My experience, the worst of my life, promised service all through the process than shoved off to "customer service" from woman that signed me up. Video walk through for estimate was in the $7,000 range and I'm told my fault it was about 1/3 actual packing square footage. Delayed pick up in May and a few days from 30 days and I'm told my stuff is in Colorado still. (We moved to Florida). No delivery date still, in spite of the contract because there are so many disclaimers and one giving them 30 days. Guess what, after 30 days it's file a claim and maybe get $20/day. All I need is 10,000 days to get back my money! Oh, "special TV boxes" and the extra charge of $100 for "wood crate" for painting turned out to be cardboard boxes cut and taped together. If we get our stuff I will be surprised if anything is not damaged. My mistake I did not walk away from this company when they arrived late and changed the price several times but had a large deposit with "guaranteed pick up and delivery RANGE" And there are so many TWVLs that ratings with BBB are near impossible to figure out. How they get their rating is by mass confusion. Worst part is no knowledge when I'll get my stuff but have to have 7grand in cash before delivery for these criminals to drop off my stuff. Stay away in spite of any good reviews. Bad Karma is my only pleasure with these guys and a certain gal.

We started off the search with absolutely no direction. We spoke to a few companies but still felt very lost. It wasn’t until we spoke to Transworld Van Lines that we started to get a good feel for how the process works and how we can save the most money for ourself. We basically had to start from scratch with them, some of the other companies are misleading and downright dishonest. Working with them took a load of stress off of us and we began to shape our relocation at last. They are very easy to work with and put the customer first. We didn’t realize how busy this time of year is They manage to put this move within our budget. We are so thankful for the hard work and dedication to please us. We were able to get where we needed in time and have all of our furniture setup the same day of delivery. It was extremely professional and we are happy to recommend you to anyone.

We had no idea that summer time was the peak season for all the interstate moving companies. Trans World Van Lines was one of the 5 companies that called. We found them to be the most detailed and had the best credentials out of the pack. We checked them out on government sites as well as read our fair share of feedback online. They came to our home did all the packing and wrapped the furniture. They didn’t move hastily so nothing got damaged. Experienced movers are easy to spot. This was teamwork at its finest. Great job.

We really like Trans World Van Lines because they were saving us the most money but most important doing our relocation themself. In this world of movers their are brokers and carriers. They are carriers which means no middle men. We made one call to the same number with any concern literally any time of day. Everyone was always happy to hear from us and we got the same treatment after making our deposit. The movers were very clean which was surprising they looked professional and clearly knew what and how it should be done. We made the best choice for us and feel it could be for others too. People are quick to write bad experiences so I wanted to leave a good one. Best yet.

This was a very new and interesting experience for us. The last time we moved here to be about 15 years ago and things have changed a lot. Back then it was only a handful of companies doing all the work nowadays you get cost them over ten companies. We got to see what was out there and we felt Trans World was the best choice for us. They came on time and never changed the price once. The delivery was even faster which was impressive. It was a move out of a dream. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. Remember the name Trans World Van Lines. Fantastic run company moveree.

We took our time and would not let any company pressure us into making a choice to move forward when we were not completely ready. They understood our needs and arranged for an additional pickup from a storage unit and additional delivery to one as well. We had and home estimates done as well which were thousands more then the estimate we got from them. Trans World Van Lines were excellent. They funny and brought a lighter side to moving. We had an overwhelming amount of other things to tend to so we were a focus on that. It was a perfect relocation everything seemed to happen right on time as it should. We can’t thank you enough.
