Not legit. Scam, look elsewhere

This is a scam. They aren’t movers, they are brokers. I was quoted $3500. They confirmed the amount of things I had multiple times, and when the movers showed up, it costed double. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I am confident the positive reviews are bought/set up. Just please look elsewhere.

We are a carrier, who has agent authority. We are no different than moving companies such as Allied, Mayflower, or United. They are carriers, with agent authority. You may check with the F.M.C.S.A. which is a branch of the Department of Transportation, if you wish to see licensing proof that we are, indeed, a carrier. Mr. Perkins, has alleged it's our companies fault that his volume cost increased, but that is not the case. Our company's responsibility is the list of inventory to be shipped, provided by our client's. They are told that if they add more items, it will increase their shipping costs. All clients are informed to confirm the accuracy of their items list, prior to pickup. We even contact our client's the week of their pickup, in order to go over the list again, in order to make sure it's complete prior to pack day. Mr. Perkins did add additional items during this process, but he did not add everything he intended to ship, unfortunately. Sir, you added a total of 17 additional items on pickup day. We were prepared to ship your contracted list of goods at the cost we quoted to you. We also quoted you the total cost to ship all of the items present on-site. You chose to ship everything. We executed services according to your request. We outsource our service complaints for professional investigation. The findings are reported back to us. We did nothing wrong in this service. This client merely took it upon himself to defame our company due to us charging him extra to ship extra items. We are willing to send the shipping affidavits to MMR, proving our stance that this client shipped the 17 additional items. We can also provide our company policy, (provided to all client's during scheduling) that reflects it's the client's responsibility to confirm the accuracy of their list of goods, prior to pickup. Mr. Perkins, attempted to force us to ship the additional items at no additional cost. When we refused, he decided to file reviews on multiple sites against our company. We do not reward untruths perpetrated through the filing of false allegations made against our company.

Moving a piano

Wanted to give our piano to our niece. We are in New Mexico, she in Virginia. Hard to find someone to move one item, but Northern Moving Systems did a great job. The piano now has a new home with a wonderful musician.

Sweet mover

The money that I spent for my move was well spent. The only work that I did was unpack my boxes. The company did everything else. If you're going to move that is the only way to go. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat if I needed to move.

Excellent Commercial Move

Northern Moving Systems did an excellent job relocating our office. They carefully packed computers, printers, and other equipment, labeled everything for easy unpacking, and worked quickly to reduce downtime.
