Northern Moving Systems

It was pleasure to have work done by the Northern Moving Systems. My uncle had a hard time travelling and because of that I tried contacting them which helped us move from California to Montana. My family and I were having a hard time to move because we had a lot of things but the staffs were very helpful to us and suggested solutions for us to bring things which have a special place in our hearts. It wasn’t the best company out there to be honest, but they certainly did the job very well. My family and I are happy to have all the things arrive on time and safely handled.

Our family has had to move to four different states in the past five years due to my husband's job transferring locations. Out of all the companies we have used, Northern Moving Systems is the absolute best! This move only cost us about $3500 and we had to move from Reading, PA to Winchester, VA. The challenge of moving somewhere unfamiliar and without having any family members close by is a little overwhelming. We've had bad experiences in the past with moving companies not showing up on moving day or double charging us for the move, but we had no issues whatsoever with Northern Moving Systems! They showed up early and were extremely efficient in getting everything loaded! We will be using you again when the time comes for our next move!

All personnel were extremely courteous and willing to do what ever necessary to accommodate my needs. Very good communication and professional service. I had a very hard working crew for my move. This was the most seamless move, I have ever had. I was very satisfied with the way my stuff was packed , wrapped up and loaded with the quickness. What a proffesion- al group of people, everything was so well organized.
They took care of all my doubts and assisted me through it all.
I wanted to share my experience with Northen Moving System, they are the best moving company, I have ever used. I will highly recommend them for all moving needs.

Don't believe all the 5 star reviews. They must have their employees write reviews for them. I had a simple move from New York to Chicago and these guys provided the worst customer experience I've ever had (And that includes moving within NYC several times). This company advertises excellent customer services and how they support you during the move from beginning to end so you don't have to stress about it. This was false. Once I paid they could care less about me or my furniture. I had to call them several times to find out when my pickup would be. The movers finally arrived at 7pm. This is despite me having made the reservation almost a month ahead. I was given a 3-5 day delivery window. It is now 10 days later and I still have not received my furniture. I've called them several times and was told the same thing each time- "We'll contact your dispatch and let you know right away". Today I called and was finally told it will be delivered in 2 days (not holding my breath). I would suggest avoid Northern as they're nothing more than a 3rd party broker that will charge you a fee for no value added service. Go directly with a mover.

I was making the move from Pennsylvania to Florida and was researching a company that I could get the most bang for my buck, I came across Northing Moving Systems on Google and compared them to other moving companies and they were the only ones who fit my price range (3,000) and had good reviews. What I loved most about working with these guys was that they really kept in touch with me every step in the way, which is extremely helpful when you are already under a lot of stress with the move. They delivered my items on time and the process was easy. If you are planning on using a moving company I would look these guys up!

Best moving service I have ever used! They have a great team at Northern Moving Services. The customer service was outstanding, they were super friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. The movers were great, they showed up when they said they would show up and they showed a great deal of care when handling my things. There was no dings or dents in my appliances, no scratches on my furniture, everything showed up in the condition it left in! Thank you for taking a big load of stress off my shoulder during my cross country move!

I had to move from Baton Rouge, LA to Georgia and I was in desperate need of a reasonably priced, long distance moving company like Northern Moving Systems. A friend recommended this company to me and honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first because I didn't know if it was a scam or not. I called customer service and they got back with me within a few hours and reassured me about moving with them. The team was hardworking and reliable and on time--which was important to me. Moving in general can be nerve-wracking but imagine having to move across several states! Northern Moving Systems made moving day so smooth and easy and I won't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional, and stress-free moving company, look no further!

I don't normally write reviews but the awesome service I received from Northern Moving Systems justified taking some time to shout them out. I was transferred from Seattle to Boston and besides not really wanting to relocate - I had to deal with all of the moving activities and costs. I was stressed and worried about the whole situation but Northern Moving put all my fears at ease. They were such an easy company to work with and all of my items arrived undamaged. I was walked through the whole process upfront, the movers were friendly and careful, and the price was reasonable for the distance and amount of items. If you are looking for a great moving company - you've found it here!
