Oasis Moving and Storage

Do NOT use this company. I would give them negative stars if I could. They do not keep your items together. They pack everything horribly. Most of my items are damaged or lost. They do not give you 72 hours notice to deliver, rather a few hours then do not show up or even have the courtesy to call you to let you know. Horrible, horrible movers ruined many of my items, left trash in my home, refused to let me count my items, lied about me having all of my items, tried to keep some furniture on the truck (I had to go onto the truck and get it myself), refused to give me boxes I identified as mine in someone else's pile of things, were rude and left without my consent that I had everything delivered. Ruined my move.

These are not professionals. The movers damaged the front door and some other doors and corners inside the home. My tenant told me to call Brittney and she would send someone out to make repairs. When I called Brittney, she not only avowed no responsibility but claimed that the movers told the tenant there was no way to move her furniture out without damaging the house and my tenant gave them the go ahead. What a ridiculous answer! This is why people hire professional movers. Someone moved the furniture in the house without damaging anything so there’s no good reason for them to have damaged things on the way out. Doors and doorways are all standard width and the furniture is nothing exceptionally large. They are just crappy at what they do! Will be filing a complaint with the state.

This company is horrible!! They never have their story straight and always try to pass the buck. I moved from Reno, NV to Illinois. They were supposed to make two stops to deliver my furniture that I payed for!! They also damaged just everythingI own and I pretty much had to buy brand new TVS, and tables again. My dining room table is missing!!!! They never made the second stop, I had to hire other movers to pick up my stuff to bring to me, after I payed them almost $15,000. Now I’m trying to get some money back for the second stop they never made!!! They don’t return my calls, I always have to reach out and when I do, they are rude and heartless. I should of just moved myself with uhauls, at least I would of saved money and my furniture.

Unfortunately I used these clowns to move from San Fran to Las Vegas. WORST DECISION EVER!!!

The communication from Oasis was horrible during the entire process. They arrived on the last day of the given window and took more than 5 hours to load an 800 sq ft apartment. I assumed that meant quality, but that was not the case. They then went to my storage unit and loaded additional items. It did not completely fill the truck so all items would need to be strapped in so they would not get damaged.

The clown Matt, who was allegedly in charge of this shit show, did not properly secure items so they fell to the back of the truck. I assumed a moving company would know how to pack a truck, but I was wrong.

When the truck arrived, items shifted forward and many items were damaged. They hired day-labors to unload the truck that had no experience moving furniture. They were horribly out of shape and could barely do the work. They scuffed several walls and did not know how to put any of the furniture back together.

This was an absolutely terrible moving experience. I regret tipping any of the movers because they did a horrible job. They avoided my calls and just want to refer me to their insurance. They also have a horrible reputation on Better Business Bureau

This company is a joke. They were extremely careless when moving our boxes and furniture. Throughout the moving day, I repeatedly asked them to not be so rough with our stuff and they wouldn’t listen. All of our furniture is damaged or broken. Our boxes including the ones marked fragile are smashed with the contents broken. We are missing several big ticket items including furniture and a computer. They tried delivering items to us that weren’t ours including a wedding dress. They were two days late with delivery. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I'd like to personally welcome United Movers, DBA Oasis Movers and Storage. From Las Vegas, NV. They picked up my household on June 16th in California and after driving 45 minutes a day for 21 days have made it to my house to deliver! It wasn't easy they showed up to my old CA home with a full truck, and needed to rent 2 small U Haul Trucks to carry away all my belongings.
I'm actually posting this under the assumption that they will show up since they have changed my delivery date 3 times.
