Safe Ship Moving Services operates as a broker, meaning we connect customers with professional moving carriers to facilitate their relocation.

As for the refund, our policy allows for a refund if the move is canceled within a 72-hour window following the signing of the bill of lading. Since it sounds like your situation fell outside this timeframe, I understand how frustrating it must be to not receive a refund. Our intention is never to leave our customers feeling unheard, and I'm sorry this process has left you dissatisfied.
