Outstanding service.

They responded in a timely manner when we asked for an estimate. We spoke and all our questions were answered. Not only did the guys show up on time but they did call first to let me know their timeframe. They were very courteous and did an outstanding job. We’ve moved before and put Pegasus Van Lines right up there with the best. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them if we move again.

We used this company to move from Milton to Ottawa. From the first interaction to the last, everyone was so helpful, kind, and polite. Professional moving company

From start to finish, Pegasus Van Lines were great. Nick was the first to email an estimate after I requested one online ; he also followed through with phone calls. The coordinator at the office was efficient and extremely helpful. The movers themselves were personable , professional and handled all the items with care. The cost for the move was very reasonable as well. I recommend them to anyone wanting an easy, pleasant experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give less than one star, I would. Me and my husband contacted Pegasus to move us from North Bay to Ottawa because it was fairly cheap and we didn’t have an insane amount of money. They gave us a date and we agreed and sent them the deposit money. Two days before the date we had set we contacted them to double check make sure everything was running smoothly and then they push the date back one day. When that day comes around, they pushed it back to an even further date which put us in a very difficult position as we needed to be out of our place by the end of the month. We had a feeling that this wasn’t going to go through so we decided to contact another moving service as a last minute decision so we had to pay almost double what we were going to pay Pegasus. Long story short, Pegasus moved the date back three times and then the day of the 30th comes around and they don’t contact us. We try to contact them they don’t call us they don’t text us no communication whatsoever from these people they completely ghosted us. The prices might be great, but this is a company that is out for money and nothing else they would go through anything to not help you. They did not even give us our deposit back. Do not use this company.

Perfect moving experience!

Working with Pegasus Van Lines was seamless from start to finish. I have used several other moving companies and Pegasus was far and away the best. Their quote was accurate and they ended up being on the low end of what they quoted due to their hard work. The customer service was helpful each time I called. The movers showed up early, were such hard and efficient workers, were friendly and wrapped everything well. I will definitely be using Pegasus next time I have to move. Thanks!

Everyone was super helpful and extremely nice during my entire experience with this moving company. Very rude

Fortunately I did not even book my move with this company. Nick was very rude. I asked basic questions about fees, etc., which he answered in a timely fashion but when I asked about insurance he ignored me. I reached back out to ask again and all he did was send the same details about what was included and when I asked yet a third time, he replied with a text saying "can you not read, what don't you understand? I pointed out I was inquiring about insurance that covers damages because basic liability is 60 cents per pound, which is a joke and never covers anywhere near the cost of damages incurred. He promptly replied with 'we don't want your business.' Umm, what? I said 'Wow, you clearly don't care about your customers or their right to protecting their property' and he writes back 'I think you have issues." Can you believe that? Issues because I don't want to get taken advantage of by a mover? What a d**k.

Totally stress free!

Friendly and efficient!

The whole team was friendly, professional, efficient and quick. They were skilled in the handling of large sized furniture that can be tricky. They made sure to wrap certain furniture and put padding around tough angles and on railings to prevent any damage. They also did a great job in disassembling and reassembling furniture. I highly recommend them as movers and also for storage in between moves, which was very convenient.

Both the office staff and the movers were professional and very flexible and willing to help. Best Moving Service.

Best moving experience ever! Moved me from a downtown high rise to a two story condo across town in less than two hours. They were professional and awesome even when there were struggles with the elevator. Horrible Company. Con artists

Avoid this company! They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, they do not advise of their so called policies when you contact them at first. They will be dishonest, they will show up late and unprepared to work. The individuals in the office will contact you during your move to change their rules of what they can move and how. They will damage your belongings and have a total disregard for your property. They will steal if you happen to leave things of value laying around as per their driver. They will take boxes and furniture from each room, not actually clearing rooms entirely. They will tell you they have a 53" truck, what they fail to advise is that they will show up with it almost already full with other peoples stuff. Then, they pull up with a smaller truck to take the rest of your things to their warehouse until they have a full load going in your direction, could be 10-12 days. This company is nothing but con artists, they lack common sense, a strong command of the english language and overall respect.

From the initial phone call to the moment when move was complete, Our experience was top-notch. Wonderful customer service and a very experienced and professional moving coordinator, I was beyond impressed with this company. They are hard to deal with and the absolute worst. I will happily remove this comment and write a positive one if someone ever shows up or answers my calls. I’ll have to contact someone for a refund.

They are Experts.

Kind and courteous! They were very careful with my things. They had the tools to take the legs off of my couches. They also arrived 10 minutes early and moved my things out of my storage unit and into my apartment within the 2 hour window. They made sure to ask me if something looked right or was supposed to look a certain way (something was broken in my unit but I already knew that). Would definitely use them again.

Expert movers!
