We called and spoke to them direct and we got a long history of their company and they verified all their credentials. It’s very assuring to know exactly who you’re working with especially when you’re putting tens of thousands of dollars worth of furniture into her truck and trusting it shows up on the other end. They were all so friendly and kind and willing to help the Showed up early and got right to work and we got our delivery within two weeks. Transworld Van lines hands-down the best moving company we’ve ever used. We’ve used long-distance movers in the past when we moved from New Jersey to California. That time around we had one of the major Van lines handle every location. They came to her house overestimated our furniture and gave us a flat fee. Knowing what we know now we were basically just paying for the name. The service we got through Transworld Van lines was better than our previous mover at half the cost. The movers did an excellent job wrapping furniture and packing boxes. They were also very courteous of our lawn as well as our neighbors. This company has hundreds of reviews and majority of them are all four and five stars and we were curious to find out why this company got such great feedback on each move. We decided to give them a call just to get a quote at first and slowly began to become very attached to a representative and their company as a whole. They are responsible and their paperwork is something that anybody can understand without a lawyer present. They were also one of the cleanest companies I’ve ever seen they left no mess behind and tracked no dirt or mud onto our carpets so when they left we were able to tidy up a few things and be on our way as well. Found Transworld Van lines on the Internet once my husband found out he had to move for work. They were generous enough to pay for the move it was up to us to talk to and submit three quotes. It was an option to have a four pack done by the company but it I was trying to save a little extra money so I decide to do the packing myself. They still would load and unload the boxes from the truck but they would not unpack her unpack them that was up to me. They placed a furniture in the rooms that I asked and I was very surprised at how clean their work order actually is. Transworld Van lines apparently those pick ups all across the country. Since were very busy they sent us a blank inventory list that we were to fill out on our own time. Selecting the right mover doesn’t come as easy as you think it would. I know what everybody’s thinking I just need to hire a couple guys a couple strong guys who have a full-size trailer we can just pick me up on my day and drop me off as soon as possible. However that is far from the case they build their loads in their routes around pick up so they have they supply you with windows of delivery they will guarantee you a two day pick up date but everything else is kind of up in the air until it’s physically on the truck. In our case we also got lucky our Estimate over the phone what is higher than the price we paid. I thought they were exclusively your household moving company but turns out that is not the case they will also move your office as well. They came in and broke down anything that could be taken apart and reassembled it on the other end. They were very punctual with their times and never missed the call back and showed up on the day that we agreed on. Great job guys at Transworld Van lines. Thank you for your assistance during our most recent relocation. This was a move for my elderly parents across the country who I cannot be present for the time of pick up. They had a neighborhood friend of theirs help and oversee everything but most importantly we were dealing with a trustworthy company. They did not take advantage of my parents because they are older and my parents had nothing but the nicest of things to say about them. Anything they needed help with the movers were there to do. They took their time and work slowly with all their antique furniture and never stack anything I’m the truck that could fall and get crushed. Easy to say that they are one of the best that I’ve seen and I’ve moved a few times. Worth every penny and definitely use them again.

We were introduced to the manager or the owner and we work for the same sales rep from the first phone call, any issue we had, and he even wished us well afterwards. Transworld Van lines is one company that lives up to the reputation if not supersedes it. They were extremely transparent, upfront and honest about every step of the move and what to expect. We elected to pack her own boxes to save a little bit of extra money as they would handle all the larger pieces after they blanket wrap them and shrink wrap them. All the boxes were color-coded in numbers and as they loaded the truck I marked off my list to avoid any problems or discrepancies. List of items matched up identically which meant that the estimate that we were given and signed off on was the same total amount that we paid upon in the end. Our goods arrive safely in a timely fashion with no damages and we are nothing but happy with this company.
