Being from the Midwest we had our concerns that we weren’t going to be able to find the moving company that was going to come out and pick us up. Transworld Van lines apparently those pick ups all across the country. They were enthusiastic to talk to us and we put our entire home is where the furniture answer is very list I got to see it all on paper. Explain to us the price breakdown and make sure we were clear in our understanding of it. They were the only company to take the time to break down the contract line by line. This is a last-minute move that we were hoping most companies can service. Being that it was so close to the holidays most of the companies were fully booked. Since were very busy they sent us a blank inventory list that we were to fill out on our own time. So what we did was we walked the home and checked off every piece we even sent pictures of pieces that we thought might be bigger than the average size. Did everything on our end to secure that they had all the information they needed and they did everything on our end to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the correct decision. We took the process slow in the begin only because we were overwhelmed with phone calls and movers from all over the country trying to get us to move with them. We didn’t let it phase us we did our homework and price comparison but made sure we had the real mover and not a brokered our mystery company. This was our first time using a long distance moving company. We wish there was a way that we could’ve handled this ourselves but it just wasn’t possible. Friends and family of ours recommended certain companies however we simply didn’t like what they came back with as far as price and services available. Transworld Van lines called us and we quickly became interested in your company. We walked the house room by room telling you every item we planned on taking and you guys entered it into your system so we had a complete list of our items on paper to look at. The services you guys offer included wrapping all the furniture taking apart beds and packing was an option that we decided that we wanted as well. The movers did an excellent job making sure everything got onto the truck safely and placed back in the rooms and were later reassembled by them as well. We are very happy we had the chance to work with you and we are extremely fortunate we didn’t run into any issues. You guys did exactly what you said you would and we don’t have a single complaint. We are just two very happy customers thank you.

Transworld Van lines was outstanding. They gave me the move that I asked for and I was very specific with what I needed. Unfortunately we weren’t very flexible when it came to picking up the furniture as well as the delivery but their staff was able to move around their schedule to accommodate me which no other mover was willing to do. It goes without saying that the pricing was in line and they were respectful and courteous over the phone and in my home. They were able to maneuver the truck so It didn’t inconvenience any of my neighbors and they were extremely careful not to scratch walls or break furniture. Selecting the right mover doesn’t come as easy as you think it would. I know what everybody’s thinking I just need to hire a couple guys a couple strong guys who have a full-size trailer we can just pick me up on my day and drop me off as soon as possible. However that is far from the case they build their loads in their routes around pick up so they have they supply you with windows of delivery they will guarantee you a two day pick up date but everything else is kind of up in the air until it’s physically on the truck. In our case we also got lucky our Estimate over the phone what is higher than the price we paid. If you’ve never used a long distance moving company before take my word this is the best company out there. When it comes to length of time and business and a great reputation there is no question there in a league of their own. Great job guys at Transworld Van lines. Thank you for your assistance during our most recent relocation. This was a move for my elderly parents across the country who I cannot be present for the time of pick up. They had a neighborhood friend of theirs help and oversee everything but most importantly we were dealing with a trustworthy company. They did not take advantage of my parents because they are older and my parents had nothing but the nicest of things to say about them. Anything they needed help with the movers were there to do. They took their time and work slowly with all their antique furniture and never stack anything I’m the truck that could fall and get crushed. Easy to say that they are one of the best that I’ve seen and I’ve moved a few times. Worth every penny and definitely use them again.

They are very established company that runs a tight ship. We were introduced to the manager or the owner and we work for the same sales rep from the first phone call, any issue we had, and he even wished us well afterwards. Moving can be very expensive so you want to know the company that you’re doing your business with. They gave us the website that we can research any moving company just to get a little background on so we feel comfortable. Always moving checked off every box for us and we would be happy to use them again.

Transworld Van lines is one company that lives up to the reputation if not supersedes it. They were extremely transparent, upfront and honest about every step of the move and what to expect. We elected to pack her own boxes to save a little bit of extra money as they would handle all the larger pieces after they blanket wrap them and shrink wrap them. All the boxes were color-coded in numbers and as they loaded the truck I marked off my list to avoid any problems or discrepancies. List of items matched up identically which meant that the estimate that we were given and signed off on was the same total amount that we paid upon in the end. Our goods arrive safely in a timely fashion with no damages and we are nothing but happy with this company.
