Finally some individuals who were easy going. Got flooded with calls. I picked Safebound based on their availability to come assess my items onsite. Michael was professional and informed me about all the loopholes in this industry. I didn’t move an entire home, as I rented a small 2 bedroom apartment. Nonetheless, they were awesome. I just wanted someone to handle my stuff with care- that’s all. I’ve read crazy stories all over this internet. It’s one of those things where you have to trust your instincts. Anyways, thank you Safebound and Michael for promising and delivering.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2399

I hired Safebound Logistics after being referred by my neighbor who use them to ship some furniture to Illinois. We didn’t cross state lines but we stayed within the Palm Beach county. I had a 4 bedroom house and was downsizing to my new home now. (2 bedroom ranch). The move took place in 3 separate days.

Day 1- The movers arrived early morning to pack the entire place up. Having had back surgery a few years ago, it’s almost impossible for me to lift anything heavy.

Day 2- The guys came back to finally load the truck. They would have been here until 2am if we tried loading on the same day, so we decided to load separelty. It’s amazing how these guys fit everything into the truck. It’s like a puzzle.

Day 3- We arrived at the new house. 1/4 of the stuff was going into the garage as my sister would be hauling it to her barn in Wellington. They unloaded the rest into the house and re-assembled my day bed along with all my other pieces. I am very thankful for the help.

Overall experience was much better than I anticipated. It’s skeptical having people you don’t know in your home, but they showed me that I had nothing to worry about. If my sister can’t have her husband remove these items from the house- she will be calling them.

Safebound Movers arrived on time, worked very efficiently, as a team, to transfer my full 3 bedroom furnishings and belongings to a 2nd story location.
They handled everything carefully and everything remained in excellent condition.
They worked fast, approx. 7 hours, and very professional at all times. Tomas is a great team leader!

What a terrible mover. We had two moves coming up and booked Safebound Logistics for our local move before we committed to our long distance move from PA to FL. On the day of the move, one mover showed up at 8:30AM, however the rest of the crew NEVER showed up. Safebound posted an ad on Craigslist for additional help, which they found and arrived at 2:30pm. The crew they hired was clearly not vetted, they were SLOW and careless. We had so many damages to our walls, ceilings, hard wood floors, furniture and appliances.. We discussed the charges with Safebound after the move, since they insisted on charging us for 13 hours when their head mover said that if they had experiences movers, it should of taken 6-7 hours. We have been attempting to work with their Support department for the insurance claim, however they are slow to respond and do not uphold any promises. I would do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY, clearly not a professional company and have no interest in making good on any commitments or providing customer service.

Finally, over a month after the move, they came back with an offer of 365.69 to settle the damages. This is not remotely close to the damages.

I recently chose Safebound to move me from West Palm to Delray. They were flexible with my time constraints of moving out and the date and also I had to change the date on them a few days before and Michael assured me it wasn’t an issue. They showed up on time and even with a few very large items getting into and out of some very tight places, everything couldn’t have went better. I definitely felt like they worked at a fast pace considering it was an hourly billed job. I will be using these guys again and will be suggesting to others.

My family and I just relocated from Lake Worth to Jacksonville and couldn’t be any happier. It all started with a google search for movers in our area. Safebound was fairly local so my wife decided to call. Michael came our to our home that same day for an assessment. We explained our situation and he assured me that we were in good hands. When you search the web, there is nothing but horrific stories in this industry. We were anxious, nervous, but felt secure with Michael.

The moving process exceeded our expectations. My wife is the writer in the family- but I said, I was voicing my opinions! Every little details we were told happened. No surcharges, no hidden fees, games, nothing. We picked a not to exceed price- and that's exactly what it was. Im thankful to God that there are still honest people in the service industry. I work in the armed forces and have recommended Safebound to my superiors. Thank you to Michael, the crew, and even Liz in the office. God bless you guys.

I used Safebound Logistics to make my move from San Francisco, CA to Boston, MA and they couldn't have made it easier for me. Mike handled everything from start to finish. Mike had the answers to all my questions and concerns and made the process a lot simpler than I thought it would be. On short notice, I had to relocate to Boston for work and as as result I had to schedule my move with the Safebound last minute. Mike and his team were able to get my belongings across the country in under two weeks. I couldn't be more thankful and thought the least I could do was write a review. Thank you Safebound!

I have moved a few times within the country and every time I tell myself never again mainly because of the sheer scope of the task, stress, and costs that are involved.

Upon speaking to a few moving companies and their representatives I settled on Safebound Logistics.
A couple of reasons ..

1. Was very easy to communicate with them before setting up the move, during the course of the move (receiving updates) and when it was scheduled to be completed. And, of course the rate I was given was very competitive ( and lowest ).

2. My calls were always answered when I placed them ( before during and after ) and they seemed eager to assure me that my Northeast to South Florida move would go just fine even with inclement weather in the horizon.

3. Their quotes of costs and why so was very transparent and they seemed happy to explain. In my past experiences they've been either hidden costs or the movers didn't explain them clearly till it was too late for me to avoid them. Not so in the case with Safebound.

4. Finally, the movers themselves were very professional. They called 24 hours before pick up to notify me. Same thing when they were ready to deliver all my stuff in Lake Worth, Florida. More importantly they moved my stuff from Queens, NY to Lake Worth Florida within the time frame I was originally supplied without any real damage to any of my stuff.

All in all I was happy with the costs, communication, and after sales service provided to me by Safebound Logistics and of course the movers contracted to do the actual job. They were professional and courteous!!
