Was quoted $1440 by Henry. After everything was on the truck, the moving guy wanted $2800.I refused to pay and got a hold of Henry who stated the guy made a mistake. I finally paid $1720. They did use extra boxes but even still that was high. Everything that I listed for the move was accurate. The mover stated that he was on his way after pickup to Tucson. We got to Tucson and waited 4 hrs. for them to deliver. they showed up 8 days later. Furniture was dirty and we had a beautiful floor lamp that was in pieces. Save your self some aggravation and do not use this company. My Mom is 90 years old and they tried to take advantage of her.What a scam.

Wow what a great job presto did for me. It was really a perfect experience and I couldn't have asked for better. I did my research and saw all the reviews from all over the place but I was willing to take the chance considering almost everyone else that called me barely had any reviews at all. The crew that came to my house was very nice throughout the move and he driver in California was the same in Phoenix. They delivered the next day and everything came safely! Thank you presto, Henry and the rest of the presto staff that helped me with my move.

For all the negative things that people say about moving companies I have to say I am very impressed with Prestos business ethic! From the first call they made to me, the offered me to come out to my home to give me a binding price. Henry came out, provided me with excellent information about his service and others in the industry. The movers were all very nice, handled my belongings with care and were very efficient. Henry mentioned the possibility of a shuttle service that might be needed in DC where I was moving, the driver made an extra effort to get as close as possible and charge for the long haul less than half of what the shuttle would have been. I really appreciate the Presto Teams efforts!!

This company was terrific. My sales rep Brandi was upfront with all charges and answered any questions or issued that arose. My house was completely packed without our presence and the same crew delivered it a few days later. I have to give huge appreciation to "Twin" and Eric. These two gentlemen are so kind, hard working and made the move so easy. Nothing we asked was a problem, they smiled and helped us move beds, put together the world's most annoying bunk beds..there was nothing they wouldn't help us with. Only a few things were broken and for some reason all my cleaning supplies were left behind, but considering they moved an entire house, these were small issues.

I highly recommend Presto Logistics, I honestly have nothing negative to say at all. Presto was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive but what they did was deliver exactly what I paid for, on time, safely and did it all with a professional manner.

I read a lot of the reviews online before choosing Presto and I brought them up to the rep who was helping me Ryan. He took the time to even read through some of the reviews with me to address some of my concerns. He also brought me to many other websites where there are no filters on reviews and ratings websites such as the BBB and DOT.

Overall I must say that my experience was pleasant. Some of the things I was worried about like a shuttle truck that could be a large fee with any company didn't end up coming up on my move thankfully. The men who came out to my home were quick and worked well together. The guys in my new home in North Carolina were just as good.

There were a few dings on my dresser but that was really the only negative thing I can say. Otherwise, Ryan, the crews, and Presto as a whole were excellent.

Presto Logistics picked up my belongings in Virginia to Deliver to california, Robert one of the movers contacted me saying they were on their way. The asked to drop off a day early and I was working so had to stick with the regular schedule. He said he had to stay at a hotel and continued to call me to come over and sleep with him. (to have relations) the harassment continued even after my things were dropped off. Many of my items were missing, damaged and dirty. Then he said I still owed 2 thousand more dollars of I would be sent to collections. I still have all the text sent to me including a picture he sent of his tiny little member. This is not the way to win a woman over and not a way to treat a client. I have tried to contact the company and no one will call me back or even listen to what I have to say. If this does not get resolved I will seek legal actions.

I used Presto for move from Cali to N. Carolina in July 2014 and they did a fabulous job! I decided to come back to Cali in December 2015 and I don't know how I can say this compared to my last move, but the crew was absolutely amazing! From the pick up men, Ryan & Clifton to the delivery crew. I could not have asked for anything better! Not one problem and everything had been packed so well that it was in perfect condition. These movers are so devoted and conscientious! They are very hard working, have families to provide for and deserve a lot of kindness for all they do!! Don't forget to give them a little food, beverages & a good tip!!

My move with Presto was amazing from start to finish! Like others who have recently posted, I was also hesitant due to the number of bad reviews here but I felt like everyone that I spoke with and dealt with truly cared about the company they worked for. I dealt with Ross and Henry in scheduling my move and they were professional, persistent (yet not annoying) and really showed that wanted to earn my business. The movers in California were amazing and the driver here in Cleveland was very professional with his workers that he got out here and made sure everything was where I wanted it before he left. I waited till the end of the move to write this review because I wanted to make sure it went well throughout and I couldn't be more pleased honestly.

We recently moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix and contracted with Presto logistics for the move. Every aspect of the transaction was handled in a courteous and professional manner by them. The sales department was informative, the estimate was accurate and all my questions were answered. The Estimate was very reasonable, the movers arrived on time and were very friendly, professional and careful. All my belongings arrived in perfect condition to my new home and everything was placed where I requested. I will certainly be calling them if I ever move again and I will definitely recommend them to anyone moving.
