Use them again!

The moving group showed up on the given schedule on moving day and was ready to go. They were excellent! Calm, friendly, and helpful. They carefully packed our stuff and helped me figure out furniture configurations at the new place. All costs were as quoted and had no hidden surprises. I've experienced bad movers, adequate movers, but this was the real thing. Thank you guys for helping us move!

Don't use these CRIMINALS they will EXTORT you

They go by O Canada Movers/pMove Me Again/Roadway Movers/Moonstar Van Lines/Greenway Moving/Safe Bound Movers/All Over Canada Van Line/East Coast Star Van Lines.

CAM has received many complaints about Move Me Again / Roadway Movers and Moonstar Van Lines / Greenway Moving as well as O Canada Movers and Safe Bound Movers. All of these companies appear to operate from the same parent company. On June 8, 2021, CAM received a complaint about All Over Canada Van Line said to also be operating as East Coast Star Van Lines. The complainant advised CAM that these two companies have the same ownership as Move Me Again. As always, we strongly suggest you research your mover before hiring them.

They a bait and switch operation and will give you a low ball quote to rope you in. Once they load the truck that quote suddenly quadruples and they will exort you by holding your stuff hostage until you agree to pay saveral thousands more than they quoted you. Cops won't help, they'll say it's a civil matter.

Stay clear of these FRAUDSTERS!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

A friend and I moved with this company the other week. I have taken time to calm down and am now writing the most objective review possible. I read through poor reviews of the company and assumed that people were simply frustrated because, well, everyone hates moving.

O Canada movers are total scammers. After being originally quoted a price of $950, we chose this company (we gathered many quotes from other movers as well) to move two one-bedroom apartments from London into two one-bedroom apartments in Toronto.

Let's start with the move from London. Three gentlemen came to move our belongings, and one of them was an absolute nightmare of a human being. He yelled at me when he could not get the couch out of my unit, accusing me of assembling it within the apartment because, in his "35 years" of experience, he knew that that couch could never fit in that door. Well, I did move it in myself the year before, so the yelling was a complete portrayal of his own inability to move the couch. He forced the couch out of the window of my apartment, which broke my window.

Once all of our items were in the truck, they brought out a wack contract that had WHITEOUT on it, so clearly someone had been tampering with the original copy. We negotiated with the sales and accounting team and were able to get $200 off of our contract and reduce the proposed weight of our belongings from 3500 lbs to 3000 lbs. We knew that our stuff absolutely was not this heavy (a couch, two office chairs, a bed, and some boxes? Nope sorry not 3500 lbs) but refused to get our stuff weighed by them as we were certain that they would tamper with the scales to further scam us. We finally agreed to sign the contract, because we knew from these reviews that this company would hold our items for ransom if we did not agree to the contract.

We then drove to Toronto separately. We got an aggressive call from the accounting department demanding that we pay within 5 minutes, otherwise, our stuff would not be unloaded off the truck when we arrived in Toronto. It took these movers OVER 4 HOURS to drive to Toronto, completely messing up our elevator booking schedules. We tried countless times to get in touch with them, but they ignored all of our calls or texts. When we finally got through to them (via the super rude accounting department, who must know they are working for a scam based on the pure disrespect with which they treat their customers), we told them to switch the order of the drop-offs - which only infuriated these men further. When they arrived at our location, they were extremely aggravated and hostile. When they got mad at us for having rearranged drop-off points, the men yelled at us, stating they had other clients to get to and didn't have time for this. When I asked them what took them four hours when driving to Toronto, we got yelled at further. These men were extremely hostile and unpleasant to deal with from start to finish.

In the end, our stuff was moved- all furniture is covered in disgusting yellow fingerprints, and we paid over $2000 (when we were quoted $950). Terrible, horrible, disgusting excuse for a company. I genuinely hope that the people working there can find better jobs, because what a hollow existence it must be to scam people over and over again.

I have zero positives to say about this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I had a wonderful experience with O Canada Movers. My boss recommended me these guys he was absolutely right. I was moving to the 4th floor walk up. They gave me a reasonable quote. I will surely use them in future as well.
