Nationwide Van Lines

I had Nationwide Van Lines move me from central Virginia to central Florida. I've also never had experience with a moving company, so it was a trial run.    It was an excellent experience. I literally had nothing to worry about. They took apart all of my furniture (some being a pain to do) and wrapped everything and moved it all. I actually packed a decent amount of my stuff, but next time I might consider having it all packed!   The driver, Darren, even gave me his own cell number so we could coordinate the move on our own, which worked out wonderfully. They showed up to move me in on my first possible day in the move in window. It was great. Worth every penny.

UZI was in charge of both my pickup and deliver for my move from NY to S.Carolina. I was amazed at the professionalism and level of expertise during the packing up process. I immediately felt at ease and confident that the job would be done to my satisfaction and it was. The delivery was wonderful as well and again both UZI and ELVIS were terrific and made the experience a very pleasant one. I would highy recommend Nationwide Van Lines.  I also want to mention that Alana - my original sales person was terrific as well - she communicated very efficiently and was able to answer all my questions very promptly.

I would like to commend both crews that serviced my move from Cape Cod MA. to Tampa Fl. Uzi and his crew picked up, they did a masterful job protecting all my furniture and handled all my goods as if it was theirs. On the delivery end Emir and Omar did a great job unloading and stacking my furniture and belongings in a storage unit, masterfully using the space provided and professionally stacked in storage. In short Nationwide provided all my needs in moving at a lower cost than I could've done it myself renting a moving truck. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Nationwide Van lines provided excellent service throughout my move. Patrick was able to answer any and all of my questions regarding payment, my move, and scheduling. The movers themselves, Uzi and Elvis, were very careful with my belongings and were very thorough in making sure they got everything. They also helped move a heavy terrarium that I was transporting into and out of my car. What pleased me most was that due to the relatively short distance pickup and delivery occurred on the same day.

My brother sold his condo and I was to receive some of the furniture he could no longer use. I contacted Nationwide since I did not want to be bothered by brokers. They were professional, answered my questions, helped make some of the delivery decisions and offered guidance throughout. Since the furniture was coming to NJ from Maryland, my brother was also involved with the decisions. They called, indicating that they would like to pickup the furniture earlier, kept in constant contact with him and arrived when they said they would. Even though the truck would not fit in the parking lot, they made certain that the furnture was handled professionally. When they got to NJ, they also maintained contact and set everything up quickly. Since this was only a partial trailer, we had to wait for another load that was coming North; this did not matter since they kept in constant touch with me. Both my brother and I were pleased with the move - Nationwide made it effort free. Thanks for making it seem easy.

We moved in July 2015. The rep that set up the move was real nice and made all sorts of promises. On the day of the move I was already halfway to our new home so my husband and son were with movers. He said it was a massive confusion and argument between movers. They could not move my Mom's bed so she had to buy a new one. When our household goods arrived there was so much damage and broken furniture. When I received a call to give my review I told all that had happened and was guaranteed that an email with the forms to claim the damage. 6/26/2016 and still no email, no claim form and no reimbursement for the damaged goods. We moved from MA to NC. I would not recommend that anyone use this company. I wish we had used someone local that does state to state moving or I should have read reviews before making the move. Very disappointed in the whole experience. We were also misled by the sales person on the delivery time frame had to stay in a hotel days longer than we expected.
