Long-distance move from Florida to Washington

National Relocation Movers out of Hallendale Florida.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If I could only reverse the decision to have used national relocation solutions. They BROKE my stuff, they Lost my things, and they dented my belongings and then then offered me a grand total of $66 for damages. RATS they are. They inflated the price from the original estimate from 4500 to 6700$. So many things were affected that I was deeply upset. I can't think of any company that I have ever hired that left me feeling as horrible as this company. I have tried to go thru the channels to challenge them, but seems that I have wasted lots of energy chasing after this rotten company.

DO NOT USE

We were originally told that my stuff would be picked up on Wednesday and dropped off Saturday. My pickup window was the 29-30 and they said that they would be there between 12 and 4 on the 30th and at 4 we got a call saying they would pick up at 6 and then at 6:30 saying they would pick up the next day (past the window). We were told that we would get an officially delivery day at pickup and the drivers did not know it. We were then told that my stuff would not arrive until Monday or Tuesday. On Sunday we got the 24 hour notice call that my stuff would be here Monday (today). We sat around all day waiting and then after they avoided 4 of our calls, finally told us that the truck was redirected and my stuff will not arrive until Wednesday or Thursday (past the 1-7 day delivery window). There are tons of hidden fees (like $100 for every 75ft they have to walk and an extra $200 because we had too much stuff which they did not tell us) that are not disclosed when we booked them. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I am sitting in an unfurnished apartment waiting for movers who cannot give me a delivery date. They will not compensate this move because they legally have 21 days to deliver. I cannot stress enough to never use this company it is my biggest regret. Unless you are okay with not knowing where your stuff is or when it will arrive.

Long-distance move from Denver, CO to Mount Pleasant, SC

So glad I didn't chose this company!

Part of finding a company for movers is to find the best service for the best price, correct? "Olivia" was so pissed off that I was getting quotes from different vendors, that she told me "call me when the company you go with doesn't show up because you put everyone in a bidding war." And she hung up on me. Well, I think I may have dodged a bullet on this one.

Liars.

We contracted this company to the move for our mother to her retirement home and they have her stuff and we can not get them to even return our calls for getting it delivered..  they have her stuff, over half payment, and will not return any calls or emails as to when she can get her belongings delivered..  it has been over 25 days and the confirmed delivery day has passed by a week and can not even talk to anyone as it just goes to voicemail..  will not return emails..  an empty hole..  stay away from this company unless you like trouble in your live and have stuff you never want to see again..   started with a low quote..  added 700.00 at pickup and we totally bad from there..   stay away from them they are a ripoff

Derek was our sells guy and Jessica was the account rep we were trying to work with..

Horrible.

Wouldn't give us a bill of lading til a week into the job..charged us twice what our previous movers charged. Damaged, missing a 1/4 of our things, poorly inventoried on lading, numbers missing, hence could not reconcile what was missing.. this was a horrible experience.. and they would not try and communicate with me to try and find my furniture and boxes.. I'm so upset!

Fake Company.

We had a horrible experience with this company in 2016, and after holding our stuff hostage in Iowa we filed a criminal complaint with the FBI, then we finally got about half our stuff. After that I worked with an investigative reporter on this. While he was exploring the extent of the issue, I was modelling the organizational structure to find-out who was in charge of it all.

Come to find-out, the fraud movers are actually just throw-away companies all connected to the complaint organization. It's the complaint settlement company that coordinates them, shuts them down, reopens new ones under different names. I encountered them as National Relocation Van lines, but they used to be called National Relocation Solutions, and somehow they're also connected to a company called White Horse A&S LLC.

Nothing surprising about a bad company changing names. What was surprising was that the company they referred us to for filing complaints was called MovingClaims.net. if you look at the website for MovingClaims.net, it states that its owned by Networld Enterprises, who also owns MovingAid.net. Both MovingClaims and MovingAid have WHOIS website listings which are private through GoDaddy. It's an additional paid feature which lists either GoDaddy or "Domains by Proxy" as the domain owner. That means someone is trying to keep their association with both these sites a secret.

This is the information I shared with the reporter, word for word:

"Networld Enterprises is listed as a business consulting firm 100% owned by Levy Enterprises..

Levy Enterprises is owned by the Levy family, with the president being Eran Levy.
http://www.companies-florida.com/networld-enterprises-inc-16iqr/

Levy Enterprises are also operated by SGAR LLC (which is filed as Capital Investments Group of Miami LLC), D&G Berlantiny Investors LLC, and OBTT Investments.

Capital Investments Group of Miami and OBTT Investments both have filings authorized by Shahar Goldboim.

Both OBTT and D&G are owned by Moti Halfon

Ariel Reiter is also listed as a manger Capital Investments Group. He, and the Reiter family, own The Reiter Group LLC, which is listed as being owned by Amir Reiter.
http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=OfficerRegisteredAgentName&directionType=Initial&searchNameOrder=REITERAMIR%20L080000958223&aggregateId=flal-l08000095822-18fbc100-c21c-4797-a3a4-c265f3194a92&searchTerm=Reiter%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20Amir&listNameOrder=REITERAMIR%20L060000344472

The Reiters also own water product companies, as Ariel Reiter is the registered owner of Formtek Water Products, and Amir Reiter owns both Innovative Water Concepts and Earth Water LC, among other things.

Eran Levy, Shahar Goldboim, Moti Halfon, Ariel Reiter, and Amir Reiter all have an online presence.

If you want to get to the center of all this, that's your goal.".
