When I tell you we had no idea about moving cross-country I truly mean we had no idea about moving across the country. We did some reading and we did our own research and eventually requested information from companies that route. We found out early on that each company needed a list of items and wanted us to go room by room to give them to them so much better we did. They all wanted to know if we wanted the company to pack or if we were going to pack Ourself. We wanted to pack her self to say worse off any money we could. However the movers that came out were fantastic. They took their time handling the furniture and loaded the truck in a way that nothing would be scratched or broken. The truck that picked it up was the truck that delivered it and the price never changed and that’s all we wanted to be happy thank you Transworld moving.

Transworld Van Lines was the most professional company we ever used. We use movers in the past and it seem like all they were concerned about was getting our deposit. Once those companies in the past got our deposit it was next to impossible to get them on the phone, that was exactly what didn’t happen here. We got great customer service plus a dispatch department that knew everything about our move. They were the first company we ever use that we truly felt comfortable with from start to finish. The price we got was the best price we got from all the companies we spoke to not to mention we got the most space for that same price. It’s important to understand your estimate and even more important to have a company you try to explain it to you. My recommendation would be to give these guys a call and see for yourself.

We never anticipated to get the amount of calls we did. However, we got a chance to shop around a lot. We weren’t looking for much just a reliable mover at it affordable price. We want to people we could trust in her home to get her items safely to our new house.Trans World Van Lines did just that. Most importantly we didn’t want any changes to our estimate at the very last minute. The manager personally guaranteed that the price we were told is what we would pay provided we didn’t bring anything else last minute. They are easy to talk to and have outstanding ratings. We saw for ourself why that is and recommend everyone to see for themself.

We had a good time working with Trans World Van Lines. They made us forget about all the stresses of moving for just a minutes at a time every time we spoke. I have a reputation for doing quality work and that’s what we were seeking out. The last thing we wanted was a moving broker so that was the first question we asked them and they politely told us that they own and operate their own trucks. We had a lot of furniture that needed to be moved and we had a lot of antiques that could not be damaged. We relied heavily on them to get the job done right and they sure did. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone searching for a moving company local or long distance . They just have a certain way about them I’m not sure exactly what it is but I know it works and it worked well for us you guys are the greatest.

We have had a terrible experience with this company. We scheduled the movers to come and do a full pack, but once they were about 2/3 of the way done with loading the truck is when they told us we were going to be going over our estimated cubic feet. At no point during the pack did they say anything about them using more boxes than we estimated. We ended up going over by about 350 cubic feet which ended up being thousands of dollars. When we asked how we went over that much they said they used 15 wardrobe boxes (for linens and pillows) instead of the 4 we had originally ordered. At no point did they ever ask if this was ok with us. So when we asked if we could remove boxes from the truck so that we weren't paying thousands of dollars more than we had planned the driver said no. We asked three times and each time he said no and there was nothing we could do, which is just a complete scam. It was also 10:30pm and I think he was just tired and didn't want to mess with taking boxes off the truck. The next day we called the company and I will say every person we've talked to has been very nice, however, the driver is now saying we never asked to take boxes off the truck and is just blatantly lying. We've been getting the run around for almost 2 weeks about this. I have no idea where or stuff is or when it will be delivered. The amount of stress and anxiety this company has caused me has made our across state move extremely worse and I am just so disappointed I chose this company for our move. I strongly urge you to NOT hire this company. The only good thing to come out of this is now I know what not to do the next time we move.

This was the best customer service experience of my life. I had a group of people actually dedicated to helping me get my needs met. Trans World Van Lines was everything we hoped for in a mover. Someone who was going to be consistent and true to thier word. I wanted to see Moving men treat our furniture like it was theirs and I can honestly say I did. It’s easy to get caught up in flashy lights and big name companies but will it be the price you can afford and even worth it or will it be a few guys in a rental and we could not take that chance thank you everybody.

We used Trans World Van Lines when we decided we wanted to move earlier this year. We spoke to other moving companies but felt Trans World Van Lines was the best for us. It was difficult at times for us to convey our needs but being the professional company they are we were able to get that worked out. Scheduling the move was easy we had a 2 day window for pickup so we had everything ready by the time they arrived. They loaded up the truck and went on thier way. Executed perfectly and they took time to explain anything we had a question or concern about. Most companies after a deposit is made will stop giving you the attention you deserve because they feel they have you not them tho. They were close with me from start to end and left nothing unfinished. Professional company that works well with its clients.

Great work Trans World Van Lines. It’s easy to understand why so many other clients were so pleased with the level of service you guys provide. It starts at the top and that means the management is professional and the employees are a reflection of that. They knew every little detail about the industry and told us many ways we could save ourself even more money then anticipated. They explained to us the price system and how a price could fluctuate. Ultimately we would only pay for the space we use which we liked a lot. As we approached the moving day we started discarding items we wouldn’t need going forward which saved us money by not taking them with us. Having a company like them is a valuable tool and we are very thankful it was them and not some unorganized group of day workers.

We had a very bad moving experience about 8 years ago and vowed never to use a moving broker again. We started talking to Trans World Van Lines and instantly fell in love with thier service. They are the mover that the everyday person looks for. They are the mover that doesn’t show up and tell you that you owe extra money. They treat every mice equally and just because your move does not fill the whole truck doesn’t mean you get treated less then. They gave us great pricing and everybody in each depart helped us understand moving a little more then before. We understand now how we got into trouble in the past and using that knowledge we set ourself to be protected and get the service we desired. Highly recommend.
