They will not help you at all and just urge you to use the state insurance which gives you 60 scents a pound not of value. Their customer service is is by far one of the worst I’ve ever seen as well. They lied to us on numerous occasions and don’t live up to their word. Long story short they broke a bunch of our items - didn’t do anything about it - just told us to repair them ourselves. Their moving guys get lazy after an hour and only perform sloppy work so beware and pay more then their scammy prices that seem enticing just for poor service. Lastly they sign paperwork for you and send it to your credit card company to avoid chargebacks.

Honestly can't say enough good about these guys and this company!!! They work very hard and they work fast. They keep safety in mind in everything they do. Your stuff. Your walls. Everything! They were kind and polite. And learning about how this company helps people get their lives back on track is heartwarming. What a great concept to helping people and the community!!!
