Flawless move!

Probably the nicest, most professional, thorough, and cautious crew of movers I have worked with. We've moved four times and these guys were the best. We had two locations to pick up from, our house and a storage unit, they picked up from both and delivered to the new house, perfectly. Four guys, two trucks, nine hours, worth every penny.

On time and very efficient.

Movers were professional, efficient, respectful and very considerate. They arrived on time, wrapped my furniture and TV’s. They were very careful throughout the whole process. Professional movers

Nick was helpful all throughout the process, with a can-do attitude, even though we had to change move dates and plans a few times. The crew was efficient, kind, funny and professional. They worked well with us, even though we were furiously packing boxes of the kitchen at the end, they worked hard to fit everything in. The estimator did a great job figuring out how many trucks we would need - even though at first the crew thought they wouldn't fit everything in. Nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this service.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional behavior

I had posted my information online for moving my car from Toronto to Vancouver. I am not sure how these guys got my details, one of their staff called me up to ask, I told them I need to ship my car. The guy is so rude and says we don't do cars and hangs up on me. I called back and he says "What part of "We don't move cars" do you not understand?" and hangs up again. This was absolutely uncalled for, so I call a third time to give him a piece of my mind. This time a girl answers. I told her what had happened, and as I am explaining she transfers the line without saying a word. Finally, I think I got someone in a managerial role but who knows! The company is filled with jackasses. He says he has no clue who I could have spoken to and told me to have a good day and OfCourse hung up on me. I am so glad they behaved this way, at least I can share the experience here and warn other people. Even if someone is not going to be your client, this is not a way to behave. This does not even qualify as civilized human behavior. Not sure what sort of a business they are running here!

Quick and Efficient.

The two movers were very professional, polite, and quick. They called the morning of the move to let me know when they would be arriving and were right on time. All my furniture was wrapped very well (I had some glass pieces that they were careful with) and they disassembled and reassembled everything for me. They were also efficient with bringing everything to my new place, which included climbing 2 flights of stairs with some very heavy furniture to get to my bedroom.

The moving team was amazing. They worked hard, fast and efficiently. The moving team arrived on time, explained the contract and what they were going to do. The team took care in wrapping my large furniture, they used runners over my carpet to protect it. We definitely had a five-star move today, with multiple destinations for the furnishings and belongings being transported. Stress-free move

I used Pegasus Van Lines to move my entire household full of belongings to their own storage facility. Six months later they moved everything into my new home. Every interaction, from the initial visit to provide an estimate to the final piece of furniture delivered, was exceptional. Every staff member (including the delivery teams) was professional, kind and knowledgeable. There was never a time that I had to follow-up regarding next steps. It was all taken care of for me like clockwork. I've used other movers in the past and there's no comparison. Poor customer service, delayed and rude

The worst moving service I have experienced thus far. We hired Pegasus for a long distance move, we moved from Toronto to NY. Our items were picked up on the agreed upon date, however the delivery was delayed despite letting them know multiple times via calls, texts, and emails that we need it to be delivered on a specific date. I understand things happen but the customer service provided was poor, it felt like we were begging to get our items delivered after having paid the full invoice.

We still were not complaining at this point. The day of the delivery, the driver said he can’t park on the steer parking in front of the apartment. Mind you, we have had other things delivered and all of the other trucks were fine. The driver then said he will leave and come back another way but claimed he was stuck and could not turn even if there was more than enough room. The driver then proceeded to park right in the middle of the road and told me since there is distance between the road and the apartment ($150). He also proceeded to tell me I will be charged ($150) and another $150 because I can’t reserve the elevator. I let the driver know I never agreed to such charges and he advised I should called Nic who told the charges are up to the discretion of the driver and he can leave the delivery in front of the building. I am a pregnant woman and my husband at work on the date that they decided to deliver our things. It felt like they just wanted to take advantage of the state that I was in. In all of this, there was no apology, no sincerity.

Fast and efficient!

Had a great experience with the team. Administrative team was very responsive and able to schedule me with only 48 hrs notice. ***Beware***Bailed on me last minute

Do not get scammed by these con artists. Booked them for a cross country move, first I received no receipt or confirmation they would even be there until I requested some type of receipt. I was then emailed a receipt for the deposit, but nothing further for confirmation. I was out of town and unable to be there at the start of the move, I was on my way there and told the movers I would let them into the building and into my apartment remotely and I would be there shortly. They refused and left after cursing at me and I was forced to load my apartment into a uhaul and take it to a storage unit. I am now in my apartment across the country with my belongings still in a storage unit. Called them to ask for my deposit back, they refused and laughed at me and told me not to ever call them again. Do not get scammed by these bums.
