We used this service and were told we would have a large diesel that would have our section clearly marked, they would take credit card payment and all kinds of other stuff that never happened. They claim that we almost doubled our count of items. Even if that was the case they quoted us 6,000 and double would be 12,000. We ended up paying close to 17,000 for an in state 4 hour move for a 2100 sq ft house that we had sold most of the large furniture before the move. They used a third party vendor who showed up in a Penske truck and automatically said it was gonna be way more and couldn’t take credit card. Cash or postal money order. We tried to cancel but Nationwide threatened to keep the 4000$ we put down without doing anything. The third party is rated 2 stars in multiple sites and 2.9 on Google. With tons of complaints. We signed the documents under duress due to their threats of losing money. The 2 man team were nice and I don’t blame them as I went through nationwide. They picked up our stuff but didn’t know how much more it would be and found a way to take a credit card purchase with a 3% charge on top of it. We paid another 2060$. They loaded up and took off. 2 days later they tell us it’s going to be another 10,394$. We called and emailed nationwide to complain as you have to pay upfront and would only take cash or postal money order which have a max of 1000$ per money order otherwise no delivery. Nationwide gave us a manager who was rude and just kept saying “oh well you signed the paperwork”. After a bit I got pissed off cussed her out and hung up as it was going nowhere. The third party manager said we could start venmo or Zelle him personally and he would deposit it in the company bank account. No way I would do that. We found a way we could get the 11 money orders to pay them. If it didn’t have our personal paperwork and family memorabilias in it I would have told them to keep it. Nationwide doesn’t care and lies to you from the start. There customer service is horrible and they won’t try to resolve it. Never use them as they are a scam and just a horrible buisness.

If I can give a zero Star!! Never before and will ever use this company as they are a broker, they call you and act very professional and very polite at first but as soon as you pay the deposit, they get there cut and that's pretty much it, honestly they will never want to deal with you again and won't even answer their phone if you have a question, finally the real moving company showed up in a rental truck gave me different price was $600 more than the broker said. So like I said will never use these Conn's and scammer's ever again. Very unprofessional people!

My partner and I had to make a last minute move for work and we were struggling to organize everything within the time frame that we had. Luckily, we stumbled upon Nationwide Moving Services online. It was the best thing about our move. We usually rent a truck on our own time and spend hours upon hours packing and loading, unloading, unpacking. But this time made all the difference, in all the best ways. They were on time, very courteous and considerate of our things, and friendly. I was a little scared to use a service like this, being new to it, but it was very simple and I can't get over how much of a difference it made to our move! I will always use this service now. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quick, easy, efficient move.

Nationwide Moving Services is one of the easiest long-distance moving companies I've worked . traveling nurse and move very often, sometimes with relocation services, and sometimes not. With my most recent move, I did not have assistance from my employer with relocation planning. Nationwide was able to assist me with every aspect of relocating and took very good care of the items from my home. I had no problem paying for quality, as this company offers excellent customer service and is quickly responsive. Many options within my budget were offered so I could make a confident decision. Moving companies will talk themselves up without having much to show for it. They make promises without intending to keep them. I have had some terrible experiences with some moving companies. So, I was elated when Nationwide Moving Services did exactly what they promised during my move two months back. When I called them for a quote, they very courteously admitted that their crew had 3 other appointments on that day and it would be quite late for them to arrive at my apartment. I have never seen a moving company doing this. They usually book you and then show up late anyway. The crew was just fantastic. They arrived right on the scheduled time and worked impressively fast. All my things were delivered on the scheduled time.

A new job meant having to relocate and it was my first. I called Nationwide Moving Services for a quote to move my valuables and their numbers seemed quite reasonable. The crew consisted of four movers. It was really easy to communicate with these movers. They were experienced enough to know what to do and how to do it. They very efficiently packed up all my belongings and then loaded them on to the truck. I wasn’t sure if all my valuables would fit into that one truck, but they quite easily managed to do it. I’m really trying to find something negative to say but truly there were none. These guys were so experienced that my move couldn’t have gone wrong even if there was an earthquake.

I used to live in a 3rd floor walkup apartment. I knew it was going to be an issue for the movers. But the men from Nationwide Moving Services made it seem like nothing. They carried heavy pieces of furniture down the stairs as if they were carrying Styrofoam. The sheer strength the men had was admirable. They took great care of our breakables while packing them. They did use a lot of packing materials, which are not free, but it was only to safeguard my expensive valuables. The whole process went very smoothly. The delivery was made on time and everything arrived safely. I was so happy for hiring these guys.
