BEST MOVERS

I would recommend New Horizon Moving to anyone. They were efficient with moving and maneuvering the more oversized furniture. They were also careful as they wrapped and packed the large items in blankets, all included in the moving package. They could move everything from one place to the other on time.

Horrible, unprofessional, not reliable… Run from the company!!

This company left my niece and her 4 children in distress , took her deposit and did not show up for the job! We will be seeking legal assistance.. Regina shouldBeFired!Veryrude I’ve never heard of a moving company to not show up for a job. Left a wife with 4 children stranded in a home with utilities shut off etc., stress free .. yeah right , they better hope she does not go into labor from all the stress they are causing her while her husband is away in another state . They showed no care each time we called them.. promised that the movers would come the next day! And still no movers .. this company need to offer training for their employees.. I would like someone from corporate to respond… I’m sure they do not know how Regina handles customers, she was very rude and disrespectful and basically said there is no one else to talk to. I will reach the Owners of this company!

ABSOLUTE TRASH! THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE DONE IS HIRE A SUB-PAR MOVING COMPANY BASED OIT OF SAN DIEGO (PLYMOUTH VAN LINES INC.). THE MOVING COMPANY IS MAKING ISSUES WITH BAD COMMUNICATIONS, EMPTY APOLOGIES, AND BAD INFORMATION. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO NEW HORIZONS MULTIPLE TIMES AND GET THE SAME FROM THEM. I PAID $1754 FOR THE INITIAL BOOKING AND DEPOSIT, AND AN ADDITIONAL $550 FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT. THEY HAVE NOT HELPED ME AT ALL ALONG THE WAY WITH INFORMATION THAT DOES NOT MATCH WHAT THE MOVING COMPANY IS GIVING ME AND THEIR BROKER JONATHAN HAS BEEN LIYNG TO ME ABOUT ANY EFFORT MADE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. IM 36 DAYS DEEP WITH MY HHG NO WHERE EVEN CLOSE TO BEING DELIVERED. IN SHORT, THEY TAKE TOOK MY MONEY, LIED TO ME, IGNORED MY CALLS FOR HELP, AND SPLIT. AS AN ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBER TO OUR NATION I AM APPAULED AND INSULTED AND WARN ANYONE ELSE NOT TO USE THEM.

Moving and charges

This place is not a moving company. It is a brokerage company. I really thought they were moving my stuff themselves but a whole different moving company showed up. New Horizon's charged me one price but the moving company that showed up was almost twice as much. I would never hire them again. Good luck all. Watch who you hire!!!!
