Horrible Company. Con artists

Avoid this company! They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, they do not advise of their so called policies when you contact them at first. They will be dishonest, they will show up late and unprepared to work. The individuals in the office will contact you during your move to change their rules of what they can move and how. They will damage your belongings and have a total disregard for your property. They will steal if you happen to leave things of value laying around as per their driver. They will take boxes and furniture from each room, not actually clearing rooms entirely. They will tell you they have a 53" truck, what they fail to advise is that they will show up with it almost already full with other peoples stuff. Then, they pull up with a smaller truck to take the rest of your things to their warehouse until they have a full load going in your direction, could be 10-12 days. This company is nothing but con artists, they lack common sense, a strong command of the english language and overall respect.

Top Notch!

From the initial phone call to the moment when move was complete, Our experience was top-notch. Wonderful customer service and a very experienced and professional moving coordinator, I was beyond impressed with this company. During what could have been the most stressful day, I was put at ease by the professionalism, speed and kindness of these guys. The movers were caring, friendly and respectful of us and our belongings. We would highly recommend them to family, friends and my clients. The whole team was absolutely fantastic.

They are hard to deal with and the absolute worst. I will happily remove this comment and write a positive one if someone ever shows up or answers my calls. I’ll have to contact someone for a refund.

They are Experts.

Kind and courteous! They were very careful with my things. They had the tools to take the legs off of my couches. They also arrived 10 minutes early and moved my things out of my storage unit and into my apartment within the 2 hour window. They made sure to ask me if something looked right or was supposed to look a certain way (something was broken in my unit but I already knew that). Would definitely use them again.

Professional and reliable

The office staff was extremely helpful and really made the difference in choosing this company. The moving crew worked a really huge, two day, job and got it done on time and with everything packaged nicely and no damage. The movers were on time each day and were professional and polite. Moving Experience.

Everyone at Pegasus Van Lines was an extreme pleasure to work with. They coordinated my move with the utmost professionalism. The moving team and their manager were very courteous and diligent about every detail of my move; especially since it included three separate drop offs. They exercised extreme care with my home and personal beings. The whole process was executed in a timely fashion and every item was deliver without a hitch to its desired location. Expert movers!

My experience with Pegasus Van Lines was great from the first phone call to the completed move. They were flexible in handling gathering my things from three locations, expertly wrapping the items for storage, then storing them for a couple of months. They were very professional and did an initial assessment of our move. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it. They did a good job protecting our piano and everything else. Everything arrived the way it left and nothing was broken. They were very quick getting everything loaded and unloaded. Their price was very very reasonable, the best we could find. Delayed without letting us know

First of all the movers were 24 hours late to pick up our items. They did not let us know they were going to be late until the day before they came. Once they got there they were fast which was good. Now I am at my new apartment the day they told me they would move our stuff in. I have been messaging the company for 5 days without any answer. I finally called them today and they told me the person who I was messaging went on vacation after telling me to message him. As I was on the phone with them they proceed to tell me our stuff is still in the city we moved from… all the way across the country and will not be arriving to us for 7-8 days. We are not impressed. They will not give us any discount or refund. Very poor experience.

Extremely poor customer service

This company has terrible service. Please do not use. They missed my scheduled appointment and now I can’t have half of my things shipped and the refused to even consider some kind of reimbursement for having to replace them. The manager I spoke to Steven was very rude and condescending and just didn’t care about the impact the stress they caused.

Recommended!

From the quote and consultation to their flexibility and professional, these guys were amazing. A friend recommended them for my move because they were organized and fast. They also treated all of my belongings with care so I was not worried about any damages. They were flexible with my move date and had a reasonable deposit fee. I highly recommend this company. They were very professional from beginning to end. During the move they realized they were not going to be able to fit everything in one truck as initially planned. They got an additional truck to move the items that would not fit in the first truck. They did not charge any extra for this. Great company I would absolutely use this company again. Best move ever!

From beginning to end this was the best move of our lives! From the initial contact of setting up the move date through all the modifications I made to the move date and then to as actual move it was perfect. Our two men were incredibly professional, friendly and kind. They were efficient and careful with our things and we had not a single thing broken or scratched. Although I initially chose them because of the price(which was the best estimate) I would pay more just to use their services again! I highly recommend them with no reservations!

Flawless move!

Probably the nicest, most professional, thorough, and cautious crew of movers I have worked with. We've moved four times and these guys were the best. We had two locations to pick up from, our house and a storage unit, they picked up from both and delivered to the new house, perfectly. Four guys, two trucks, nine hours, worth every penny.

Professional movers

Nick was helpful all throughout the process, with a can-do attitude, even though we had to change move dates and plans a few times. The crew was efficient, kind, funny and professional. They worked well with us, even though we were furiously packing boxes of the kitchen at the end, they worked hard to fit everything in. The estimator did a great job figuring out how many trucks we would need - even though at first the crew thought they wouldn't fit everything in. Nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this service.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional behavior

I had posted my information online for moving my car from Toronto to Vancouver. I am not sure how these guys got my details, one of their staff called me up to ask, I told them I need to ship my car. The guy is so rude and says we don't do cars and hangs up on me. I called back and he says "What part of "We don't move cars" do you not understand?" and hangs up again. This was absolutely uncalled for, so I call a third time to give him a piece of my mind. This time a girl answers. I told her what had happened, and as I am explaining she transfers the line without saying a word. Finally, I think I got someone in a managerial role but who knows! The company is filled with jackasses. He says he has no clue who I could have spoken to and told me to have a good day and OfCourse hung up on me. I am so glad they behaved this way, at least I can share the experience here and warn other people. Even if someone is not going to be your client, this is not a way to behave. This does not even qualify as civilized human behavior. Not sure what sort of a business they are running here!

Fast and efficient!

Had a great experience with the team. Administrative team was very responsive and able to schedule me with only 48 hrs notice. Quick and Efficient.

The two movers were very professional, polite, and quick. They called the morning of the move to let me know when they would be arriving and were right on time. All my furniture was wrapped very well (I had some glass pieces that they were careful with) and they disassembled and reassembled everything for me. They were also efficient with bringing everything to my new place, which included climbing 2 flights of stairs with some very heavy furniture to get to my bedroom.
