Our move from Niebüll to Celle took place on May 16, 2023 - a day later than planned, but we didn't mind. The movers called me about 20 minutes before they arrived in Niebüll to announce their arrival time. They were very friendly, polite and experienced - they wrapped the somewhat sensitive pieces of furniture in foil and professionally carried them down from the 1st floor. Nothing was damaged, and the walls in the stairwell also remained scratch-free. The sorting in the truck was professional and everything was securely fastened. Place of unloading / Celle: Telephone announcement of the arrival time also approx. 20 minutes in advance. The unloading and carrying of the removal goods (including the 1st floor) went quickly and without any problems. Even highly sensitive things, such as my master keyboards, amplifiers, floor lamps and my wife's large plants suffered no damage at all. So nothing was damaged and nothing was lost. Conclusion: This large moving company certainly has several teams, so we can only evaluate the handling with the head office, "our moving team" and the quality of their work. In a nutshell: Except for the postponement of the moving date, which - as already mentioned - we didn't mind, EVERYTHING went perfectly. Starting with a truck that came with the roof completely defective, so that our furniture consistently shows moisture damage because it rained into the truck. Then the vehicle was exchanged and our things were reloaded without our knowledge, things that were definitely invited are simply missing at the destination, no one knows where they have gone !! Fitters who have to borrow tools to dismantle the furniture, which was not even returned! Then during the reconstruction the fitter who dismantled is of course no longer there, nobody knew how the things have to be rebuilt, so that old photos with the objects have to be used as samples for the reconstruction ... I am really very tolerant and understand many things, but how personal items were handled here, and that when moving over 1000km to Austria is absolutely incomprehensible to me. The appraiser and lawyer have already been commissioned here, unfortunately I can only advise against working with this company! No matter from which side I look at the incident, neither the vehicles, nor the fitters, nor the support were professional!

Professionally, I have had to move several times in the last 20 years. This time it went from the Rheinmain area to Berlin. A friend recommended Niclas Umzüge to me. The first contact went smoothly and the offer was quickly available by email after a few questions. On the day of the move the truck was on time at the door. The apartment was emptied in no time and hardly anything in Berlin was in undamaged condition in my new apartment. The fact that the arrival in the capital was later than planned was due to the traffic. I wasn't there much faster with the car, because I was at the same full block despite the online navigation system. The employees handled the removal goods carefully, so I can only recommend Niclas, as the price was also convincing compared to comparable offers.

For professional reasons I had to move from Karlsruhe to Berlin at short notice. For Niclas Umzüge, I decided on a relocation auction, the reasons for this were the price offer and the immediate, uncomplicated and friendly contact by the company.
On the day of the move, there were slight delays due to the very poor weather conditions, which the company informed me about regularly by telephone. The move into Berlin took place the following day. Both days passed relatively quickly and without complications. The furniture was dismantled and assembled.
The three employees were always very friendly and tried hard, despite the difficult move to the 4th floor. Even when the access road was blocked (and a forced stop in the area of the sidewalk and bike path) and complaints from another resident, they reacted very calmly and soothingly. They were very grateful (several times!) For the water and bread rolls provided.
All in all a very nice team!

We are absolutely thrilled! The company Niclas Umzüge had submitted the cheapest of almost 60 offers at an auction! Despite or because of very short-term planning (only one week in advance!), The company immediately contacted us and discussed everything relevant in a friendly, serious manner and even made our desired date possible.
On the day of the move, two men and trucks were there on time. Everything was carried down from the 4th floor without a lift in a friendly and competent manner, stowed in the truck and secured professionally with clean blankets and belts.
On the same day towards evening everything was brought back to the destination on the 4th floor, also without a lift, in the new apartment. We had e.g. a large bed that could not be taken apart and other heavy and unwieldy furniture. Absolutely nothing was broken or damaged! Not a scratch! I have never experienced something like that! And although not everything was optimal, such as narrow stairwells, driveways that had to be cleared occasionally (truck parking) etc., the two men always remained relaxed, calm and friendly!
We can highly recommend the company Niclas Umzüge!

Professionally, I had to move from southern Germany to northern Germany. The move of over 600 km went smoothly and without any losses. The staff were careful with my things and were very dedicated. (Extract 1st floor and moving in 4th floor without elevator.) The space in the van was optimally used and well secured - I couldn't have done this so well in my private life! I can highly recommend the team, especially for long distances. In addition, the team takes care not to have an "empty run", which I welcome ecologically. I can recommend Niclas-Umzüge because of the commitment, the safe course of the move and the price offer!

In short: Catastrophic move with 4500 € property damage, which was only partially settled by blocking the account and bailiff. Hands off! Dubious!
Owner evaluates himself on Google ?!

Long: July 2019, move from North Rhine-Westphalia to Bavaria, € 1750 via the relocation portal. Advance telephone assurance from Mr. Erdal that they also have experience with piano transports.
Company came 2 hours late, 2 knew about moving, 2 were extremely helpless and not in the appropriate condition. Initially asked for 500 euros for additional cargo, agreement on 200 euros.
Unprofessional transport, hardly a piece of furniture remained intact. The piano was transported from the third floor without straps and was badly damaged, as well as lamps, a table and cupboards.
The journey then did not take 6 hours, as agreed, but 15 hours, as it was driven overland because the truck had technical defects. The cargo was further damaged.
At the destination there were only 2 of the 4 moving people, unfortunately not the two experienced ones either. Since the transport started at 9:00 in the morning, but they didn't arrive until midnight, the employees slept in the truck and said they do this more often (and I felt a bit sorry).
The next day they couldn't carry the piano to the mezzanine floor, so a professional piano company had to do this as an emergency service for € 200.
The damage was documented and Mr Erdal promised several times that the insurance would settle the problem, and even a cost estimate for the piano was obtained. A second cost estimate was also commissioned by Niclas Umzüge, but not paid for, so that 2 reminders from a piano maker were sent to me.
In the course of the move, it was assumed that the move had been carried out by a cooperating company and that there was therefore no insurance cover.
At this point (after 7 months) I handed it over to a lawyer and a settlement was agreed. However, this settlement was also not adhered to and only part of it was paid, so that a dunning notice, enforcement notice and enforcement followed.
Conclusion: Extremely dubious, in the course also indecent behavior, agreements were not kept, regulation was only achieved through a lawyer, trouble for almost a year. Hands off!!

Contract: Pack cardboard boxes at the place of loading, dismantle furniture, assemble furniture at the place of unloading. Price: 2938 € (including boxes) It was over three weeks ago. I've already moved a lot, this was the most unprofessional and the one I've worked with the longest. Two men came, one spoke no German, one only a little. There were multiple misunderstandings. Things that were supposed to stay were packed up, other things stayed where they were supposed to be. There were also misunderstandings when approaching the unloading point. Not every packer has to be able to speak German, but I expect one on site. The boxes were partially wet, which made them less stable, and it was unpleasant to put things in there. The trucks are probably not rainproof. That also fits in with the reports of others here. At some point the boxes became scarce, a lot of things were carried individually and makeshiftly tied with plastic film. I thought I didn't order enough. Shortly after moving, I discovered that of the 85 boxes I ordered, only 39 had been delivered. 46 missing boxes correspond to € 128.80, which I have already paid. I pointed this out and asked for a transfer back, I was told that it was difficult, and to this day I have not received the money back. When the apartment was handed over, the truck was already gone, I noticed that 5 (!) Kitchen cupboards were still full, even though the men had said the kitchen was empty. I struggled to stow everything in the car. The men only dismantled the bed, although dismantling was part of the contract. As a result, the sofa bed was hardly transportable: When it was unloaded, it caused damage to the walls in the stairwell, and one of the men hobbled behind. (During my last move, another company had dismantled the couch and carried it down a much narrower staircase without any problems, which shows me that it would have been possible otherwise.) They also transported the filing cabinet with its contents, and they were quite tortured with it, the registers on the inside have all fallen out of their anchoring, all hanging files and notes were mixed up. It all seemed very inexperienced. When the caretaker asked the men about the damage in the hallway, they denied it, even though there were witnesses. When it turned out that the quirks had to be remedied and I asked the company about it, I was promised € 150 “out of goodwill”, which I have also not seen until today. The men looked overworked and tired, and under a lot of pressure. They tried hard but were unprofessional. In the end, the difficulties made them seem frustrated and, despite the anger, I felt sorry for them. Most of the time they were friendly. However, when they were asked about problems (e.g. damage to the hallway), one of them became quick-tempered. All in all, I had the impression that the workers there were being exploited and my nerves were on edge. I therefore see less responsibility for the two workers than for the Niclas company. I'm also still missing an invoice, although I urgently need it and have called repeatedly. The lack of money and bills is put on the commercial or accounting department, but direct contact with these departments is not possible. Now I doubt they exist. So far, despite a number of calls, I've only spoken to a single employee, so the company can't be big. Incidentally, the best google rating apparently comes from the owner of the company himself. By the way, the money must be transferred in advance - there are shipping companies where you only pay after the service has been performed. I'll pay attention to that next time too. The offer was cheap, but in the end you pay for it, with costs for the damage incurred, with time and nerves.
