When mover came they made me write a review before the truck was even loaded. Well I gave a 5 star and would like to take it back. They gave a 0-7 window, when the time came I couldn’t get an answer of where my belongings are or when they will be delivered. The quote doubled in price for which this company is a broker and then the rest is the living company. Well mover called on a Saturday and said it would be delivered Sunday or Monday. They finally show up late and demand a $175 delivery fee and $$ to walk down a hallway. The mover hired two local men from that area off Craigslist’s and boxes were opened, crushed, things missing and broken. Will never use this coming ever again. Never have I had such a bad experience in moving. Have to pay cash before they would unload and totally disrespectful of any circumstances. This company is horrible. They don’t hire professional movers at all, they get the ratings online before anything is done. The mover they sent are a very shady company out of New Jersey. Lesson learned, pockets empty and broken items. Don’t book thru this brokerage

I spoke with Devin at SafeShip to initiate my move estimate and details. It was a great experience, Devin provided me with my options and let me decide what worked best for my situation. We remained in text conversation and were able to finalize the deal after several questions on my side which he had answers for, full disclosure.

I was then connected to ASAP Movers, Carlos was my point of contact and he was fantastic! We received a call the day before with a window of pick up and he was spot on! He even called with a 30 minute arrival notice. The ASAP team was professional,, efficient, had clear communication and were easy to work with. I would definitely use them again!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3500

They are a broker, not the actual movers the mover was great. In my opinion Safeship i dishonest and horrible. They tell you when you get your quote the price doesn't change unless the customer changes it. Thats a lie. They tried to increase my cost by more than $3,000 after they received the initial payment. I made no changes.The attempted increase happened under the guise of a "quality" call. When I tried to cancel, they refused to refund the down payment. That was in excess of $5,000. I felt trapped and lied to. In the course of my move, there were 3 financial transactions made at the direction of Safeship. The first was directly to Safeship via debit card. Safeship required the next two be made directly tothe actual mover in cash, money order or via an app I believe but cannot conclusively state Safeship does this to structure financial transactions to avoid reporting requirements for financial transactions greater than $10,000. I haventhing good to say about Safeship and will not ever use or recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Brandon Swartz to set up a cross country move. He was extremely and genuinely kind and patient answering all of my questions and concerns. He quoted me a good price and I elected to schedule the move despite knowing that I may have to cancel for personal reasons. As promised, cancelation was simple and I was treated with the same kindness when I was cancelling as when I was ordering. Jessica Taylor processed my cancelation. When my details are worked out, I will be contacting Brandon directly again. Way to go Safe Ship!

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2800

Unprofessional and unethical! They Lock you into one rate and then three days before your move, almost double the price. I lost thousands !!! They are a broker and not the actual movers. I was given multiple counts of misinformation and phone calls were recorded without my knowledge. I was repeatedly hung up on and disconnected and sat on hold for numerous phone calls totaling over an hour. I was told my items would be stored in one place, but they were taken five hours away. Safe ship as an unethical and unprofessional group of brokers who will rob you blind. Find an actual mover and not a broker. I used them because they say they were veteran owned but this is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with and I have moved 17 times in 35 years. I spent hours on the phone trying to right their wrongs and they refuse to do anything to make this right or give me any sort of refund. Misinformation, overcharged, unethical scam artists. Do not use !!

If I could give a zero star, I would. Horrible customer service. They pull a bait and switch 4 days prior to your move and demand more money (stating you require "more cubic feet for your goods"). They do NOT use reputable moving companies. We were assigned a company that used day workers to load our goods---most with ZERO moving experience. Once your goods are taken by the movers, good luck getting in touch with Safe Ship Moving--especially after they have your money. DO NOT use Safe Ship Moving brokers! They are a complete scam. They have had over 900 complaints filed against them in Florida where they are based. They tout being veteran owned, but I'm not sure if they are. They operate under a shell company. When you call them it sounds like a call operating center. Their customer service is non-existent. I hope this helps other unsuspecting consumers. Don't be taken by Safe Ship Moving.

The van arrived when they said it would. The foreman ,Oscar, explained everything and made sure I understood it all.The two other men immediately got to work and they were efficient and quick. You never know what to expect when you hire a moving company but this team was superb and took care of each and every item that needed wrapping. I would definitely recommend Plymouth to anyone who is looking for a high quality first rate company to handle their furniture and special belongings. Definitely worth a 5 Star rating from me!!
