We chose to hire smart movers after a glowing recommendation from a friend. When we called smart movers, the lady on the phone was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The crew came over to our house on time and they were very well equipped. They packed up everything nicely and quickly. Whole relocation went smoothly. We checked and found all our things without any damages. Their experiences paid off while carrying out huge and heavy furniture. They are very good in what they do.
Our move with Smart movers Canada was very pleasant. Obviously we recommend this company to everyone who wants to move.

I'm so exciting about my move that was done recently with smart movers. I love these guys, they just made incredible job. First of all they were able to accommodate my move in very short notice at the very busy period of the month (I called at least 20 companies and all of them did not have any openings). Lady on the phone was very nice and had individual approaching to my situation. I'm so glad I found this company. Guys were perfect. They worked fast and very careful. They protected my furniture, floors and walls. I've never seen before how cohesively can guys work as a real team. I appreciate their help, flexibility and responsiveness. I would like to thank smart movers for an amazing job and making my moving day much easier and positive at a time of stress.

I was referred to Smart Movers Canada by my friend. My experience was excellent. The movers came on time and used their time very effectively. They were very kind, respectful, and hard working. They were very organized and went above and beyond our expectations. This company accomplished everything they say they will do. Customer service was perfect too. They even called me before the appointment to confirm and it made me feel more confident. I would definitely recommend Smart Movers Canada. Moreover I will be using them again for our next move.

Smart movers canada came highly recommended and I decided to use them for my move. It was really smooth and good move. The guys were prompt, punctual and awesome. As discussed the crew of 3 people arrived on time with the right size truck and everything. They were careful with our belongings and their leader gave them instructions and organized the whole relocation. It was a pleasure to see how easy they maneuvered large items through narrow stairways and corridors. They were virtuosos in their field, very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend!

The move Smart Movers did for us 2 years ago took about 5 hours.
This time the move took 10 hours. It is the SAME apartment.
The 2 movers they sent are amateurs, not professionals. They are too slow. They smoke while we pay for that time.
They don't have the equipment. One hand truck and some running shoes. I offered them my hand truck. They refused.
They promised: 2 Fast and Professional Movers but actually they are 2 slow amateurs. One loaded the hand truck, the other took it away. Most of the time only ONE person was actually working.
They slowed down on purpose to get paid more..they lied
about how long it would take and then lied about the next deadline..they refused to meet my elevator booked
time, so that I would pay more for storage with you or move it somewhwere else and spend more time+money..they
demanded $50 cash at the end as they held our belongings
hostage..
IF you can't do the job, please don't promise that you can. This is not professional and honest.

Smart Movers did an excellent job moving our house.  From my first call to the end of the move, Smarts Movers Canada does an exceptional job. Guys were at our location promptly at the time scheduled. They did everything professionally and in an order that made the process most efficient. We had a lot of stuff, they moved us without any damage in a timely manner. The furniture was not only disassembled and wraped, but also unpacked and set up to our satisfaction at the destination. We're highly satisfied with Smart movers, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. We would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Smart Movers did an altogether superb job for us. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company. Lady on the phone was helpful and considerate. She also called to me the day before to confirm the move, which was very nice and professional.On moving date 3 great guys came with a great attitude and right on time.  From arrival till the finish of the move the crew was careful, kind and efficient. They packed everything with their materials. Not one item they moved was damaged.  All 3 guys worked so hard whole day to make the move go smoothly. They took apart  beds and office desks, after they put them back together. They did a good job putting stuff on their truck, making sure that everything is protected and taking great care with our belongings. Alex who loaded the truck was awesome and made sure all our stuff fit perfectly and were strapped down and padded. We were really impressed with the excellent service that we received.  Smart movers absolutely made my moving experience extremely positive in spite of extreme hot weather conditions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest moving company.

I have had a very good experience with smart movers.  It was very easy making the reservation with Smart movers and I feel confident not only at this point, but also on the day of the move. Men were very personable, professional and efficient. They came in timely manner, took apart the beds and other furniture, had everything packed that was ready to go. Everything went smoothly and the guys were very careful. They did a real good job. It was straight forward, they promised and they did it.  I actually would recommend them to my family and friends. .
