I had an excellent experience with Rushmore Moving Company. The team arrived right on time and immediately made a great impression with their professionalism and positive attitude. The foreman, Georgii, explained the entire process clearly and made sure everything went smoothly. The crew worked efficiently and handled all of my belongings with great care. The move was calm, well-organized, and completely stress-free. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend Rushmore to anyone looking for reliable movers.

We’ve always been hesitant to use moving companies because of horror stories about scams, hidden fees, and honestly just trusting strangers with our entire lives packed into one truck. Because of that, we’ve always moved ourselves with a U-Haul.

That changed when we got an accurate quote from Elizabeth at Safe Ship Moving. The price was nearly the same as moving ourselves, and after speaking with her, we felt confident enough to take the leap.. and I’m SO glad we did.

Elizabeth was incredibly kind and patient, helping us accurately count our items and answering every question I had. She could tell I was nervous and took the time to reassure me that Safe Ship is legitimate and trustworthy. From start to finish, the entire moving process was a breeze and far easier than packing and driving a long haul U-Haul ourselves.

Now let me talk about the movers.. Andrei and Ellis.. because they were AMAZING. These guys were absolute machines. They wrapped and protected our belongings better than we ever could have, carried heavy furniture and boxes up and down two flights of stairs at over 6,000 feet altitude, never once complained, and never took a break. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. They treated our belongings like they were their own, and after meeting them, I immediately knew we had made the right choice.

And the great experience didn’t stop there. Luis Gutierrez and Jake Maggio followed up with us, answered all of our questions, and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. We even had a delivery date hiccup on our end, and they accommodated our delayed delivery without issue, making sure everything stayed on track. During what could have been a very stressful week, they gave me total peace of mind.

As a young working mom, my plate is always full and my brain is constantly running a mile a minute. Safe Ship truly took the stress and burden of moving off my shoulders. You can tell this company has an amazing, family oriented team of real people who genuinely care about their customers.

I recently moved from an 8400 sq ft home to 1600 sq ft. The moving process is complicated. Lots of pieces and decisions. I wanted to work with a company that is flexible; explains their process, profit margins and their MO. Safe ship was very good at that. They placed me with Plymouth Van Lines.

Plymouth’s staff was exceptional, helpful, flexible, conscientious and thorough. It was a pleasure to work with these two companies. They make a great team. I would recommend them both.

Raul and his team were so quick and considerate. Everyone was honest and sincere throughout the whole process. They made sure we know exactly how things were priced and what our timelines meant. We loved from Corpus Christi, TX to Austin TX (considered long distance) and the guys got it there in one day! Everything was well wrapped and handled with care. My partner who was there at pick up Tipped them and when I tried to tip at arrival they said “oh he already did!” I was blown away at their honesty- insisted on adding to the tip after that. I will add I am a young woman who was alone on arrival when these guys showed up and at no point was I uncomfortable or intimidated by them! A huge deal to me.
