Smooth move!

Moving is the worst, but this company made it such a seamless and great experience! The movers were efficient, polite and willing to do whatever extra tasking that arose. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend this company if you are in need of this type service.

Totally stress free!

I used Pegasus Van Lines for two seperate moves. Each time they were on-time. They work fast and efficiently. All workers worked hard with no breaks. All of my furniture was handled with care. All of the workers was professional and friendly. You will not go wrong with this company. I feel they were responsive and made sure that my moves were stress free.

I highly recommend Pegasus for any of your moving needs. Excellent customer service from the quote right through the move. Excellent!!

Very fast and efficient in the moving process. Everything was packed up nicely, nothing was damaged, and they told me everything they were going to do before they did it. Friendly and efficient!

The whole team was friendly, professional, efficient and quick. They were skilled in the handling of large sized furniture that can be tricky. They made sure to wrap certain furniture and put padding around tough angles and on railings to prevent any damage. They also did a great job in disassembling and reassembling furniture. I highly recommend them as movers and also for storage in between moves, which was very convenient.

Satisfied!

Both the office staff and the movers were professional and very flexible and willing to help. They were able to complete my move in a very timely manner, and everything was well protected during the move. The movers were very personable and were happy to help and took direction very well. They were able to go with the issues in the move very well and never once did they complain. Over all I am super satisfied with this moving experience.

Best Moving Service.

Best moving experience ever! Moved me from a downtown high rise to a two story condo across town in less than two hours. They were professional and awesome even when there were struggles with the elevator. Everything was put in the house in perfect condition, they were so careful with everything and so so kind to everyone. I would recommend this service with full confidence to anyone I know.

Horrible Company. Con artists

Avoid this company! They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, they do not advise of their so called policies when you contact them at first. They will be dishonest, they will show up late and unprepared to work. The individuals in the office will contact you during your move to change their rules of what they can move and how. They will damage your belongings and have a total disregard for your property. They will steal if you happen to leave things of value laying around as per their driver. They will take boxes and furniture from each room, not actually clearing rooms entirely. They will tell you they have a 53" truck, what they fail to advise is that they will show up with it almost already full with other peoples stuff. Then, they pull up with a smaller truck to take the rest of your things to their warehouse until they have a full load going in your direction, could be 10-12 days. This company is nothing but con artists, they lack common sense, a strong command of the english language and overall respect.

Top Notch!

From the initial phone call to the moment when move was complete, Our experience was top-notch. Wonderful customer service and a very experienced and professional moving coordinator, I was beyond impressed with this company. During what could have been the most stressful day, I was put at ease by the professionalism, speed and kindness of these guys. The movers were caring, friendly and respectful of us and our belongings. We would highly recommend them to family, friends and my clients. The whole team was absolutely fantastic.

No contact on my supposed day of move

They are hard to deal with and the absolute worst. I will happily remove this comment and write a positive one if someone ever shows up or answers my calls. I’ll have to contact someone for a refund.

They are Experts.

Kind and courteous! They were very careful with my things. They had the tools to take the legs off of my couches. They also arrived 10 minutes early and moved my things out of my storage unit and into my apartment within the 2 hour window. They made sure to ask me if something looked right or was supposed to look a certain way (something was broken in my unit but I already knew that). Would definitely use them again.

Professional and reliable

The office staff was extremely helpful and really made the difference in choosing this company. Moving Experience.

Everyone at Pegasus Van Lines was an extreme pleasure to work with. They coordinated my move with the utmost professionalism. My experience with Pegasus Van Lines was great from the first phone call to the completed move. Move.

They were very professional and did an initial assessment of our move. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it. They did a good job protecting our piano and everything else. Everything arrived the way it left and nothing was broken. They were very quick getting everything loaded and unloaded. Their price was very very reasonable, the best we could find. Delayed without letting us know

First of all the movers were 24 hours late to pick up our items. They did not let us know they were going to be late until the day before they came. Once they got there they were fast which was good. Now I am at my new apartment the day they told me they would move our stuff in. I have been messaging the company for 5 days without any answer. I finally called them today and they told me the person who I was messaging went on vacation after telling me to message him. As I was on the phone with them they proceed to tell me our stuff is still in the city we moved from… all the way across the country and will not be arriving to us for 7-8 days. We are not impressed. They will not give us any discount or refund. Very poor experience.

Extremely poor customer service

This company has terrible service. Please do not use. They missed my scheduled appointment and now I can’t have half of my things shipped and the refused to even consider some kind of reimbursement for having to replace them. The manager I spoke to Steven was very rude and condescending and just didn’t care about the impact the stress they caused.

I highly recommend this company. They were very professional from beginning to end. During the move they realized they were not going to be able to fit everything in one truck as initially planned. They got an additional truck to move the items that would not fit in the first truck. They did not charge any extra for this. Great company I would absolutely use this company again. Best move ever!

From beginning to end this was the best move of our lives! From the initial contact of setting up the move date through all the modifications I made to the move date and then to as actual move it was perfect. Our two men were incredibly professional, friendly and kind. They were efficient and careful with our things and we had not a single thing broken or scratched. Although I initially chose them because of the price(which was the best estimate) I would pay more just to use their services again! I highly recommend them with no reservations!
