I recently relocated to my home state of Nebraska, I contacted several moving companies for estimates, and Safebound Logistics was very responsive and professional through the entire process.
I had a lot of questions, and Felipe and his team were very helpful and even offered tips and guidance on packing materials, and cost-saving options.
The movers were very efficient and conscientious during the load-in. They kept in contact with me during the trip out to the Midwest (even in the bitter cold, and icy/snowy conditions).
My items arrived safely and secure at the destination.
I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Service cost: $2000

From Sales Manager, Felipe Carvalho right on to Nathaniel and Patrick - the team who executed our packing and move from the Boston Area to Palm Beach County, Florida, - we received 'Top Gun Service'.

1. Excellent Communication on status and expectation setting throughout the process
2. Paperwork process and incremental payments (credit card accepted for ALL payments 'big plus') at each stage of the set-up and move synchronized perfectly. Final payment was less than the estimate based on the actual final weight of the cargo. Do you think they could have 'faked it' and reported the cargo as heavier? Of course. But they didn't. Think about it.
3. Recommended an auto transport service for our 2 cars which we did use and our cars were waiting for us the same day we got off the plane in Palm Beach.
3. Packing Day - staged items for storage and items to move in to the new home. Everything packed tight. No damage to anything . . . even the cigars were in fine shape!
4. Arrival Day - straight to the storage facility to unload boxes etc., then direct to the new home. Everything unloaded with no damage, unpacked, assembled, and placed. But we still had too much furniture so back to the storage facility (only 1 mile away). We provided a handsome tip to the moving team who earned every penny saving us a great deal of angst.
5. We received a call (not an email survey) today from Sales Manager, Felipe Carvalho to get our impressions of the service while still fresh in our minds. Our answer: "You'll be moving us again once we purchase our new home next year".

First things first- Communication was beyond my expectation. My employer reached out to 3 Florida based companies to perform this dueling task. Safebound, while pricing wasn’t the cheapest, they also weren’t the most expensive. You get the idea! The movers showed up on the day requested from our coordinators. Our building is ridiculously strict and some of the dock/warehouse guys can be a pain. Shawn from dispatch provided me with his cell phone number since the move was done on a Sunday. I thought that was awesome. Nothing got destroyed, all wrapped properly, loaded with no issues.



Delivery happened to be 1 day later than we discussed but this was a miscommunication between my office manager and our own logistics department. Very polite and knowledgeable crew.

We have another cooperate office in Tampa that needs to be hauled over to our new location and I would not hesitate to call these guys again.

As summer is the busiest time of the year in the moving industry and I had to deal with a quickly and unexpected move east, I shopped around and I decided to go with Safebound Logistics, both for the excellent customer service and the very competitive price. Jamie, the representative in charge of my quote and request, was beyond professional, nice and accommodating of several changes in dates that occurred at the last minute. He was always available to take my calls, and followed up consistently with us until we could finalize. The goods took a reasonable amount of time to be shipped, well within standards, and the delivery company in NYC was great and professional. I would highly recommend the SL team, as they ensured a great (if rare) moving experience for our family!

I contacted Safebound to help move some very special items, including a Grandfather's clock, from my parents' home to my own. The office staff was terrific in scheduling and following up and making sure we had everything we would need. The movers were so professional and courteous, and very sensitive to the reason for the move. That compassion showed both in their interactions with me and the beautiful job they did delivering the heirlooms to my home. I would highly recommend this company.

Great Service, Great people. My move from Tampa to Delaware couldn't be easier. Filipe has taken care of providing the entire service just by a referral that he got from other vendor whom I was initially approaching to move my goods. Nathaniel & Tom are the actual movers and I am totally satisfied with their work ethics, providing timely status etc. The fun part was my goods had reached a week earlier safely as I wanted. I moved to Delaware a week after that.. All that happened just over calls and the trust Filipe and his team had provided. Thank you so much Filipe, Shawn, Nathaniel & Tom and keep up the great work!

Mike and Felipe were very accommodating to my requests and quick to respond to my deluge of questions throughout the planning, pre-move, and follow-up process for my relocation from New York to DC. It was very important to me to have an open line of communication with them, as I had already started my new job in DC and was not present when their team showed up at my old place in New York to conduct the move. Nonetheless, Felipe and Mike worked with me to plan out the timing and details of the move in order to ensure a seamless delivery of my belongings at the exact time and date I had requested. They assuaged my concerns regarding all aspects of the move and earned my confidence and trust in the quality work that would be performed. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and attention to the very detailed instructions I provided. I highly recommend their services!
