I had an excellent experience with Presto Moving & Storage. The crew was professional, friendly and worked quickly and carefully. They made sure that everything was secure in the truck. At offload, they took extreme caution to cover the flooring in my new place.
My crew was a pleasure to work with. The timing and communication with the company was excellent. I was kept informed of arrivals at both the pick up and drop off locations. I couldn't have asked for a better move. Sheila took care of everything for me and was a pleasure to work with.

I thought going with Presto was going to be a good decision but boy was I wrong. Was given incorrect information about when my furniture would arrive, then to make matters worse, when my furniture did arrive some of my things were damaged,asked about it and the drivers knew nothing about it( not shocked at all). Very very upset with this company ,and to be honest a star is not worth putting up. You know it is bad when your own workers spoke ill of the company. Be careful with this company. They are fast to state their guidelines but will not help you with questions about damaged furniture that was perfectly fine when it left my sight. be sure to ask where your stuff will be at,was not told it would be stored in the state that I was moving from for almost a week. But do know Presto will sure remind you of a balance that is owed .. For those reading the bad reviews trust what we are saying.

I spent twenty-two years in the U.S. Air Force and I made six PCS Moves and this one was after I retired and had to foot the bill on my own. This is the worst move I have ever made. Fortunately, when the military move you you get reimbursed at replace cost. When I looked on the internet for a mover, I was courted by Eddie, Presto Logistics, in Southern California and he compared his company with others. Compared to DOT rating, Presto Logistics looked better than a few other companies that I was considering. Boy was I wrong. My shipment arrived three days late and eleven items short. After two weeks no lost items found? Two smaller trucks picked up our household good then was transferred to a larger, eighteen wheeler. I watched the truck driver as he helped unload the boxes and kept tally at the same time. At the end, he said eleven boxes were missing then all of a sudden these eleven boxes appeared out of nowhere, The next day I began to look for certain items but they could not be found. So I went back and tallied all of the boxes and guess what, eleven boxes missing. I then called Eddie and he didn't really want to help because it was customer service responsibility now. Then I talked to Velma. Trying to talk to her after my shipment arrived two weeks ago was like trying to talk to a brick wall. I just got the run around at this point. My first four years in the USAF I worked in transportation (TMO) receiving freight and I know the game. Based on the way the truck was packed when it arrived at our new destination, I'll bet a C-Note those eleven boxes didn't get on the truck because the trailer was loaded from the front and cut off evenly just past the side door. Could our items been mixed with another customer's items? I don't think so? How can you miss a LARGE WARDROBE box and a LARGE, RED DOLLY. Not to mention most of the boxes we used were from "The Home Depot"? By the way, I spoke to Velma, Customer Services, and she said, "no way you lost eleven items"? I sent an email detailing the items that I recalled (six bullet statements) now Velma says there are only six items missing. At this point, we stand to lose a lot of valuable items. Let's face it, "if" our items were delivered to another customer I believe the driver or the customer would have recognized that? Unless Presto Logistics pulls a rabbit out of their hats and find our missing items, I would not recommend this company.

Our Move from Los Angeles CA to Hyatsville MD was performed with utmost care and concern to our belongings in a timely manner. what really got us was the attention to detail with the Pickup crew to wrap and pack all of our belongings to the point that it seemed virtually impossible to get damamged. The delivery crew was just as good. They were courteous and rwespectful and fulfilled every request we had when placing our belongings throughout our new home in MD.

Beware of 5-star ratings posted by company itself! Moved from CA to FL, lost important items and making little-no effort to find them or update on status. Initially showed up 4 and 1/2 hours late. Loader requested $200 cash to buy gas for next pickup. Delivered to destination 6 days later than the latest delivery date because "truck broke." Delivery driver tried to give me other people's belongings. Host of other headaches. Go with someone else, anyone other than these people.
