Es wurde also nichts beschädigt und es ging auch nichts verloren.
Fazit: Dieses große Umzugsunternehmen hat mit Sicherheit mehrere Teams, bewerten können wir also lediglich die Abwicklung mit der Zentrale, "unser Umzugs-Team" und die Qualität dessen Arbeit.

Angefangen von einen LKW der kam bei dem das Dach kpl defekt war , so das unsere Möbel durchweg Feuchtigkeitsschäden aufweisen weil es in den Lkw reingeregnet hat .

Monteure die sich Werkzeug leihen müssen um die Möbel abzubauen , was dann noch nichtmal zurückgegeben wurde !!
Dann beim Wiederaufbau ist der Monteur der demontiert hat natürlich nicht mehr dabei , keiner wusste wie die Sachen wieder aufgebaut werden müssen , so das alte Fotos mit den Objekten als Muster zum Wiederaufbau herhalten müssen .....
Ich bin wirklich sehr tolerant und habe für vieles Verständnis , aber wie hier mit persönlichen Gegenständen umgegangen wurde , und das bei einem Umzug der über 1000km nach Österreich ging ist für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar .
Gutachter und Anwalt sind hier bereits beauftragt , ich kann leider nur abraten mit diesem Unternehmen zusammen zu arbeiten!

Am Umzugstag waren zwei Männer und LKW pünktlich vor Ort. Freundlich und kompetent wurde alles aus dem 4. Stock ohne Lift herunter getragen und in dem Lkw verstaut und profesionell mit sauberen Decken und Gurten gesichert.
Am selben Tag gegen Abend wurde alles wieder am Zielort in den 4. Stock ebenfalls ohne Lift in die neue Wohnung gebracht. Dabei hatten wir z.B. ein großes Bett, welches nicht zerlegt werden konnte und weitere schwere und unhandliche Möbel. Es ist absolut nichts kaputt gegangen oder beschädigt worden!
