Fabulous Mover

My experience with Priceline Logistics was a pleasant smooth one. Customer service was always friendly and fast to respond. I told them what I wanted, and they did all the work and at a great price. I would use this service again and thoroughly recommend it to others.

Great Services

They did a great job! They also had a reasonable and fair price rather than other moving companies. They are so responsive and efficient. They are worth every penny of their job. They worked all day till the move was not completed even though it was a hot day, but they didn’t waste a single minute. I highly recommend it!

Do not use

Do not use this company, they're scammers. On the night before my moving date they called me saying I have to pay them cash (or money order) before the move itself. I had already gave them %33 deposit. I refused and they told me I will not see my deposit back, and hung up, leaving me stuck of movers and money. Very dishonest company.

All is well until they take your money

The estimate was way off and ended up having to pay an additional $600 upon pickup. I was told it takes 10-14 days for delivery. Then it changed to 30 days delivery. I’m now coming up on 1 month and still do not have my belongings.

Very frustrated and would not use this service again.

Unreliable

Completely ghosted my sister using their services. Were scheduled to come and never showed or even called, she had to call Them (where she received horrible customer service) and they said they would be there in a week?! Her lease is over by then. Completely unreliable and rude. Do not recommend.

This was a three-stop trip starting at IKEA, IKEA was close to useless, and we had to rearrange shops, dates, and times several times. Despite this, the van was on time, and it was a very successful job. Very happy with the service. Based on my experience, I highly rate and recommend Priceline Logistics.

Do Not Recommend!!

After multiple assurances, our load would be picked up and delivered on time. We have been met with one stalling phone call after another and now Priceline won’t return our phone call. We were forced to drive 10 hours and pick up the load ourselves.

Awesome!

They were all awesome and very efficient. They were showed up on time and did a great job for me. They are much better than the other moving companies. Hopefully, we shouldn't move again anytime soon, but if we do, we'll for sure call Priceline Logistics!

Great care was taken!

I had a difficult move and decided move with Priceline Logistics, and yesterday, I moved with them. I have very heavy furniture and a very steep set of stairs at the destination. They did everything I asked with such efficiency. They were so professional while moving. They didn't cause damage or loss anything. I highly prefer their service!

Good Work

The Priceline Logistics were on time each day and worked hard to carefully pack and move all my belongings and furniture. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move, and they even re-made the beds and unpacked our toiletries. Recommended.

DONT USE!!!!

They are not the movers nor do they provide accurate information as far as quotes, storage, etc! The move they send you to will at least charge you double from what you are quoted. I wish I could have given zero stars!!!
