A huge thank you to the entire squad that helped my husband and I get relocated for my new job. I was a little timid using a moving company after the things that I read.

When I spoke to Sean I felt a huge sigh of relief come over me and there was nothing that could go wrong from what I was told. It seemed to be easy and he was very confident in the company and there crews of mover.

I must agree Sean you guys were outstanding and I highly recommend using them if you are having to move. You will not be disappointed at all. I promise.

Unfortunately we had prior reservations with another moving company however the day before they decided to call us and say they could not pick us up. We instantly went online and made calls to over 10 companies. Transworld Van Lines was the only one willing to take the job. Everybody was either booked up or had other moves as a priority, so we were very panicked. Once we spoke to them they calm this down and we put our inventory list together They Told us not to worry and they guaranteed they would be there the following morning and they were! I can’t express to you what it meant to us for them to make that happen. It would’ve cost us a fortune to stay in our house another month and put a whole other list of things into play. They got to our home and some of the guys packed while the others loaded the truck. The price we were told on the phone was the price we paid in person. They absolutely saved our life in the short term. So from this point on if anybody asks us for a moving company that is reliable and trustworthy and will show up even they say they will you bet these guys are your movers. Thank you so much.

Selecting the right mover is much harder than you think. So many of them claw and all of them sound so great over the phone. So we figured we started your research on each company individually. Transworld Van Lines made us feel the best. We wanted to see customers that have used him in the past and describe their service. We found much to do on that. All their certifications and licenses are up-to-date and the sales reps know the business inside and out. Not much more to say aside from how much well the move went. They were always on time and took their time moving out furniture. When they arrive to her house for delivery we simply told them where to place the furniture and they did all the work. They are all so kind and if we ever do you need a moving company again they will get our call.

The thing we liked the most about Trans World Van Lines was how everybody on the staff was very involved. They have many departments to focus on certain issues. If we had an inventory update we called our sales rep, change of date went to dispatch just all around great communication. We’ve used other movers in the past and always had a problem at some point. This was a first for us. They are reliable and honest and will educate you to make an independent descion. They never pressured or talked down about other companies. Good family company.

Great time working with trans World Van Lines. They are an all in one company. They moved our household plus got our vehicle shipped as well. Same time same day. They was never a time When I couldn’t reach my sales person. If it was after hours I got an email as a response. Moving is a very stressful time and I wanted to make sure I can trust the company that I was working with. Obviously most important they saved us almost $1000 from some of the other moving estimate sweet guy. My husband is a Euge football fan so tonight we can sit and watch the Super Bowl in our new house thank you.

I also liked how personable every employee was that I dealt with. They made it really easy to follow and they were very patient with us bring we have never used a professional moving company before. All of the other estimates we received were way out of our budget but after discounts you were right in our range. Movers were on time and worked hard and kept everything clean and that’s all we could ask for. You guys are the best.

We always called the same number and had one sales representative that stayed with us from start to finish. They gave us senior discounts as well as price match. They are friendly and professional and did the job right. Not one time did they bad mouth competition. We’ve used other moving companies in the past and this was the best move we’ve ever had. Recommend them to everyone.

I was able to get scheduled for a pickup the following day. I spoke to every single mover that called and not one other was able to do so. One even said if I was willing to pay 800 more they would do it. Not Trans World Van Lines. They were the only company that made arrangements and offered me the best price of them all. I don’t usually shop around for a mover or leave my input but the way they worked together and coordinated the details was unparalleled. We would not second guess calling them again for any future moved.

The work this company does needs to be noticed. Trans World Van Lines operates on a whole other professional level. I mean they handled everything. They called The building I was moving into and provided them with all the paperwork they needed, and even book the elevator times. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped in the televisions were crated. They are a 5 star company and the work speaks for itself. I would never think twice about giving them another job. They are clean and precise and never charge more then the original estimate. It was a dream come true. Thank you everybody who was involved. I’m still in shock how well the move went.
