the lady went on leave and they are too busy to follow up on her emails . As soon as I got upset he threatened to cancel my move and return the deposit however as soon as I said yes cancel I will go elsewhere he said I'd wouldn't get it back and to file legal action. I am appalled by the lack of customer service & concern for a customer's move .

Long-distance move from Regina, SK to Ottawa, ON

We were over billed, lied and threatened.

We were trying to move 9000 to 10000 lb of belongs from Saskatchewan to Ontario. They send a driver with a small truck and hire two alcoholic locals (yes, I could smell the liquor), who spent over 7 hours loading and caused bumps and scratches on the walls and hardwood floor. The poor driver had no support from his company and had to move some load to a storage the next day because the truck was not big enough.

Then we were told our stuff were all shipped by two separate trucks and stored in their Missisagua storage. We were invoiced for two truckloads of moving exceeding 12000lb. After arguing about the invoicing error that was different from the quote and requesting scale documents, we finally got it corrected and agreed to pay for the 12000 lb of moving in money order. It was very difficult to talk to them, the sales/manager would never answer our calls or emails. Other employees including their accounting know little to nothing about what's going on with our staff.

On the day of delivery, which was delayed because of the billing issues, we only got one truckload of stuff which was the first truck that left Saskatchewan a month ago. They ask for full payment or they would drive away with our stuff. After a heated conversation with their manager -Micheal-, we learned our 2nd truckload of stuff was still in the storage in Saskatchewan, never got picked up. So what the heck of the billing for two truckloads about? They lied to us. under duress, we gave them the money order which was supposed to be payment for 12000 lb (Two truck loads) of moving just to get part of our stuff.

After several calling, they finally picked up the remaining of our stuff in SK and send us another invoice of 4000 lb of Moving. Same trick, we have to pay to get them. We had no choice but to pay them again to get our stuff back.

In summary, we were overcharged by these bandits at least 6000lb in terms of three scaling tickets of 6000s lb, 6000s lb and 4000s lb when we only got moved two truckloads of stuff. This is by itself a fraud! We Will Sue them! I don't care if I can get the overcharged money back. we want to make sure movers like them not cheating on their clients again! We have time and money to go through that. I heard they were sued 16 times last year. There is no way we should suck it up. We will sue! We will even rally for a class action against them!

Fortunately, we got our stuff back without loss or damages. I thank the drivers for taking their jobs professionally with nothing but trouble from their office manager.

Long-distance move from Temiskaming Shores, ON to Sussex, NB

Stay Away From Tms.

Moving From northeastern Ontario to southern New Brunswick. I booked another company 3 months ahead of moving just to be sure. A week before they canceled and left me calling hundreds of places. Finally micheal said it was guaranteed pick up and he made it sound so perfect, when pick up day came I got a call from the driver saying micheal booked so many moves ahead of me the truck was full, he was was polite about it. Once we called the manager micheal he quickly gave me my deposit back then said if I can get it to their truck in Barrie (6 hours south) by the next day it could get to NB on time. After spending 300$ for a truck and trailer and getting it down it seemed to be okay, I was 867lbs(we stopped at a goverment trasport scale to weigh it for free before hand to know for proof of the real weight) 1000lb minium
but still had to pay the 1200$ even though they never picked up. Once I arrived in NB on the 1st they were on time for 8am on the 2nd. Then it turned to the 3rd then late on thr 4th, again micheal kept filling these guys truck and doing stupid in town deliveries. Finally came and the guys were really nice and awesome to work with, no damnage but did end up having to give back things that were not mine. So total around 600$ extra it turned from a 1200$ to a 1800 quickly. I wish I googled them before hand but I was just to panicy. Extremely dissapointed as im 18 moving out for the first time the move screwed me out for all the money I had left for food and deposits for hydro.

Worst move - No Customer Service.

I have moved several times across the country and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have been trying for over a month to get a claim in and no one with return emails or phone calls. But they are quick to take my money and overcharge me significantly for the move. There was little care taken with my furniture and several tables were ruined. They lost a piece to my bed and broke my bike. And worse they refuse to respond. Now I have to call a lawyer and Better Business Bureau. Moving is stressful enough. Save yourself major headaches and go with another firm.

Long-distance move from Alberta to Nova Scotia

Unprofessional and rude.

With a possession date of the 17th these geniuses thought it would be appropriate to deliver on the 15th and threatened to dump our stuff in storage and leave us to deal with it. When I challenged them on the fact that the original agreement was delivery after the 17th they refused to deliver any later than the 17th itself. It is as if they have no idea how to run the business. They were rude and unprofessional and when I asked for a manger they said that was the manager. I asked for someone in-charge of manager and was told that is the owner and he will never talk to me.
As far as the pick up and delivery, the two guys who picked up started having a swearing match in the back of the truck in-front of my kids. Delivery was even worse, turns out with this company every single box marked as fragile arrived upside down and all of the leveling pegs on our bed and tables were missing. (strange how some one inch long screw threads that I had turned fully in before we shipped all managed to make their way loose and disappear). Furniture had damage on it due to rough mishandling.
Similar to other's experiences with trying to do a claim they do not return your calls or emails at all. As far as lost items I know how it happens with this company as they tried to deliver to us a glass table that was not ours (we had to refuse it twice).
Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I recommend avoiding like the plague.

Lost Goods.

Wow, I wish I read these reviews before we used this company.

We are currently missing 15 boxes of things, including but not limited to: my 5 month old son's keepsakes from the hospital (hospital tag, hat he wore home etc), all of my wife's clothing and some unimportant bathroom stuff.. so if you used these guys around the end of September 2018 or early October 2018.. or had stuff delivered between then and now and got some boxes labelled "Brenda's clothing" or "Bruce" let me know!

We also received some extra stuff.. if you are missing what looks to be either two pink prom or bridesmaid dresses wrapped in plastic.. I guess let me know and I will do what I can to get it back to you. Additionally a little end table and a box of bathroom stuff. Picture of dresses attached, there is a name on them which I have not found on Facebook.. let me know the name and they're yours!

The individual we have been talking to at this company has not been very cooperative and the best response we got in regards to our missing items was "if it turns up we will let you know".. this is not a very acceptable response in our minds as we definitely cannot afford to purchase my wife a new wardrobe (she currently has about four days of clothing with her).

They also quoted 10 to 13 days for our stuff to be delivered.. it was more along the lines of 30 days. And this was AFTER pestering them for information. They do a poor job of keeping you updated on your items transit.

Some of our stuff arrived damaged.. sure that happens.. but we received a very negative response to our inquiries. This review would have been held off were they not so rude and non-caring about our missing stuff.

I sincerely hope our stuff turns up.. and if it does not I do not feel hopeful that this company will resolve the issue financially (approximately 16,000 dollars worth of damaged or lost goods).

Horrible service.

I would never use this company again! The problems started when our furniture was supposed to be picked up. We were told that we would get a call with 24 hours notice. We received that notice and waited for the whole day for them to show up eventually they called and said that they would not be able to come until the next day. Everything was already packed so we needed to find other accommodations for that night. Earlier in the month we called Michael from Transnational and had a conversation about when we could expect our furniture to arrive, after this conversation we finalized our housing arrangements on the other end of our move. The furniture was to arrive on Feb 8 so we rented our place on the day before to ensure we were ready for the movers. Once again we waited but this time nothing, no call, no email no nothing. As the company is in the East and on a different time zone we called but needed to leave a message, of course, their mailbox was full and no message could be left. I called the office the next day only to be told that the furniture would not be arriving until Feb 18 to the 20th. I then, started to express my frustrations about all of the extra costs, additional accommodations costs and rent that was not necessary. At this time I was told that if I continued to make a fuss he, Michael, would have my furniture dropped back in the yard where they originally picked it up. This of course shocked me into submission and left me felling very vulnerable and abused. Before Michael threaten this he asked if I had any proof that the delivery date was to be Feb 8, I responded by reiterating our telephone conversation. I was told that we needed written proof and that is when he started to be intimidating and threatening. He also stated "if I seen him I'd know that he didn't need my pitiful $2000" WOW..If all this wasn't bad enough the arrival was supposed to be between 3 and 4 pm on Sunday February 17. When 6 pm rolled around I tried to call the driver and it went straight to a recording "UVI this number is not available" or something to that effect. Well at this point I thought all of my belongings were stolen and I would never see my beloved memories and much need personal items, much to my relief, they finally arrived at 9 pm that evening. The last kick in the face was when I received the bill and was charged for items that were not on the original quote , like long distance move charge. I was told by Michael, that the only thing that would be charged for over and above the quote was for additional weight which is completely understandable. I urge anyone that is moving NOT to use TRANSNATIONAL MOVING SYSTEMS..THEY ARE HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY.

International move from Orlando, FL to London, ON

Beware, they lowball and hike up the price without justification.

I was trying to get my son's furniture brought from Orlando back home to London and I was asking around for quotes to ensure I got the best deal while getting the best service at that price. That’s when I stumbled across this company. Michael got in contact with me, who supposedly has 20 years of experience, and once provided with a list of everything that was going to be on the moving truck, he gave me the estimate of $1940. It consisted of 36 boxes which were numbered and had a corresponding list of everything in those boxes because I knew going though customs might be an issue. There was also a couch, 2 beds, 2 night tables, tv, tv stand, desk, and, I made sure to send this list to Michael and asked him again this time letting him know that I did not want to be low balled because there were a couple places bidding on my business. Again he reassured me that 1940 was the quote and not to worry. Within this quote it was outlined that this would cover the door-to-door and room-to-room service s well as free protective padding and wrapping. About a month later on move in day, I received the bill from the company saying that the new price was $5091.79. now considering this was over 3000 the original quote given to me I was understandably a bit hesitant and had a couple questions. I knew that with it being a quote it was subject to change but considering when I called to ask why the price was so high they told me Michael had 20 years sales experience and that I just had to pay the new price or they wouldn’t deliver the furniture. I’m just confused as to why he told me time and time again that the quote was accurate. I was not expecting a $3000 increase. Within the bill it says there was a charge for packing for $535, when asked about it they let us know that they gave us two medium sized boxes as well as the taping for the mattresses. In their quote they told us that the protective padding and wrapping was included so that means that they’ve charged us $535 for the two boxes, which cost about $3 per box at home depot. When they brought the furniture to the drop off destination, they did not do the room-to-room service like they said they would and just dumped everything into the living room. These quotes get produced by weight, they tell you that the first 1000lbs is $900 and after that the charge is $0.6 per pound. In the quote he had estimated about 2000lbs even while given the list of everything that would be in the truck. Within the bill they charged us for 5180lbs which just does not make sense. If it was going to be that heavy the original quote should’ve reflected that. Even then the truck was no way that heavy. For comparison a jeep wrangler is about 4100lbs they’re trying to say that a couch, 2 beds, 2 night tables, tv, tv stand, and desk as well as 30 boxes with the heaviest box being around 20lbs that contained books, this load was apparently heavier than a jeep. When I called to discuss this new price I spoke with Brenda who was very professional and because she was not 100% sure what to do she referred me to Steve who was the manager. Now Steve or should I say “Steveo” was condescending and rude from the very beginning. Through out the phone call he proceeded to tell me to f** off and go to h*ll while calling me a liar and refusing to accept the physical evidence I had of the interactions and original quote. Whether they quoted me wrong or weighed it incorrectly the increase of $3000 is unacceptable and I will be pursuing them in the court of law. Do not do business with them.

Long-distance move from London, ON to Cornwall, PE

Boxes lost, enquiries neglected, calls not returned.

I wanted to write a good review. Initial contact and the moving guys on both ends were great. 4 boxes did not appear with the rest of the items. I called and e-mailed with no reply. Called and e-mailed again, sent photos, never much point in calling though because the mailbox is full and never emptied. Finally called the first contact person who was actually helpful back at the start. Bottom line, "we can't find your boxes but we'll try".. of course, no call back. I understand that stuff gets dusty, even broken, and misplaced. But they're movers. It's not good enough to say "The boxes went to the wrong address and the recipients didn't call it in. We have no other way of tracking your things." Not good enough to put their hands in their pockets and never follow up. Their system needs more checks and balances. And Complete Satisfaction could be deleted from the bottom of the invoice.

Long-distance move from Halifax, NS to Estevan, SK

Pathetic.

Picked up my stuff from Halifax Nova Scotia on the 22nd of July and said it would be to Saskatchewan by the 5th of August at the latest, called and they changed it to the 10th, now they are saying the 17th and are denying ever saying any of the other dates, okay? It’s fine if it takes a while to get here but the fact that this Micheal guy calls me stupid and pathetic and hung up in my ear is just unacceptable. I never write reviews but this moving company is AWFUL! Never choose this company! I will be lucky if I even get all my stuff which is everything I [EDIT] own. These people shouldn’t even be running a business their the biggest [EDIT] I ever encountered in my whole life! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! They will act like they care at first but then they turn into monsters . [EDIT] you transnational moving.
